Excellent phone in all areas. Super fast performance, nice 120Hz display and great to see Samsung going with a larger sensor size in the camera instead of throwing a larger megapixel count only as most manufacturers do. The big downside of this phone is that AI features are for ONE year only then we'll be stuck paying a subscription. It wasn't enough to put me off the purchase but considering the cost of this phone this is an unacceptable move and one I hope Samsung will reconsider.

Great to see that you are enjoying the S24+, Al, giving special mention to the performance, display, and camera! The Exynos 2400 for Galaxy processor runs this phone like a dream, and when combined with the 120 Hz refresh rate on the 6.7" Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, you always experience smooth scrolling. The camera is made up of 3 impressive lenses, that are supported by sensors and processing software to ensure that you can always take the perfect shot. Regarding Galaxy AI, we can guarantee that Galaxy AI features will be provided for free until at least the end of 2025, but there is no determined policy for charging for AI functions in the future at this time. With so many amazing features, we're sure that your phone will quickly earn that fifth star! ^SK at Samsung Support

Good screen and features long battery life and good connectivity strength. Charging could be faster and the Camera is letting the device down however photos are grainy with poor sharpness unless if the photos are taken in bright day light.

I love the sleek built of my S24+, it fits perfectly into my palm. The Camera is wonderful with a great display to match. The Performance is amazing though I'm yet to understand the battery as it tends to drain fast sometimes.

I preordered Samsung galaxy S24 Ultra, it comes with the world's worst phone cover and worst paper-thin plastic screen cover. I am sharing this because I don't want others to go through this trauma and unnecessary burden it has caused me. So the cover samsung is providing with the phone does NOT covers the sides of your phone. So technically your phones longitudinal sides with the curve of the screen and silver line is higher that the sides of the cover. So this makes the phone in reality outside the cover. The paper-thin cheap quality screen cover gives no protection at all I dont know why it has been labelled as gorilla, so my phone literally fell from just the height of under 1 feet. From the bag and the whole screen is broken. The finger print is not working. Why so? Because the cover has not covered the phone at all. And it hit exactly at the sides where the phone was not technically saved/cushioned by that cover. The screen broke like its not gorilla rather some air bubbles filled cheap quality glass. I am so sorry to write this review I bought the phone and I think it is the responsibility of Samsung to atleast check the covers that they are providing with such an expensive and actually "fragile" phone. I am trying to upload the photos to make it more clear for the rest of the people so that they don't experience the same tragedy

QUE TRISTE PODER DEJAR A SAMSUNG UNA NOTA o RESEÑA CON DOS ESTRELLAS, RECIEN COMPRADO EN TELCEL MI GALAXY S24+ CON SU SUPER PANTALLA Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X QUE CON EL SIMPLE HECHO DE METERLO A MI BOLSILLO SE RAYO LA PANTALLA, NO SE, NI COMO SE HUBIERA RAYADO. MI GALAXY S23 SE ME CAYO 3 VECES Y JAMAS SALIO NI UN RAYON. SIENDO SUPERIOR ESTA PANTALLA DEL GALAXY S24 PLUS DEJA MUCHO QUE DESEAR Y NI LA MARCA PUEDE AYUDAR MAS QUE CON EL COBRO DE 3K Y EMPAQUE DE 2K PARA QUE QUEDE COMO NUEVO SIN RAYON. CLARO TODO ES NEGOCIO SAMSUNG. QUE BAJA CALIDAD EN LA PANTALLA S24 PLUS, ESTABA ENCANTADO CON MI S23. QUE METIDON DE PATA.
Start with the camera, as this is the weekest and the most annoying part of the phone. Don't fall to the 50MP camera. The AI is optimising every picture even if you don't want it. Ruining every picture i make at 50MP. The intelligent optimisation is set to minimun, but unable to switch off. Is it actually a 50MP lens? What is the point of the 50MP if the AI ruining every pictures? The reason i bought this phone is the strenght of the camera. Actually is the weekness of it. Wanted to upgrade from the Flip 4 12MP to a 50MP, but i think already regret it 😞 There was 2 upgrade since i have it, no improvement at all. Very disappointed so far. Otherwise the phone itself is great, nice screen, long battery life what is a positive point. Playing a lot, the battery lasts all day. The phone is fast, never had any issue with it.
Thank you very much for sharing your feedback with us, Peter. We're pleased to read that you are loving the crisp display and powerful performance of your new S24+. However, we are very sorry to read that you're unhappy with the camera on your S24+ due to the auto-editing feature. We understand that you have already changed the Intelligent Optimisation to minimum, however, to stop the phone from enhancing photos automatically, please disable the Scene Optimiser feature also. To do this, open the Camera app > Select Settings > Advanced Intelligent Options > Scene Optimiser. Once your have changed this settings, we recommend testing the camera out in some different environments and see what you think. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm absolutely in love with my new phone. I'm really impressed with the new design and the size of the phone. Phone is much easier to hold in the hand and operate. The new aluminium satin frame makes this phone to look great and durable. Phone is lightweight, only 195g. The new camera is capturing amazing pictures, so crisp and clear. Language barrier not a problem any more, as this phone has live on call translation possible, most used languages are available. Also text call is available, if not able to speak. New battery life is just so good. Now I can use my smartphone at least a day and half no problem, and I'm using it a lot. This is definitely my best phone I ever had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in desperate need of an upgrade. As I originally had a S20+ which was about 3.5 years old. The new battery life is amazing I use it all day to listen to podcasts and music and it lasts on one charge ( I no longer have to carry around power banks). It charges quickly as well. Didnt take me long to transfer from the old phone to my new phone either. Appearance is amazing. its very sleek and doesn't feel to heavy or large in my hands. I haven't had any difficulty finding a case to protect it and the fingerprint works just as smoothly without difficulty using it. Connects to my Samsung Galaxy Book3 easily as well. The camera is amazing. and it runs so fast! no stutters at all. I am so happy.
