When downloading apps from Samsung Apps, an error popup is displayed

Q: Sometimes when trying to download applications from Samsung Apps using my Galaxy S5, an error popup repeatedly  displays. Is my device faulty?

A : When trying to download applications from Samsung Apps, the error popup message (with Error code:‘103’) may
be displayed or the installation of application may fail if application “APK” file during download was affected
(or “damaged) for any reason.
If this happens please delete the existing data in Samsung Apps and run the Samsung Apps again.
Then you can try to download again the application which had problems when you tried to install it previously – To delete the “existing data” in Samsung apps, please see the steps below:
