Rewards
Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative unless expressly stated by Samsung. Samsung may withdraw or reassign Rewards if any submitted information is found to be false, misleading, or violating these Terms. All rewards listed below are inclusive of taxes.
Entries Submitted
By submitting your entry on Instagram with the designated #tags, you grant Samsung and its partners a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable license to:
- Use
- Display
- Share
- Publish
- Distribute
- Modify (for formatting only)
- Feature Your Content
across all Samsung platforms, digital channels, marketing materials, third-party platforms, and campaigns related to the Contest or Samsung initiatives.
Giveaways
Participants will be entitled to win surprise giveaways at the Samsung store. The receivers of the giveaways will be decided based on the fulfillment of the criteria defined in Entries submitted.
Release
By participating in the contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against Samsung India, its employees and agents, the contest’s sponsors and their respective employees and agents.