Thank you for sharing with us this fantastic review about your Galaxy S24+, Taeya! We are delighted to read that, after you enjoyed your amazing Galaxy S20+ for 3 and a half years, you have decided to upgrade to this brilliant device. We are also glad that you are making the most of its powerful and long-lasting battery, which allows you to listen to your tunes and podcasts all day long, while also giving you the possibility to charge it very quickly with 45W Super Fast Charging. It is also great that you like its sophisticated and sleek design, and that you have found a great case for it already; which also allows you to make the most of its flawless fingerprint sensor. In addition to this, as you mentioned, its connection is truly superb, allowing you to have perfect synchronisation between it and your Galaxy Book3. Finally, you can make the most of its powerful camera system, which lets you take excellent pictures and videos in the smartest way possible. The Galaxy S24+ makes your life more convenient every day with its advanced technology! ^CL at Samsung Support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S24 series comes in a variety of colours - I've gone for the S24+ Cobalt Violet and I'm loving it. It's quick and easy to get started, if you're replacing your old Samsung phone then you may be able have all your data transferred using Samsung Smart Switch app. The phone features a slightly bigger battery capacity compared to the previous series, even with a screen refresh rate set at 120hz the battery life is decent. Real time translation and an interpreter function powered by Galaxy AI is very cool and will be very useful. The camera is very powerful and is able to take much better quality photos, even while zoomed-in at night.
Congratulations on your fantastic Galaxy S24+ in Cobalt Violet! We are glad to read that you found it so easy and quick to get started with your amazing device, especially thanks to the Smart Switch app, which helped you transfer all your data from your old device onto your new one effortlessly. Additionally, it is great that you are happy with its long-lasting and intelligent battery, as well as with its impressive 6.7" Dynamic AMOLED 2X display featuring 120Hz. We are also glad that you have been making the most of its advanced AI features, including Live Translate and Interpreter, as well as of its powerful camera system. The Galaxy S24+ is an epic device, which welcomes you to the new era of Galaxy AI in great smartness and power! ^CL at Samsung Support
I was at first apprehensive coming to this phone. I was just parting with my S22 Ultra and was expecting a downgrade in most departments. I was surprised when the regular Pictures from the main camera sensor appeared better than the S22 Ultra aswell as stronger performance in gaming. The Display is also much brighter with thin bezzles which aid the elegance. The battery optimization is much better too, it is much colder when gaming and there is less noticeable battery drain when using the camera. The build quality seems to be better too, with less scratches on the frame and less microscratches on the screen too. I highly recommend this phone for someone that wants an extremely stable and smooth flagship experience.

I recieved my brand new phone today. I am so impressed with the long lasting battery, I didn't need to charge my phone for majority of the day. The camera is the BEST camera I have had on a phone so far, which is one of the main reasons I decided to purchase this particular model. The design is sleek and simple, I love the curved corners as it makes the phone look appealing. The display is extremely high quality and I cannot fault it. Overall the performance of the S24+ is impressive and I am so glad I went with this model as I was originally going to purchase the S24. I just know this phone will last me a long time due to the high quality and specs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From the first impression, I can already see that this is a high end phone. It's the perfect size and has such a sleek design that really pops. I went for the Cobalt Violet colour for the phone and needless to say, I am not disappointed. You can really see that Samsung has made an impact and moving forward with technology and the ease of use of the phone is impeccable. The display of the phone is high definition and scrolling on social media and browsing on this phone can easily be done as the technology on this phone is responsive and quick to load.
Congratulations on your new and wonderful Galaxy S24+, and also on the excellent choice of colour with Cobalt Violet! We are pleased to read that, as soon as you unboxed it, you were immediately surprised by the premium design of this phone, which makes it prestigious to handle and use; as well as by its enhanced technology with AI, specifically aimed at making your life easier and more convenient every day. In particular, it's great that you like using social media and browsing on its immersive 6.7" Dynamic AMOLED 2X display smoothly, also thanks to its 120Hz and powerful processor. The Galaxy S24+ welcomes you to the new generation of AI phones in style, smartness and power! ^CL at Samsung Support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a Samsung S8 that I had for many years until it actually nearly stopped working so this was the ideal time to upgrade to the S24. What a great device this is! The features are so much superior to the older models. The Camera is so impressive and is worth upgrading to. My new hobby is to take pictures of the moon and using the Zoom feature lol. The speed of opening and closing applications is impressive. The battery life is amazing and the screen itself is very high quality and fab for watching videos on Apps. Very well designed and easy to navigate this mobile, I’m still discovering new things and loving it!
Thank you for your wonderful review, Kanny! We are blown away by your positive comments and delighted to see how much you are enjoying your new Galaxy S24+! The magnificent camera features are complimented by our all new AI capabilities, such as Generative Edit, which allows you to let your creative side loose! It's also easy to understand why your so impressed by the performance! With a powerful processor, large RAM, long-lasting battery and intuitive One UI, this magnificent AI phone is a pleasure to use! ^CR at Samsung Support
I received my S24+ this week, not what I had hoped. Poor camera quality, really washed out and heavy post-processing artefacts zooming in. I chose the plus model over the regular S24 due to it having 12gb ram instead of 8gb ram, and a much better 1440p display. Why is the standard S24 left out? I didn't particularly want a large phone but it's disappointing that the smaller sized phone gets left out once again. I have to say the design looks great. But, the sharp, edges of the device leave it incredibly uncomfortable to use, not an ergonomic design. Samsung, please put the volume buttons back on the left hand side of the phone, taking a screenshot is impossible without using two hands and leaves the right side of the device cluttered with three buttons. little more than surface level changes and gimmicks this time around.
