Dual View is not working for Smart View Application
"Smart View" is an useful application working under network condition that phone and TV are connected to the
same wireless router. You can even send what you are watching on your TV to mobile device (we called it as Dual View feature) and also can make mobile device work as remote controller for your Samsung TV or BD products.
But due to a change in content protection rules, the Dual View feature within Samsung Smart View may not be
available on certain mobile devices after August 10th, 2012.
In case of 2011 line-up model like Galaxy S2, Tab 1 which are manufactured after 2012 August 10th, Dual View feature
in Smart View application is not longer available.
But for 2012 line-up model like Galaxy 3, Tab2 and 2011 line-up model manufactured before August 10th,
customer can still use dual view feature.
If you have 2012 line-up model or 2011 line-up model manufactured before August 10th whereby that Dual View is not available, please upgrade OS version and download the latest version of application from Google Player or Apple store.
