How to set up 3G(WCDMA) only Network in Samsung Galaxy S4(GT-I9500)?

STEP 1. GETTING STARTED

Tap on Apps as shown below :

Tap on Settings and then tap on More networks under Connections as shown below :

STEP 2. SELECTING 3G NETWORK

Under More networks, tap on Mobile networks as shown below :

Under Mobile networks, tap on Network mode as shown below :

A pop-up window will appear highlighting the different Network modes . In order to select 3G Network , you need to tap on WCDMA only.

3G Network in Samsung Galaxy S4 (GT-I9500) is enabled now.