Thank you for your feedback, although we do regret seeing that your S24+ didn't provide you with everything that you were hoping for. Every part of it has been designed to be a noticeable upgrade to previous models, but we can understand your frustration if this has not been your experience. We are happy to take on board your comments regarding the design of the corners, and the positioning of the volume buttons, so that we can keep on providing our customers with everything that they'd want or need. ^DB at Samsung Support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my S24+ and I am very chuffed to have chosen it. I did not realise how big & heavy it might be since I'm used to carrying my S10 for the past 4 years. I'm sure I'll settle into it with time, but the experience of Audio/video on this screen is beyond words. I also didn't realise the power of new upgraded features until I started using S24+ I wasn't sure on the colour when I ordered, but I adore the Cobalt Violet colour. Battery lasts me full day with medium heavy usage but it includes gaming, music, videos and video calls. I'm exploring the number of new features that make life so easy. AI features are the cheery on the cake. Overall I'm really loving the premium experience.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent phone in all areas. Super fast performance, nice 120Hz display and great to see Samsung going with a larger sensor size in the camera instead of throwing a larger megapixel count only as most manufacturers do. The new snapdragon processor and 12GB of RAM run Android noticeably faster than my previous Galaxy phone. AI photo editing is very useful for removing unwanted objects and people from the backgrounds of photos. Amusingly on one occasion it changed a woman in the background of a photo into a large potted plant instead of trying to generate a background like the surrounding background. The big downside of this phone is that AI features are for ONE year only then we'll all be stuck paying a subscription. It wasn't enough to put me off the purchase but considering the cost of this phone this is an unacceptable move and one I hope Samsung will reconsider.
Thank you for reviewing your new Galaxy S24+! The stunning, responsive display can handle all your needs, whether its fast-paced gaming, watching your favourite films or simple surfing the web! The powerful performance comes from the impeccable processor and large RAM, allowing your new AI phone to multitask with ease and run even the post demanding apps! Not only can enjoy the beauty and performance, but the AI features will enhance your day to life, improving communication, creativity and all your business and leisure activities! Plus, please do not despair, there are currently no plans to introduce a subscription for our AI features! ^CR at Samsung Support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was beyond excited to receive my new phone as the S24 lineup for this year is one of the biggest steps forward for Samsung! I'm upgrading from a 2-years old device. The S24+ comes with an improved screen which matches the highest standards of the company, bright and vibrant, excellent display for games, movie streaming of browsing the internet. The phone's design has been nailed with excellent comfort when holding, flat sturdy frame - it looks gorgeous without or with a Samsung case on. The biggest change and most exciting thing is the Galaxy AI - Samsung made AI part of our daily lives now and I enjoy the ability to generate photo edits, use translation all across the device, summarise notes, improve my writing and everyone's favorite - circle to search - makes everything so easy! The phone is extremely intuitive, battery last for really long and the cameras are top of the market! I'm really happy!
I am so upset for spending a fortune on this phone. I was expecting the quality of the camera to be better than my previous Samsung s20 but the photos come out so much worse. Sadly this is the very last time that I have bought a Samsung phone and I have been with this company for over a decade. Very disappointed and upset.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So Got the S24+ as a replacement for my v.old A50 (swapped to the A's because the S's were becoming very very expensicve - and they still are). But I thought why not - and what a massive difference/jumpo in performance you get. Just Out side speed is amazing... The Camera(s) are amazing - just the ability to take a pic and zoom in so far. Havent tried many o f the other features yet. Took alongtime to get all my existing apps working (smart switch diodnt bring over all the account details/passwords etc). But very impressed so far - going to try the AI features etc - but that for my next comments/review Did buy a clear case with a MagLock ring, and maglock charger for the car - makes life much easier.
The cameras are fantastic! Very clear, great filters. I am a very enthusiastic amateur photographer, the cameras were the main reason I chose this phone. It captured the Aurora Borealis over the UK earlier this week with its night mode, the photos have come out brilliantly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would highly recommend this phone. Firstly, the light weight , shape and size is much appreciated with the curve sides. The battery timing are awesome i use it the whole day for different activities but its still more than 50 % im surprised never needed to charge back again. The capacity in terms of memory is excellent. I have upgraded from s9+ to this phone which I worth it 100% 👌 Also, the speed of the ram is excellent. I use this phone for not only my social activities but also for my kids home work , work meetings , and online shopping. The result is it can handle all the things very well and no tab crash I can keep my folders and kids stuff separately thanks to the storage. Also, the camera I'm in love with it it's amazing picture quality. Amazing display and super sonic sharp colors and also the zooming quality in terms of picture is unbeatable. The AI feature is amazing. Which not only me my kids like to use sometimes to remove unwanted stuff in their picture that's a fun. In other words I recommend this phone. I

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy S24 is clearly better than its previous models in several aspects. It has a slightly larger battery, an improved screen, improved design, a more attractive starting price and should receive updates for up to 7 years. It has got 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 px. I've been planning to buy a new smartphone for a long time, now I know it was worth it. I am very satisfied with the purchase. The front and back camera is amazing. I'm looking forward to my summer vacation when I will be able to capture beautiful landscapes using my S24 smartphone. I have had Samsung smartphones for years, I can't imagine switching to another operating system. The phone has very cool functions and good quality sound of music from the speaker. The smartphone has a very nice finish, it is very light and slim, which is what I really wanted. L It charges very quickly and the battery lasts a long time. If anyone is still thinking about purchasing this model, I definitely recommend investing in this model. You definitely won't regret it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What can I say about this absolutely beautiful phone?! The packaging was luxurious and felt upmarket. The phone was well protected. I chose the stunning cobalt violet colourway with satin edges as it reflected calm in my busy schedule. Disappointingly there was no plug but it contained the charging cable. The transfer from my S20 was seamless and supremely easy. This phone is great for work whilst busy and on the go and great for leisure time. The picture is beautifully clear and crisp, great for commuting and quiet time also. The sound quality is great too for listening to music but the real show stopper has to be the camera! It’s amazing and simple to use with great features. My favourite is the text extraction from photos which saves a huge amount of time for me whilst out and about. The camera burst shot setting is great. You can remove objects, shadows and reflections from photographs with object eraser. The price point for the phone is fairly priced as the S24 packs a punch for the pound. I purchased the official Samsung Validated silicone case for extra protection. I highly recommend the S24 and am absolutely thrilled with it!
