How to check Series 6 4K UHD TV(KU6470) for Malicious code?

You can Scan the TV and connected media to detect the presence of malicious codes. If there is no malicious code detected, a notification window appears on the screen.  


Press Home Button on Samsung Smart Control → Settings → System → Expert Settings → Smart SecurityScan  OK

Pictorial representation to check for Malicious code in your TV is as follows:

a). Press the Home Button on your Samsung Smart Control, to access the Home Screen.




b). Using the Directional pad on your remote, navigate to and select Settings.




c). Select System.




d). Select Expert Settings.




e). Select Smart Security.




f). Select Scan.




g). The TV will Scan itself for any malicious coding. Please wait while your TV scans for malicious codes.




h). Once the scan is complete, select OK to finish checking your TV for malicious codes.
