Why Galaxy S23 camera does not recognise a QR code

When scanning a QR code using the Galaxy S23 camera, if you close the pop-up link without connecting to the QR destination first, the camera won't show the connection pop-up again. This is because it recognizes your preference to either take a picture or record a video of the QR code image instead.

It avoids disturbing the recording process by displaying a connection pop-up.

What to do if the Galaxy QR code is not recognised

If you decide later that you want to view the pop-up link, simply tap on the QR code area shown on the camera (preview) screen to establish the connection.