We are delighted to read that you think the Galaxy S24+ is a beautiful phone overall, Sarnie! It is great that you had a premium experience with this fantastic device starting from its packaging, and that its vibrant colour with Cobalt Violet is perfect to match your mood during your busy work schedule. We are also glad to read that transferring all your important data from your previous Samsung phone was easy and quick, and that you are impressed by the quality of its camera, the vibrancy and clarity of its display, as well as by its immersive and high-quality sound experience. Furthermore, it is great that, among the astounding features of this device, you particularly like the Extract Text from any picture, which saves you a great deal of time when you are on the go. Finally, we are pleased to see that you have already started enjoying its great range of AI features, and that you found a fantastic Samsung official case to go with it, for a full premium experience. The Galaxy S24+ makes every day epic with its impressive technology, specs and design! ^CL at Samsung Support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I’ve always enjoyed using the Samsung Galaxy range I have always loved the look of a certain other phone. 😉 Thankfully, Samsung read my mind when designing the Samsung S24+ plus which takes the design of the other phone to another level. I love the thin Bezels, the sharp and flattened edges and the amazing build quality that highlights the dense and sturdy feel of the phone. I know..... I should get a case to protect the phone, but the Sapphire Blue looks so amazing that I just must show it off for a few more days. After using the phone for the last 24 hours, and as a photographer, I am incredibly impressed by how consistent the colours look across the three cameras. The three cameras also work really well and the level of graining has been reduced which makes it even better for night photography. The screen looks huge and is very sharp. The QHD+ display clearly does wonders. I have also had a play around with the Circle to Search feature which lets you run a google search on almost anything on your screen by drawing a circle around it. Really fun, especially when using it on Instagram or whilst shopping. So far, I have had amazing battery life too. Look forward to continuing to use the S24+ and I am glad I chose this over the other models as it seems just perfect. Thanks Samsung. 😊
Thank you for a superb five-star review of your S24+! We hope you are still loving it as much as you did when you first purchased it! We have worked hard and gone above and beyond with making this a spectacular phone! It is great to see that the sleek and satin finish has come across this way for you, and you are able to showcase the stellar Sapphire Blue off to everyone! We know you will have taken some awesome pictures with the 50MP camera which we last for a lifetime! With the 6.2" Dynamic AMOLED 2X display and 4,000 mAh battery, we know you will brag about the results for years to come! We cannot forget to point out what you have mentioned and that is the immense Galaxy AI especially Circle to Search! We have taken your phone experience to a whole new level! ^LB at Samsung Support
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After finally receiving this device and being a bit late to the party here are my key points in the most simplest way possible: -Build quality is amazing and sleek despite not being made from titanium and for a phone this size it feels lightweight and nice to hold in the hand thanks to the curved edges around the frame - Battery life is insane on this device with enough juice for the day. I only need to charge my device up to 80% (to protect the battery) and that would be enough for the whole day. The performance is surprisingly good too despite not having a snapdragon processor. It feels fast and no signs of app bugs or crashes. -Camera quality exceeded my expectations for this device Photos are sharp and colors are accurate and perfect for all my social media needs. See my uploaded snaps for yourself! - AI for me was a hit and miss. I mainly used it to edit pictures to remove objects, shadows and even enhance lighting although sometimes it wouldn't edit correctly. Still it is quite fun to remove things that shouldn't be in your pictures. Overall the s24+ is a well thought out device. It may not have the most cameras or a pen to write with or be as cheap as the base model, but it does have the best of both worlds with impressive battery life, Amazing QHD display, Exceptional camera quality and performance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung S24+ Review The initial setup encountered Wi-Fi issues due to my bespoke router configuration. However, using a cable, data transfer from the S22 was swift and trouble-free. Approximately 60GB of data took only 40 minutes, surpassing the estimated hour. The phone feels high quality and is manageable for one-handed use, even with a chunky, durable case featuring a kickstand. Camera: Low Light Performance: The camera excels in low-light conditions, likely due to AI enhancements. AI Lasso Tool - Swiftly removes unwanted items from photos, impressing me more than expensive desktop software. 240Hz Slow Motion: Impressive slow-motion capture, detecting optimal moments. OS Updates: The phone promises an impressive 7 years of OS updates, ensuring longevity and security. Screen Brightness: Superb screen brightness, especially in high light levels. At its lowest setting, it’s ideal for night-time reading. Fingerprint Scanner: Highly responsive, though reprogramming was necessary after applying a screen protector. Audio: Speaker Balance: Well-balanced top and bottom speakers, unlike the S22’s uneven loudness. Audio Quality: Clear sound with robust bass. Battery Efficiency: Remarkably, it consumes only 4 to 5% battery overnight. The wireless charging is also fast. Thanks for reading my review. First and second photo are before and after using AI to remove food and cutlery off the plate.
