I had and loved my previous Samsung galaxy watch for 7years. I use to charge it once a week but the time has come and I had to upgrade my watch based on my previous experience I really wanted Samsung I decided to go for this one ( a horrible decision really). Let me tell you it's not an upgrade but downgrade I hate everything about this watch especially battery life. I don't use my phone much and it barely holding battery for 12h on battery saving mode. Not happy at all 😞 expected much more from Samsung My husband has a fossil watch never used a battery saving mode uses it constantly and charges it every 4-5days.

I was sent a used watch bottom of it was dirty as used on someone's wrist. Has a mark on side of the screen too. Had no film on screen as all new items usually have. Wrist band is super small doesn't even go around my wrist properly. I tried it for 4 night and 2 of them no sleep records was made. I contacted support and they refused to assist me or change the watch and denied it was second hand. I did take photos when opened the box and they refused to to see them. Never been treated so badly in customer care service and I have been loyal samsung customer for over a decade with all my family. This is the way samsung have chosen to go and pushing their customers in other supplier hands.

I recently upgraded from Watch 6, and while the experience has been mostly positive, there are a few issues I’ve encountered. Battery Life: The battery seems to drain faster than I expected. However, I understand it might still be learning my usage patterns, so I’ll give it some time to adjust. eSIM Connectivity: I’m unable to connect an eSIM at the moment due to network issues, but I believe this is more related to my network than the device itself. Restore Issues: Despite attempting the restore process three times, it didn’t work as expected, which was a bit frustrating. Band Fit: The new band feels noticeably stiffer than the previous one. It’s now either too tight or too loose on my wrist, and I’m not entirely fond of the ridges on the strap either. My steps still isn't tracking correctly but I've had this issue with all the Samsung watches owned. It's early days, time will tell.

Thought I'd treat myself to this. Order was easy and delivery was really quick despite the website saying I would have to wait. I'm still learning as I'm not overly techy but at the mo it seems ok. The only thing is the battery life, I have to charge it every night which is a bit of a pain but then again I have yo charge my phone every day too. Overall happy with my purchase

Over the last couple of months the battery life on the Galaxy Watch 7 LTE has been awful - 100% when I leave the house at 7am and completely dead by noon!! Also, the watch keeps disconnecting from my Samsung 25 Ultra mobile phone and calls aren't coming through. What do I need to do to correct this please? The watch was a Christmas present last year!

Bought as an upgrade for my watch 4 as the battery wasn't lasting as long. So far battery is worse and apparently Samsung decided slightly better health tracking was more important than the highly usefull feature of being able to be charged using power share from your phone other than that just as good as any Samsung watch

Got the Galaxy Watch 7 LTE for my daughter as an introduction to smart devices before getting her a phone, and it's been a great choice. She loves being able to send messages, make calls, and track her steps. The LTE feature gives us peace of mind, knowing she can stay connected even without a phone.

It's brilliant. But beware of the many useless protective screen products - including Samsung's! I got the Watch 7 because my Watch 4 got scuffed around the face edge, so I wanted a protective screen. I tried three useless ones before I got a Spigen. It comes with a fitting frame for a perfect fit.

Nothing. Very disappointed with the watch. I have to manually turn off Bluetooth to allow me to make calls away from my phone which shouldn't be the case. The battery is poor and if I wanted to do a long walk it will run out before the end so useless for the purpose it is intended for!

Watch was meant for a child, by specs compatible with my old phone but no where stated that it requires One UI 6.1 or higher for 'family' option. Tried to set up on Galaxy S24 family, no option available. Absolute garbage software wise, definitely would not recommend for a child.

Awful battery life,you have to turn of 90% of its functionality to get through 10 hours. Do not recommend to anyone! No support or offer of replacement or remedy either. I normally like Samsung, but the battery life on this watch makes it useless.

It is a good Android watch if you don't use by night as battery does not last 24 hours as advertised, especially if you have intense sports recording use. You will need to charge before going to bed if you want to track your sleep

The battery life is useless. It doesn't hold it's charge. I have to put it on the charger at least twice a day. At night it's only holding it's battery life between 5/6 hours, then it does completely.
