We bought this mainly to clean our hardwood floors, it started making a terrible squeaking noise that sounded like the rollers, then the rubber sleeve on the back wheel fell off now it's useless. We loves the vacuum so much that we decided to buy a replacement since we didn't know that this was a common problem and assumed it was just a one off issue. However when the new vacuum came we found out that it does not include this soft brush head anymore. Now we have one vacuum that doesn't work right and one that we need to return.

Brush head worn out after one year. Tried to get warranty and was told I had to send whole vacuum in and be without it for two weeks. Would not send a box to properly secure it. Waste of time. Stay away from Samsung their customer service is horrible.

It works great at cleaning our hardwood floor. Less than two years the hardwood floor cleaner tool (Soft Action Brush) has stopped working, which is the main reason why I had chosen Samsung Jet over Dyson. And the replacement appears to cost about a third of the original price for the whole vacuum, what a bummer!!!

I wanted a stick vacuum. My daughter bought me this one, unfortunately the soft brush broke. It cost almost as much to replace that tool, as it does to but a new vacuum. It's frustrating, because I'm unable to use any of the other tools. Due to my hardwood floors.

like another reviewer stated, the felt on the bottom starts falling off after minimal usage. now the wheel on the bottom fell off and it's scratching my hardwood floor whenever i vacuum. i definitely don't recommend this product.

I like the vacuum itself, but this attachment stared making a terrible noise. We’ve taking it apart to clean the whole thing and it’s still squealing. For the price of the vacuum I wish it would last longer than it did.

I mostly use the pet brush as it pulls all hairs and everything very effectively and maybe twice a month use this. Pet brush cleans everything very nicely but i am surprised to see the fine dust this brush picks up.

Bought the product a year ago. This is the only head I can use on wood floors. The other head scratches the wood floor. However, this Soft Brush broke a month ago. Now, I can't use the stick vacuum.

I have this head with my Jet90 complete, im not too happy that just after one week of usage, i get hair tangle in the small wheels, making it hard to move. now its not moving as smooth as i expected

Not happy with this vaccum cleaner. The soft wheels on the hard floor head gets clogged with hair all the time. Not worth the price. Cleaning is fine, but ease of use is not good at all.

Hair gets caught within the rubber wheel housing and makes the vacuum a chore to push. Wouldn't be as much of an issue if the rubber wheels were removable, but they're not.