Thank you so much for your spectacular review, Jemeriquai! We are absolutely thrilled to see that you overcame a slight issue during the initial set up and were able to transfer everything over swiftly! The stylish, premium design is not only beautiful, but provides a robust, durable build that withstand the test of time! With so many intelligent camera features such as Slow Motion, Nightography and Pro Mode, you can capture photos and videos in perfect detail! With a stunning display, incredible security features, a long-lasting battery, powerful processor and years of updates to ensure your phone is working at its very best, it's no wonder you're so impressed! Upgraded from my Samsung A51. The Plus offers the best value IMO. With the Plus you get 512GB Storage 12GB RAM (you only get 256/8GB on the Base). round corners are easy on the palms and pocket-friendly, a QHD display (same as the Ultra, Base model comes with FHD), light weight. What you get if you pay extra for an Ultra: a slightly better camera and bigger display, a slightly bigger battery, an S pen, Titanium. And up to 1TB storage for extra charge. The sharp corners and weight might even be a drawback for some people. So S24+!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my recent transition from the Samsung Galaxy S23+ to the S24+, I was primarily motivated by updating my phone rather than the expectation of significant differences between the two devices. While attempting to utilize the Smart Share feature, I encountered technical difficulties that resulted in freezing issues. As a workaround, I opted to establish a wired connection instead. It is worth noting that I had previously experienced similar challenges during my upgrade to the S23+. Initially, the battery life of the S24+ was a concern, as it required recharging during the day. However, this issue appears to have stabilized over time, and the battery now provides sufficient power to last an entire day without the need for additional charging. In terms of physical attributes, the S24+ is marginally longer compared to its predecessor, necessitating the purchase of a new protective case. One particularly impressive aspect of this device is its photo editing capabilities. These features have proven invaluable in a recent project involving the enhancement of old photographs, the removal of reflections from new images, and the overall improvement of visual quality. Furthermore, there have been noticeable improvements in the graphics rendering for gaming applications, accompanied by a reduction in lag. Additionally, the S24+ offers a convenient text editing feature that leverages artificial intelligence. By selecting text, users are presented with a range of suggested improvements, eliminating the need for downloading separate applications for similar purposes. All other aspects are quite similar, and it will likely require some time for me to fully comprehend all of the enhancements.
Thank you for sharing your fantastic experience with S24+, Lozzie, we're delighted to see you're enjoying the upgrade! It is our understanding that you encountered difficulties when attempting to transfer data from your S23+ to your new model using Smart Switch and apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are however glad that a cabled connection allowed you to switch over your content with ease. We're pleased to see you're now enjoying the long-lasting battery despite initial concerns. We can confirm our phones are crafted with AI batteries that are designed to learn your usage and optimise power based on your performance, so it's normal for your battery life to be shorter than expected during the first week or so of usage. Once this learning period is complete, a significant improvement can be seen. It's excellent to see you're enjoying the advanced photo editing capabilities and ability to enhance old photos, as well as the improved graphics and performance for gaming. The added AI features certainly add more ease to everyday activities, and we know you'll continue to enjoy exploring what they can do! ^AP at Samsung Support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sure, here's a review of the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra: The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is the latest flagship offering from Samsung, and it is truly a powerhouse of a device. Featuring a stunning 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with a resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels, the S24 Ultra delivers vibrant colors and sharp details that make for an immersive viewing experience. Under the hood, the S24 Ultra is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, coupled with a massive 16GB of RAM. This powerhouse combination ensures that the device runs smoothly and can handle even the most demanding tasks with ease. One of the standout features of the S24 Ultra is its camera setup. The device boasts a quad-camera system, including a 108MP primary sensor, a 48MP ultra-wide sensor, a 12MP periscope telephoto lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. These cameras work together to capture stunning photos and videos with exceptional detail and clarity. In terms of battery life, the S24 Ultra packs a 5,000mAh battery that offers all-day usage on a single charge. The device also supports fast charging and wireless charging, making it convenient to top up the battery when needed. The S24 Ultra runs on Samsung's One UI 4, based on Android 13, providing a smooth and seamless user experience. The device also comes with features like S Pen support, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and IP68 water and dust resistance. Overall, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is a top-of-the-line smartphone that offers exceptional performance, a stunning display, impressive cameras, and a host of features that cater to both power users and casual consumers. If you're in the market for a premium flagship device, the S24 Ultra is definitely worth considering.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S24+ is certainly the best phone I have used. Its an upgrade to my existing S21FE and the most noticeable differences are the flat sides and right to the edge screen. The screen is super clear and its a pleasure to look at. I have watched YouTube video's and played a few games and there's no lag, no stutter, just crisp clear and smooth graphics. I have installed a good quality screen protector but the Finger Print login still works great and I feel better that its fully protected. The camera seems really good and I love the AI part where you take a photo and circle the item. The phone then quickly displays information or bringing up places you can buy it etc... This can be really useful when you find something you want. Just take a photo and let the phone do the rest. One other AI item I tried quickly was the direct translate. I called up my friend in Italy and got them to speak in Italian. The phone was able to translate between myself and them in both directions. Surprised me how well it works. I'm not sure how much I will use this but its a very clever feature. So back to the cameras on the S24. The results are amazing, clear and colourful. The zoom is excellent, much better than on previous versions. Video is also outstanding with the ability to record in UHD (4k) or even 8K. Lastly and certainly not least, smart home. It integrates great with all my TV's, projector and smart home devices including my car! For me, I need the phone for these features: 1. Phone calls / Whats App calls - Excellent 2. Games and Videos/TV - Amazing 3. Photo's, Photo's and More Photo's - WOW! 4. Work emails - does the job! This is a great phone and if you want Android (And I do) then this is the top phone to go for. I would thoroughly recommend it and look out for Samsungs amazing offers to sweeten the deal.
