How do I take a panorama photo using my Samsung Galaxy S5?
Last updated: 29 April, 2014
The Panorama photo shooting mode lets you capture more of the scene by stitching together images to create a panoramic photo. To turn Panorama on, with the Camera application open touch Mode and then touch the Panorama thumbnail.
Note: Panorama is only available when using the back camera.
Aim the camera at the scene and touch the camera shutter button. Move your device slowly in one direction, either horizontally or vertically. The screen will show an alignment box to help you keep the scene aligned.
When you touch the stop button or you reach the maximum range your device will make the necessary adjustments and stitch the images together to form one complete panoramic photo. The photo will then be saved to the Gallery.
