This TV is an amazing value AND service because of Samsung’s online shop. It has an easily navigable HOME screen where you can manage apps and 100’s of free channels. 4K Upscaling works good! Resolution and Contrast is a big upgrade from my prior HD/UHD TV. The audio is also very good; not limited. I don’t game on the TV; but understand it’s possible. I’m completely happy with this choice and it has made me more interested in movies again!

I personally game a lot and this TV has a great refresh rate and great picture quality. I can see everything so clearly I feel like I have an advantage! The AI features are really helpful, they help me set up the pitcure and sound quality so I don't feel like I have to spend hours tweaking minor details to get what I'm looking for. I bought this about four months ago, and I’ve been pretty impressed with it overall. One feature I especially enjoy is having Bixby built in and being able to activate it hands-free through the integrated microphones. The overall experience has been smooth and convenient. I was super excited to get my first 85” TV. I did the pre-work to prepare the wall where I was going to hang it. I got an appropriate sized wall mount and installed it. The TV came and it was definitely big and heavy, so I would need a helping hand. I finally got it up on the wall. Once I powered it on, it was bright and vivid. And that’s where the good news ends. I didn’t realize what I was getting when I purchased an AI enhanced picture. Everything was grainy and there was were these weird, subtle fluctuations in the picture. Then I noticed the small, bizarre picture anomalies. Textures were off and I saw the weird AI face abnormalities on distant faces, distortions that were typical of AI image generation. I was so disappointed. I just wanted to try to get the screen to be normal, so I tried to turn off all AI settings. I succeeded in getting rid of the AI motion blurring artifacts, but the weird textures and distortions remain. I’m really disappointed. I want a refund or a TV with no AI enhancement.

The NQ4 AI GEN 2 Processor makes the refresh rate high which makes games and action movies look really awesome. The Quantum Matrix Technology Core really brings out the contrast of color, and gives a bright picture, which helps when you have a glare on your screen. Set up was a breeze. It was very simple, scanned the QR code and signed in with my Samsung account and it was done. I Set up all my apps and organized them on the screen. Easy, Easy, Easy! There are plenty of HDMI ports. I love the new compact remote that has a usb c port. It is light and feels great for arthritic hands. The tv has Dolby Atmos. The sound quality is just normal, nothing exceptional. That's ok with me as I use a sound bar normally. The tv has an option to have an info screen, with widgets, come on when it senses someone walk by. It is nice to see the time and weather, even though the tv isn't on. You can organize the widgets on that screen. The tv is heavier than I expected but manageable. Overall this is an awesome tv. Very happy with it.

Scan an on-screen QC code, then a few prompts on my phone, and the next thing I knew it was ready to go. To be honest, I’m not sure how I feel about the phone set up method. Although very easy, I am a hands-on person and like to know what is being shared. It was easy and one nice result is, I now have a remote for the Samsung TV on my phone. The remote – a self-charging remote that takes NO batteries…that is AWESOME! It also has a USB-C charge port. The remote is much smaller than the remote from my previous remote (different manufacturer). If I had any complaint, and this is a small one, on my old remote I could create short cuts for all my streaming apps. If that is possibility with this remote, I have not found it yet. So that limits my shortcut buttons on this remote. Still, that is a very minor complaint. The sound is very good for built in speakers, though I have not used built in speakers for years and will not use these. That is just a preference though, I like a surround sound system. Picture quality is great. Nice contrast and good detail. It is much brighter than what I am used to, and I no longer have the glare from my room lights. I was always moving to try and counter the glare previously. Fortunately, the manufacturer’s wall mount placement is the same as my old TV. Unfortunately, the mount itself needed a little modification (though, the mount issue has nothing to do with this TV). Just an fyi to check a mount before purchasing a new TV. Overall, I am very impressed with this Samsung TV.

Everything goes through their Samsung Smart Things so if you don't have an account already, get that app installed and set up before you start. I was very disappointed to find out the "Art Store" feature that lets your idle screen/screensaver to look like a piece of art from the gallery is a paid monthly subscription. I had been looking forward to that. The QLED picture quality is crisp, the color and brightness is a major upgrade from the ULED I had been using. The Dolby sound is strong, I haven't felt any need to add a soundbar or any additional speakers. AI upscaling brings even older shows and movies up to amazing picture quality. The smart features integrated seemlessly into my smart house set up. It utilizes the Samsung Smart things app but is fully compatible with Alexa. It also allows mirroring to other Samsung devices, so I can watch everything on a separate screen on the refrigerator while prepping meals or drinks with the show going in the other room. Turning TV on/off, open apps, search, pause and many other features all voice operated through the smart features I wish the glare reduction was more effective but it is still better than the previous TV I had mounted in the same spot.. There are a few games you can play through the TV, it worked well but I haven't had a chance to explore how many games are available. There is supposed to be an AI language translation feature that will translate in real time whatever you are watching but I have not been able to figure out how to get that feature activated or use it properly. So far, one month in, I am very happy with this TV upgrade for features, picture quality and brightness.