We are delighted to read that you think the Galaxy S24+ is the best phone you have ever used, and that it is the perfect upgrade from your Galaxy S21 FE, Steve! As you mentioned, this fantastic device doesn't just boast a clear and bright screen, which lets you game and stream your favourite content on it like a pro; but it is also very powerful and fast thanks to its Exynos 2400 for Galaxy processor and 12 GB of RAM. It is also great that you found the perfect screen protector for it, which gives you a further layer of protection while letting your keep the device secure with the fingerprint scanner; and that you are making the most of its advanced AI camera system, which helps you take excellent pictures and videos effortlessly in full 8K. The endless advantages of AI don't stop at the camera though, because this device is packed with lots of brilliant AI features, such as Live Translate, which break all barriers of communication while making any task as easy as possible to complete. Finally, we are glad that this phone has already become a great addition to your Galaxy Ecosystem, with your Samsung products working in perfect synchronisation to make your life easier and smarter than ever before. The Galaxy S24+ delivers the future of technology to your hands! ^CL at Samsung Support
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using my S24+ for a couple of months now. I upgraded from an S20+ which was getting past it's best with regards to battery and processing speed. Instantly, this phone felt like a superior product in my hand, in terms of how it’s built, certainly looking at it from the outside and the materials selection for the casing. The phone is also lighter and slightly different dimensions, it’s shorter and not a long as the S20+ but this is not to its detriment. The screen itself, the image/ graphics are clearer and crisper than the S20+ which I always felt was a bit disappointing. As it moves through the menus, it appears slicker and not as clunky. Setup on the phone was easy, and fast. It worked its way through the many apps I have installed with ease, the processor very up to the job, it wasn’t long before I was up and running. It has even connected simply and easily to all the other Samsung devices we have around the house. The AI features are cool, especially the circle to search which I’ve used many times so far. Some of the other features, like note and chat assist, are immature but will improve as it learns. The cameras far surpass the ones on my old phone, which was a constant disappointment. I was usually reverting to using my husbands S22 Ultra whenever we were out and about, to capture any moments as it would inevitably let me down or not produce a clear picture. The nightography is also significantly improved, I am looking forward to using this when we start doing all our Christmas traditions this year, to capture some stunning photos and memories. The extended performance and larger battery are excellent. I would normally have to charge my phone at work, half way through the day and then again in the evening but now it lasts all day and is still about 40-50% full at bedtime. Overall, I am impressed with this phone and super happy with how it performs, plus the new features which I’ve been able to use in my day-to-day use of the phone, since day one.

We are glad to read that you found this phone to be an upgrade compared to your previous, but still amazing, Galaxy S20+; starting with its sophisticated design, the high quality and resistant components, and with its smooth and lightweight case. In regards to the screen specifically, we are pleased that you like the striking 6.7" Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with super smooth 120Hz refresh rate, which makes scrolling through your favourite content and features easy and straightforward. Furthermore, it is great that you found setting it up easy and quick, and that, among the great range of AI features that come with it, you found Circle to Search particularly useful. Finally, we are delighted that you are impressed by its advanced camera system, and particularly the Nightography feature, which allows you to take perfectly detailed pictures in the dark, and that we are confident will capture astounding memories of your next Christmas. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy S24+ is an amazing phone, hands down. The display is gorgeous, vibrant, and clear, making everything from watching movies to browsing social media a joy. The cameras are truly top-notch, capturing stunning and sharp pictures and videos. But let's be honest, the phone wouldn't be nearly as exciting without its groundbreaking AI features. Real-time translation, AI-powered photo and video editing, and the intuitive message editor are just a few examples that truly make the S24+ stand out. As a big tech enthusiast, I especially fell in love with Samsung Dex. The ability to turn your phone into a desktop experience is truly remarkable, and I found myself constantly discovering new ways to use it. From turning my smart glasses into a mini-computer to editing documents on the go and using it for presentations, Dex is a game-changer. Right now, the S24+ is arguably the best phone on the market, catering to both everyday users and tech-savvy individuals like me. However, Samsung's decision to make some of the phone's most advanced AI features part of a paid subscription service left me scratching my head. These features, like real-time language translation, AI photo and video editing, and advanced messaging tools, are what truly elevate the S24+ above the competition. Without them, the phone feels like a watered-down version of its potential. While I understand the business side of things, I urge Samsung to reconsider this approach. Not everyone can afford or wants to pay a monthly fee, and locking these features behind a paywall diminishes the phone's overall value proposition. Overall, the Samsung Galaxy S24+ is currently the best smartphone on the market. It offers everything a regular user could need, and even tech enthusiasts like myself will find plenty to love. However, the subscription model for some AI features leaves a slightly sour taste. If Samsung could address this and add some functionality to timers, like stopping media playback, the S24+ would be even closer to