How to enable or run the Night, Single take & Dual rec modes in camera on Galaxy devices

Starting with One UI 8.5, the Night, Single take, and Dual rec (Dual Recordings) modes have been integrated into the Photo and Video modes. These modes, previously available in the More menu, can now be accessed through the Camera Assistant app for easier navigation.

Note:-

  • Available options may vary by model.

A) Night mode

Night mode adjusts automatically based on lighting conditions. You can switch between Off, Auto, and Max settings using the moon icon that appears at the bottom of the camera screen.

2 How to switch to 'Night' mode

Click the moon icon that appears on the camera screen depending on the lighting conditions.

3. You can switch to Night mode (Off/Auto/Max*).

B) Single take

Single take mode captures multiple photos and videos in one shot. It can be displayed as a separate mode using the Camera Assistant app.

C) Dual rec (Dual recordings)

Dual Rec mode allows simultaneous recording from both the front and rear cameras. It has been integrated into the Video menu but can also be displayed as a separate mode using the Camera Assistant app.
