How to avoid headache and eye strain when watching my TV?

If watching your TV sometimes gives you a headache or causes eye strain consider trying the following to reduce or eliminate eye strain:


Sitting closer or further away from the screen.


Lower the Backlight or Brightness on the television set.


Do not view the TV in a dark room where the TV is the only light source.


Adjust feature settings such as Auto Motion Plus, 3D, Dynamic Contrast, etc.


Eye strain can be caused by many things and different people will be affected by different things. The suggestions listed above are the most common reason for eye strain but are not the only causes.
