How to set up Find my mobile in Samsung Galaxy A5-2016(SM-A510FD)?

The Find My Mobile service can locate, lock or wipe your Samsung device remotely. You can also on the ringer, retrieve call logs and unlock the mobile screen all from the Find My Mobile service. You can track the position of your device with the help of Find My Mobile if you have enabled the Remote Controls option in the mobile device.  

 

Apps → Settings → Lock screen and security → Find my mobile → Enter Samsung account and password → Tap on link → FIND → Login to Samsung account → FIND → Locate device

 

Below mentioned are the pictorial representation as follows :  

 

a). Tap on Apps icon from the Home screen.

b). Tap on Settings icon.

 

.  

 

c). Select and tap on Lock screen and security settings.

d). Tap on Find my mobile option.

 

.  

 

e). Enter the Password of your Samsung account.

 

.  

 

f). Tap on Confirm.

 

.  

 

g). Tap on the Link to track and control your device remotely.

 

.  

 

NOTE : You can also access the Find my mobile website (https://findmymobile.samsung.com) to track and control your lost or stolen device.

 

h). Tap on Find.

 

.  

 

i). Enter the Email ID and Password of your Samsung account.

 

.  

 

j). Tap on Go.

 

.  

 

k). Tap on Find.

 

.  

 

l). You can select one of the Options mentioned below. In this case, tap on Ring my device.

 
● Ring my device : It will take some time to locate and ring on the device. 
● Lock my device : It will lock your device. 

Wipe my device :  It will wipe all data saved on the device's internal memory, external memory, and SIM card. It also deletes all the data saved on your device and resets the device to its factory settings.
