How to install and use the Samsung Sound Tower app

The Samsung Sound Tower app is supported on all Samsung Sound Tower models. Available features and screen layouts may vary depending on the model, firmware version, or app version.

To control your Samsung Sound Tower with your Smart Device, follow the steps below to install and connect the Samsung Sound Tower app.

Step 1. Download the Samsung Sound Tower app from the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS) and install it on your Smart Device.

Step 2. Turn on the Sound Tower.

Step 3. On your Smart Device, connect to the Sound Tower via Bluetooth.

Step 4. Open the Samsung Sound Tower app and follow the on-screen instructions.

The Samsung Sound Tower app is compatible with the following devices.

  • Android mobile phone devices running Android OS 8.0 or later

  • Soundbars and Wi-Fi speakers are not supported by the Samsung Sound Tower app. They are supported by the Samsung Sound app or the SmartThings app.