In the box u get: a Center Stand with 2 Legs that slide into body as well as power cord which installs to far left of TV, and a Black Solar Powered Remote. as well as a quick set up guide which was super easy to follow. Set Up was Extremely Easy as it allows you to set up by scanning a QR code with your phone then following all the on phone screen instructions which consist of Login Info to your Samsung Account, then HULU, Netflix, Youtube, etc.. i have provided all peripherals that are available on the far right of the TV which consist of 4 HDMI Ports, 1 Ethernet Port, 1 Coax Port, 1 Digital Output, 1 AUX Port and 2 USB A Ports. (see pic for exact placement on unit. The Colors on this TV are vibrant and very easy to adjust if you prefer a more life like tone down however i am using the Color Boost Pro feature which pairs well with my gamiing console i like my colors to Be Vibrant. Ai Voice Feature blew me away as the controller included has 4 quick launch buttons which consist of Youtube, Netflix, Amazon Video, and Samsung TV Plus. after a very quick setup of your choice of Bixby or Alexa for your Ai Voice Assistant simply holding the voice button and speaking normally Ai quickly does what you ask for example : Open Hulu and Run (shows name here) . and it will do that without having to navigate to it. We Love This TV and cant wait to read your love of yours. The Motion Sensor was a welcome feature as well since it let us quickly access content because it detected when we were present to watch.

We’re pretty happy with its performance so far and the smart features, specially those when paired with a Samsung cooktop, are very convenient. The product did come in cosmetically damaged. There is a small chip on the white plastic molding around the bottom section (looks like glass but it’s not). It’s a shame because it’s not noticeable from all angles but it’s still there.

We’ve been using the Samsung QN80F as our main family TV, and it’s been great for everyday life. The 75” screen is perfect for movie nights, sports, and kids’ shows, with bright, clear picture quality that looks good even during the day. Motion is smooth, so fast action and cartoons don’t blur, and everything from streaming to cable looks sharp. The smart features are easy for everyone to use, and switching between apps is quick. I have been using the TV for over a week and a half. The quality of the TV is good, but if the source of the broadcast isn't high quality, the TV will show all the flaws in the picture. 4K quality is also excellent. The limitations of UB are not noticeable. Everything else looks good so far, and yes, we are so used to iOS and Android that Samsung TV software doesn't seem very modern to me.

The color on the TV took a lot of adjustments to get it to where we both liked it. The colors are very vibrant. The sound is pretty decent without a soundbar. With the soundbar it was even better. The size of the screen is really good for the size of our living room. Forward viewing is great. Viewing from the side angle was also good. The remote is very light compared to a lot of the older remotes. I have not used the Alexa on the TV because we have one in our living room and it's usually a conflict to get it right. We don't have a game system to hookup to the TV so I can't comment on that. Overall I like this TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 55" that I bought is certainly much better than the 12 year old basic Hisense that I had, but it still really struggles with crowded active scenes like high school dances or clubs, where so much get blurry. I put on movie production mode and that helped for sure, but still not great, and move production mode is darker and not as appealing in other situations. Happy with the purchase, given the big sales price, and improvement from my old junker, but were I buying again I'd get a higher end, more current OLED or Micro RGB. And in hindsight, were I to still go Neo Qled, I would have gone higher end and more current than this one, maybe the 2025 90F or 2026 H.

If its not the quality and service, understand the Tizen Samsung spam in the TV is nonstop. Do yourself a favor, dont buy a Samsung TV. While the initial brightness and upscaling look ok, the TV will fail shortly after and you will wonder why. The soundstage and contrast are poor. Don't do it, Samsung doesnt care, so you have to!

Brilliant, stunning picture and all the smart features only get better over the years. This is my sixth smart TV. I have other older samsungs that keep on ticking like new in other rooms of the house. It intergrates with my samsung s25 ultra phone perfectly . I almost can't wait to purchase my next new samsung TV. But I have to wait a couple more years since I just purchased this one in 2025. Keep up the great products, no one has anything close to your technology and quality or performance. Love all my samsung products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A really great television! This is our fifth Samsung TV through the years, and we will not even consider any other brand. Our 65" has an amazing picture and INCREDIBLE SOUND. Very intuitive, and even without a sound bar you can hear the depth of sound is so much better in this particular model. Our TV room is not large. About 14x20. Going from a 55" to a 65" does not overwhelm the room. We have it on a long TV stand, about 20" from the floor. It's perfect!

