SmartThings သည် သင့်စက်ပစ္စည်းများကို ရုတ်တရက် ရှာမတွေ့ပါက၊ သင်၏ Wi-Fi AP ၏ ဆက်တင်များကို စစ်ဆေးပါ-

        ၁။ အကယ်၍ သင်၏ Wi-Fi AP သည် 5Ghz လှိုင်းနှုန်းစဉ်ကို ပံ့ပိုးရန် စီစဉ်ထားပါက၊ ကျေးဇူးပြု၍ 2.4Ghz လှိုင်းနှုန်းကို ပံ့ပိုးရန်အတွက် Wi-Fi AP ဆက်တင်များကို ပြောင်းလဲပါ။

        ၂။ AP အမည်ကို ဝှက်ထားခြင်း ရှိမရှိ စစ်ဆေးပါ။

သင်၏ Wi-Fi AP ကို အစားထိုးခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ဤစစ်ဆေးမှုများကို လုပ်ဆောင်ပြီးနောက်တွင်ပင် အလားတူပြဿနာကို ဆက်လက်ကြုံတွေ့ရပါက၊ သင့်စက်ပစ္စည်းများကို ပြန်လည်မှတ်ပုံတင်ပါ-

၁။ သင်၏ ယခင်စက်ပစ္စည်းများကို SmartThings မှ ဖျက်ပါ။

အဆင့် တစ်။ ¨Devices¨ ကိုနှိပ်ပြီး သင့်ပစ္စည်းများအားကြည့်ပါ။

၂။ ကနဦးစက်ပစ္စည်းစာရင်းသွင်းခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်အတိုင်း စက်ပစ္စည်းကို ပြန်လည်စာရင်းသွင်းပါ။

အဆင့် တစ်။ မျက်နှာပြင်ထိပ်ဆုံးတွင်ရှိသော More (+) ခလုတ်ကိုနှိပ်ပေးပါ။

အဆင့် နှစ်။ ပစ္စည်းကိုထည့်သွင်းရန် “Device” ကိုနှိပ်ပါ။