perfect. For now, it's the best smartphone option for anyone who wants a phone that can do it all, from capturing stunning photos to boosting productivity with innovative features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung appear to be spoiling us from the offset with the new S24+, starting with the double un-boxing. However, once opening the box to the handset I was a little disappointed. I had chosen jade green, but it appears more of a pale matte grey-green. It still looks like a top-class premium phone but be aware if choosing the phone for the colour. The phone itself has a nice premium feel and is large enough to easily view videos, but just about small enough to fit in my hand and into a pocket. The battery has a long life, and I can just get 2 days use with mild-moderate use of calls, messages, and social media, when on the basic battery saver option. The cameras are great quality and perfectly able to produce clear sharp pictures in all situations tested, so most users wouldn’t be disappointed. The main difference with the S24+ photos is the AI feature of ‘generative edit’. This has taken a while to get the hang of but once mastered is a game-changer in amending and creating content in photos. The ‘circle to search’ feature is by far the most time-saving and enormously fun feature of the new rage. A long press on the home button, and a circle of the finger is all that is needed to search for associated content. It is so sleek and simple it’s brilliant. The other outstanding AI feature on the phone is the ‘live translate’. I regularly book things abroad and is my new little life-saver, if the recipient caller speaks little English. Once on a call there is the option of ‘live translate’ so the moment that you realise you can’t speak Portuguese you can press the button and it will do the rest for you. For the best experience you can to change the caller languages before the call, if you can pre-empt the language. Apart from a couple of odd words of phrases that don’t fully translate, this has been a stand-out feature for me. Finally, for long-time phone owners, the appeal of the new range is that Samsung will have multiple security patches OS upgrades. I would be confident that if you look after the phone it should provide you with decent longevity, which I would personally expect, considering the cost of a premium model. Overall I think this is a great flagship range and the S24+ is the perfect ‘middle-child’ to the other phones in the range. The AI features, once mastered will change how we work and make life easier and generally more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend the S24+.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my new Samsung S24+ for close to 3 weeks now, and so far I have been very impressed. Starting with the unboxing experience, the phone comes in an understated black cardboard box, but as soon as you get inside the phone itself looks very sleek. After much deliberation I went for the Oynx Black and I'm really happy with how it looks in the satin finish. The S24+ feels great in the hand - substantial, but not bulky. I opted to purchase one of the cases Samsung offered as I am exceptionally clumsy, and it still remains comfy to hold. Be warned, the S24 series phones do not come with a power brick, just a USB-C cable as part of a plan to reduce e-waste. Thankfully you wont need to charge it often as the battery life it gets is massive; I am currently sat at 58% battery, despite having last charged my phone a good 34 hours ago. The wireless charging in my car, something my previous device lacked, is also fantastically useful. No more arriving after a long drive to see that android auto has wiped out half my battery life! The screen truly does look glorious! The 6.7" display is, to me, the perfect size to fit in the hand without compromising the ability to "one hand" the phone. With the massive 3120 x 1440 resolution it uses, the pixel density makes sure everything looks incredibly sharp. Colours are vibrant with deep blacks and a sensibly set screen brightness out of the box, even moving into intense sunlight the screen remains really easy to read. I have briefly tried watching HDR content and this only serves to take things to another level. The fingerprint sensor on the S24+ is embedded in this screen and not only recognised my fingerprint every time, but its exceptionally quick too, bordering on instant. I've only had limited opportunities to use the camera but the few photos and videos I have taken have been crystal clear, I have included one from a recent London day out, with the camera focussing extremely quickly and shots looking very natural, even in lower light environments. Lastly the AI features, I wasn't sure how useful I would find these, but the circle to search feature is surprisingly helpful. Seen an obscure image and wondered what it was? Just circle it and you'll likely know seconds later. The photo editing magic of just removing things is neat, but potentially needs a little extra polishing to be perfect. Overall, very happy customer, and the S24 is well worth considering if you are looking for a new phone.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've now had the phone a few days now and wow, im really impressed with it. The sleek design packs a punch. It may be small and light weight, with the OLEG technology with crystal clear screen you would expect this to weight alot more that it does. You wouldn't expect a phone this small to have soo much it's just a great quality phone it really does do everything. The screen is just so clear the loading time for browsers is next to nothing . Gaming on this is incredible along with the battery life.
Thank you for your five-star review, we hope you’re still in love with your S24+ as much as you were the day you bought it! ^DB at Samsung Support
Display is very good, design excellent. Battery life is very good and seems to lasts. Not yet used the camera, but saved photos look good. Good choice of apps. Lot of apps though not appropriate for me personally. The handset does occasionally get hot, or warm when charging, using for 10 minutes and whilst downloading and installing the software. Had to restart a few times when an app freezes, or stops working. Otherwise, an excellent overall handset and plenty of options and choice of apps etc.