Das Bild und Navigation ist einfach Samsung, daher haben wir nur Samsung TV und Tablet's bei uns. Welche Punkte sind Minus: - Die Seriennr. ist nur auf dem TV aufgeklebt und auch nicht da wo es in der Beschreibung steht. Es wäre auch vorteilhafte wenn die Angaben z. B. in der Garanty mitbei stehen würde. - Leider kein Putztuch für die Fingerabdrücke von der Montage beigelegt. - Es wäre sehr hilfreich wenn di beigelegten Unterlagen identisch mit download Unterlagen identisch wären und alles zu downloaden wäre und nicht nur ein teil bzw. mal suchen muss wo man die pdf Datei bekommen kann. I’ve been really impressed with my Samsung QN80F. The picture quality is outstanding, with bright, vibrant colors and deep contrast that make movies and sports look amazing. The motion handling is smooth, and gaming feels incredibly responsive with the high refresh rate and low input lag. The smart TV interface is fast and easy to navigate, and setup was quick. The sound is better than I expected from a flat-screen TV, though it also pairs well with a soundbar. Overall, this TV has exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a bright, sharp, and feature-packed TV, I would definitely recommend the QN80F.

The setup was easy by scanning the QR code on the TV then following the directions on your phone. to get everything up and running within minutes. You can use your phone to control the TV which works great. The Neo QLED display is beautiful. The colors are vibrant, with deep blacks and bright highlights that make the picture look great. The AI upscaling seems to work well with lower resolution media and the motion is smooth when watching fast moving video. The tv easily connected to my Alexa voice assistant and makes operating it via voice very easy. The Dolby Atmos sounds good in my space. There is an option to have an info screen come on when it senses someone walk by which will show nice artwork and other information such as time and weather. This was an excellent choice and I am very satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has become my favorite new device. Being a gamer, and usually an Xbox gamer it is incredible to have the game mode built in. Being able to use some of the cloud based platforms, allowing me to FINALLY play PlayStation games without having to buy one, has made life easier. And saved me money! Playing games in 4k with true 120hz refresh rate is absolutely incredible as well. I would not only recommend this to friends and family, I bought one for my parents. The colors are bright and lively, immersion is one of a kind. Truly the best purchase I have made in a very, very long time. Thank you Samsung!

Save your money, this tv is extremely disappointing for the money spent. A tcl or other options out there, even the cheaper Samsung 98 inch is the same exact tv. This tv cannot do anything better than those. My other 85 Samsung I bought 4 years ago has the same picture. DO NOT BUY!!! also, for a billion dollar corporation you would think they got the specs right. This tv weights over 120 pounds WITHOUT the stand. The specs are not correct!

The picture quality is fantastic, with excellent brightness, deep contrast, and vibrant colors that really make movies, sports, and everyday TV watching come to life. The 85" screen is huge and immersive without sacrificing picture clarity. I’ve also been very impressed with how responsive and smooth everything feels. The upscaling does a great job making lower-resolution content look much better, and the overall picture remains sharp and detailed. I also really enjoy how my ring doorbell pops up on my tv when asked or when someone rings the doorbell. I only wish Samsung could figure out how to move clothes from washer to dryer when needed....!

I am generally pleased with my new Samsung TV, but the picture quality (contrast) varies from channel to channel and from streaming service to streaming service. The quality has improved somewhat since first purchasing it, but is still not what I thought it would be. A lot of the time, on certain streaming services and channels, people's faces appear poorly airbrushed with no real definition.

Love the size. Picture is an issue to adjust. Went through all the troubleshooting suggestions. Ultimately, I ended up my shutting off the A1 feature. Despite all the adjustments one still deals with colour distortions on on faces in audiences in certain movies & shows. For the size of the tv it is unfortunate that the remote is so small with tiny buttons that are hard to see or depress.

will be returning the tv. do not find the price justifies the intended upgrade from my 50 inch plasma. while it has nice brightness, too much for me actually,, I don't think it has a better picture overall than my 50 in plasma despite the plasma not being 4k. Can't justify spending this money for 5 extra inches and an equal or inferior picture. It's an ok tv but it does not perform well for dark scenes Bright scenes yes, very nice but not dark, looks muddy and grey, for cable at least, I don't use apps for tv. will look for something else but bigger 65 inch preferably with better upscaling. It might be great for 4k content apps but I wouldn't know because I only use the illico 4k box for tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture of this samsung tv seems to be really good so far. I like the AI for the color adjustment. It gave me a good start on where I needed to adjust the colors for my use. I have tried the eye comfort mode. It does help with adjusting the brightness during the times that I set. The AI scene adjustment is nice for when you have sports, movies and general viewing. I have a sound bar hooked up to it. I like that I can choose different sound options for my preferences. I don't have a game system that I can hookup to it so I can't comment on that. I like the samsung home page. It allows me to have my favorite streaming apps in one place. The Samsung live TV is a nice bonus. I haven't figured out how to use the voice assistant without my other VA picking up my commands. I don't use the gesture because I don't have a camera hooked up to the TV. I do like the daily board. It's a nice feature. Overall I like this TV a lot.

This is a great TV for both watching my movies and gaming. It actually justified all the features listed. I love the gaming screen option, too. It automatically detects the genre of the game I’m playing. The AI is also very useful in watching the content. It was somewhat easy to set up and to connect to the internet and my streaming services. the only issue I had was to determine whether I should use AI assisted things or manual settings that was a little confusing but with manual settings I was able to make the screen brighter and the color is more rich.
