Not updating from S23U to S25U. The design is cheaper than the S24U and S23U. This S Pen... I'm buying a flagship, and they're offering it without full functionality. Does that make sense? Send the S25U with the Bluetooth S Pen. If you're removing features, then it makes sense! Don't buy the S25U to buy this S Pen separately.

I’m really disappointed to see that the Bluetooth functionality is no longer available in the latest version. It was one of the standout features for me, and now I really miss it. Especially the Bluetooth-enabled version, as the Air Actions are incredibly handy for me. I strongly urge Samsung to consider offering the Bluetooth-enabled S Pen separately for those of us who really rely on the Air Actions for our workflow. It would make a huge difference and allow us to continue enjoying the full functionality we loved. Please bring back the Bluetooth version or at least make it available for purchase separately.

I wonder who in Samsung made the decision to nerf the s pen function. This is criminal and a fatal mistake. Their market research is completely wrong. This is an essential feature for people to use the s pen for capturing group photos. Instead, they just downgraded it to become a plastic stick. Seriously, they need to bring back the functional BT s pen and provide a free 1:1 replacement for all Ultra buyers. It is already underwhelming for the lack of major improvements for S25 ultra over the previous models. I am sure they will be losing even more market share to other brands with the lousy s pen decision.

No Bluetooth is a pain for sure, especially when the size and colour makes it easy to misplace. To make things worse, as with some of the other reviewers, slipped out of my hand at not a great height and it snapped in half 😕 You would think all of this was a cash grab, but now when searching for a replacement they don't even sell them separately. Looks like the decision makers for Samsung couldn't care less about customer satisfaction.

Bluetooth function may only be used by 1% of Ultra user but is a feature which is so useful for selfie, video content creation, etc..Pre-ordered S25U to replace my current S23U however decided to cancel the order see what Samsung can do. Honestly, without that feature, there are tons of phone that are as good. My second phone Pixel 9 Pro XL is really good. Smooth and camera is good too.

I've had my samsung s25ultra for a month & very disappointed to find they've chosen to remove the Bluetooth features in the S pen, ideally you could've opted to have people purchase a Bluetooth compatible pen if that's one of the features they love about Samsung. Had the phone 3 days , somehow accidentally popped it out the phone from waist hight onto rubbermatt flooring and the pen snapped in half . Very disappointing. Only getting another one to fill the hole in the bottom of my phone . Lacking previous features is a massive disappointment.
