a). Press the Menu button.




b). Select Network to check the network connection.




c). Select Network Status.




NOTE : If the TV is not connected to a network, connect to a network.


d). It will show the network status.





If error showing in network status 'TV is connected to the network but not to the internet' then check Internet availability in device
or check by different device (mobile hotspot).