My new Galaxy S24+ is an amazing phone. It is very fast and I love its camera. I have taken photos in a Xmas lights event, in the dark, and printed them, compared to my Fuji digital camera ones, they were astonishingly good. The battery is better than my old Galaxy S22+, however, not great, I charge it once a day, compared to 2-3 times a day for my old S22+. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase, given that it is an expensive device (luckily I bought it on the Black Friday sale).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 24+ is the sweet spot of the line up for those of us who do not need a stylus. It has the latest flagship Exynos chip and plenty of ram. I went for the 512GB model so tonnes of storage for high res video and plenty of apps. The battery life is particularly amazing considering how blazing fast the phone is and the size and brightness of the screen. Powering me all day with games, Youtube and a good amount of social media. The screen is super smooth with 120hz and amazingly bright for outdoor viewing with up to 2600 nits of brightness. I have taken a food few photos and found the camera a decent upgrade from my old phone. The ai features have been a revolution in searching for items with simply circling what I want and it searches for it online. I can also use the smart AI to edit photos and fix any mistakes.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited when my S24+ arrived. Unwrapped it and when I held it was amazed at how light it is. The display is bright and clear. It was fairly easy to set up. The battery has lasted me 2 to 3 days with moderate use. The camera takes great pictures. Can see the detail clearly upon zooming in taking photos at 50Mp or 10Mp. Browsing the internet is quite fast and no delays in typing responses or clicking. The screen recording is a useful feature, especially when trying to explain to a non-techie how to setup apps or where to look for particular settings on the phone! The only issue I have found so far is the fingerprint setup. With a screen protector it just isn't working. Thankfully I can use the facial recognition. Overall impression so far is positive and will update once I start using more of the features.
The weight of the S24+ will easily surprise you, as its larger frame would suggest that it would be more cumbersome, but it's great to see that you've found the opposite to be the case. This larger frame allowed a larger and more dynamic screen that will provide the most amazing visuals, and the smoothest scrolling or viewing. Because of our most powerful chipset to date, everything runs at optimum levels, including the battery, which can now give you true all-day performance. The camera makes excellent use of the new AI, and will deliver the most stunning photos, or let you truly explore your creativity. We're glad that you're enjoying the options that are presented by the screen recording, and that it's been helping make getting support simpler. We've ensured that there are plenty of different ways to place all your data behind a vault-like level of security, so it's good to see that you've found one that better suits your needs. ^DB at Samsung Support
Not even 10 days with my base s24 orange 256GB and I'm experiencing heavy mura (uneven pixels coloration) effect. I tried everything with samsung support and the internet; reboot, clear cache, reset device, etc. The problem still remained. The matter of fact is I believe it's a defect that most of samsung s24 series have. Everywhere on the internet people experience this issue (some more intense mura effect than others).
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking for a newer phone and I was so happy with the details of the 24+ the size the battery life, the photo quality and ai search also the translator. I am absolutely amazed at the translator as you can choose from many languages and it actually works which is amazing. Had a play with a few languages. Set up was very simple from my s22 and I found a huge difference in it. The quality can be seen straight away with screen quality to the phone itself. The case the phone is in is light and gives a sophisticated look. Picture quality is the best I've seen and can take multi shots too.
Thank you for your five-star review, Naseema! It is a pleasure to see how much you are enjoying your new Galaxy S24+ after a smooth transition from your S22, especially thanks to all the wonderful new AI features! Not only can you enjoy the AI capabilities, but with a powerful battery and processor, stylish, lightweight design and a breathtaking display, what's not to love! ^CR at Samsung Support
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the exclusive Sapphire Blue only available on Samsung.com 12GB Ram and 512GB. Front camera 12MP ultrawide 10MP telephoto 3 x optical zoom so great for distance photography 50MP main camera AI technology for enhanced images to capture super bright images even in the dark, effortlessly edit photos to remove item in the background, tha AI feature I use the most is Circle conveniently let’s me search on Google or any app, Live translate on your phone AI helps you communicate outside your own language, but I haven’t mastered this yet I think it’s down to my area accent. Large screen 6.7in QHD+ Dynamic Amoled of the 24+ comes with the highest screen resolution on a Galaxy device, which makes it great for gaming. Like the Samsung 23 the camera on the rear of the camera is quite protruding so the phone won’t lie flat and when laying flat for wireless charging you have to adjust it slightly.
Thank you for sharing your excellent experience with the S24+! We're thrilled to hear you've been wowed by the impressive AI features such as Circle to Search and Live Translation, which add ease and convenience to your every day! We're also delighted to read you've been making the most of the incredible camera features and editing capabilities to capture the best photos, even in low light! The large, bright display is certainly a standout, making it the perfect model for gaming! ^AP at Samsung Support
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My S24 ultra arrived 3 days ago. I'm very impressed with it. Its very beautiful, high quality and sturdy with titanium build. I used to have S21 ultra, which was ok, but this is a massive upgrade for me. The battery last me a full day and I still have 30% at the end of the day even if I use it a lot. I din't play games on it so far as I'm not really a gamer. The flat screen is stunning even though the display is not the best so far,but hopefully with the next update it will be sorted . Compared to my s21 ultra, the fingerprint is brilliant, its a lot faster, screen can go a lot brighter( can use it in the sun without any problem). Camera is awesome, with the colours on the photos looking true to life. Even in poor light, the photos and videos are fantastic. About the S-pen and the AI futures can't say much as I'm still exploring them.So far looks fun . I'm very glad with my purchase. Definetely the best phone out there at the moment .
Thank you for your five-star review, Libelula! We are overjoyed to see how impressed you are with the magnificent beauty and performance of your new Galaxy S24 Ultra. I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones. Looks amazing, super snappy and powerful with the smpdragon 8 elite Gen 4, the best camera in smartphones, absolutely polished samsung one ui, honestly I am amazed for days, superb AI …functionality, I have been gaming all day it barely gets warm, superb display and battery performance is better because of the more efficient cpu, honestly glad I made the right decision and would do it again.smartphones, absolutely polished samsung one ui, honestly I am amazed for days, superb AI … functionality, I have been gaming all day it barely gets warm, superb display and battery performance is better because of the more efficient cpu, honestly glad I made the right decision and would do it again.
