Do not purchase - has lasted less than 16 months. 400e for a hover that I can no longer use. Battery stopped working at 9 months, Samsung sent a replacement, the replacement as a "good will gesture" , this lasted 4 months and Samsung will not replace this 4 month old faulty battery. These batteries costE200 which is crazy money!! So if you purchase be aware you will need to constantly replace the battery at your own expensive as Samsung consider the battery to be a consumable part and will not cover this - although the hover cannot work without the consumable part as it is cordless. Also be aware that the usage impacts how long the battery is good for and as I used mine every second day, this hover is not acceptable for daily use. Customer service was also very poor - had to be escalated a number of times, poor communication.

Original battery started dying within a year. Now lasts literally 3 minutes! So went to buy a replacement and they are charging almost same as a brand new vacuum?! Sorry Samsung, love many of your other products but this is dreadful. Won't be purchasing a Samsung vacuum again.

It last an hour if you use it on the lowest setting which I never use as I always have it on the highest setting so very disappointing that it actually only last me 20 minutes...
