I bought the washer one year ago and it has had to be repaired twice in that time. At one point I was very happy with it - the ecobubble feature is great and it used to be able to dry 10kg of washing overnight so it could be put in the cupboard in the morning. But the drum has had problems twice. The latest issue is the dryer function breaking down - by the time it claims to be done, the washing is still wet and the gasket is soaked. The repair company didn't seem to know how to fix it. My best guess is that there is a lint trap of some kind inside which can't be cleaned. If you get this washer, you'll be very pelased with it for 6 months and then it will begin to show its defects.

Bought this a yr again, washing wise is ok but the dryer function is lousy… not oni it took longer time to dry easily 3 to 4hrs average… and the clothes still feel moist and u will need to open the door to let the moisture escape first. No filter for the dust to collect and have to clean the gasket every time after using the dryer function, else those clothes that attract dust will be horrible

Endless problems towards the end of my 2 year warranty. First was a faulty drainage hose which started leaking due to low quality material. A month later, detergent sensor started malfunctioning and keeps indicating the cover is opened. Finally, another month later, the motherboard KO. I've been waiting for 2 weeks for a new motherboard and Samsung cannot give an answer as to how much longer I need to wait. Horrible horrible experience

Poor product that needs a permanent solution to its faulty drum counterweight that keeps breaking. I can't believe that it's made of concrete like material that deteriorate over time! Had that replaced 2 times already in 2 years. Each time machine was taken away for a few weeks for repairs. I have lost so much of the money on laundry just because of the repairs!!

Recently purchased this machine. Washing no issue can wash more clothes, We expect use to dry clothes to save more time. Use the dryer to dry clothes it takes an hour to run the dryer but the result is not good. Please consider before buying a white elephant.
