Galaxy Watch9 has obtained MIL-STD-810H Certification: high/low temperature, altitude, humidity, immersion, salt fog, dust, vibration, drop, etc. MIL-STD-810H is a standardized form of testing designed by the U.S. Military to accurately assess device limitations. To clarify, the Galaxy Fit2 is a completely different product category from the Galaxy Watch9. While the Watch9 is a powerful smartwatch, the Fit2 is a lightweight activity band. The Watch9 battery is much larger, but it has a much more powerful processor, and it requires more regular charging because it uses many complex apps, a high-refresh display, continuous background sensors, and Wear OS, among other upgraded features and hardware. Roughly an hour and a half charging time does sound about right to reach 100% charge, but if you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our friendly Support Teams who are always happy to help.
