• What is Samsung Reservation+ e-voucher?

  The Samsung Reservation+ e-voucher is a special offer that allows you to pay ₱1,000 to receive an e-voucher worth up to ₱8,190 worth of discount and freebie. This e-voucher will give you exclusive savings on your purchase of Galaxy Tab S12+| Tab S12 Ultra.
  
  The exclusive offer includes ₱5,000 discount off the products and one (1) wireless battery pack worth ₱3,190.
  
  After December 31, 2026, the e-voucher will be valued at ₱1,000 and can still be used on any mobile products purchase at Samsung.com.
  
  This offer is redeemable exclusively online at the Samsung Online Store (samsung.com/ph) and the Shop App.
  
  The e-voucher is non-refundable and cannnot be converted to cash.
  The ₱1,000 voucher value cannot be split across multiple transactions.
  The final purchase amount must be at least ₱1 after applying all discounts.

• What happens if I don’t use the e-voucher sent to me?

  If you do not use the e-voucher between October 7 to December 31, 2026 for the purchase of Galaxy Tab S12+|Tab S12 Ultra, the e-voucher will revert to a ₱1,000 discount.
  
  The guaranteed discount and freebie is valid only from October 7 to December 31, 2026 11:59PM. If not used within this period, the e-voucher’s value will revert to ₱1,000 (its original value) and can be applied at any time for mobile product purchases on the Samsung Online Store (Samsung.com/ph) or the Shop App.
  
  Please note that the e-voucher is valid for one transaction only—either during the promotion period or later for the ₱1,000 discount.
  
  The e-voucher cannot be used to purchase consumer electronics products (e.g., TVs, home appliances, air conditioners, monitors) or service products (e.g., Samsung Care, Knox Manage Subscriptions, etc.).

• Can I change my mind after purchasing the e-voucher?

  The ₱1,000 payment for the e-voucher is non-refundable, and there is no change-of-mind policy for this purchase.

• When will I receive my e-voucher code?

  Typically, the e-voucher will be received the day after your purchase, though delays may occur.

• What should I do if I didn’t receive the e-voucher?

  Kindly check your spam or junk folders for the e-voucher email. If you haven't received it within 72 hours of purchase, visit https://www.samsung.com/ph/shop-faq/ for contact information and we'd be happy to assist you!

• How do I use my Samsung Reservation+ e-voucher?

  Once you receive your e-voucher via email, copy it exactly as provided, including capitalization and dashes. Then, paste it into the 'promo code' field on the cart page during checkout to apply the discount to your order total. The final purchase amount must be at least ₱1 after all discounts are applied, or the transaction will not proceed. Trade in is not available with the e-voucher.

• What do I do if my e-voucher is not working?

  Please ensure that you have copied the code exactly as it appears in the email, including capitalization and dashes, and that the e-voucher has not already been used on another purchase.

• Can I use Samsung Rewards points to purchase the e-voucher?

  Samsung Rewards points cannot be used to purchase the e-voucher. Only upfront payment will be accepted for the e-voucher purchase.

• Can I purchase other Samsung products together with the Samsung Reservation+ e-voucher?

  To maximize your savings and enjoy all available promotions, please note that adding Samsung Reservation+ will disable other offers. For the best experience, we recommend placing a separate order for other Samsung products and purchasing Samsung Reservation+ as a standalone item to ensure the order proceeds.
