We use it in our multipurpose basement area and we can't stop looking at our selves in the reflective panels and the cooling is amazing. its very easy to set up . The BESPOKE fridge had various colors and we picked – Navy Glass. The door handle also had a modern design (lever design). I have to say it is very beautiful. There are 4 large drawers and 3 shelves- plenty of room. LED lights brighten the entire fridge. Best part is that you can use it as a regular refrigerator or a freezer and to covert this is quite simple. We have been using this fridge for the past three months – as a freezer and let me inform you it is amazing. Even items left on the most bottom shelf remain frozen. I am so satisfied with this model by Samsung that my wife and I are contemplating whether we should buy another one. Overall, not only a functional but also a stunning refrigerator by Samsung. Very happy with the purchase.

Mainly drinks and Hello Fresh meals that show up so we don't use up the space in our main fridge. We have it in a different room than the kitchen and it doesn't feel out of place since it is so dang gorgeous! We have the blue paneled version and get compliments any time someone goes to get a drink. It does pick up fingerprints easily though that isn't a big deal. A quick wipe with a microfiber cloth and it's as good as new. The inside is just as nice looking as the outside. It's super bright with the LED lights. The drawers are easy to see what is inside of them. I do wish that you had more options for shelving adjustments, and I also wish you could set the door to stop at more than 90 degrees, but this are nit picky things. They would make the fried perfect, but as it is I can easily and highly recommend it to anyone. One other neat feature is that you can set the whole thing to be either a fridge or a freezer and switch it back and forth depending on your needs. What?!

It comes with a door alarm that goes off if the door is left open too long. I love the size and layout of the appliance! The temperature gauge is easy to read and always displayed. I have not used Power freeze or Power cool. I do love the lighting and the temperature controls. The 2 minute door alarm that warns you when the door has been left open has been a life saver! No spoiled food here!

The first thing that stands out when we unpacked and installed the fridge was its sleek look and finish. It makes the kitchen have a wow factor and a POP now. We've had the fridge for a few months and love everything about it. I can’t decide if I like the look or functionality better to be honest, but I'm happy we made the decision to get this particular unit. The glass panels have a sleek look and are virtually smudge proof, which is a big deal in terms of keeping the fridge clean, especially for any families with small children. Speaking of families, this fridge has A TON of storage space! We had a separate garage fridge, but we have since sold it because the BESPOKE provides ample space for our perishables. An additional feature I like is the ability to transform the bottom right into a refrigerator or freezer using your phone. Overall, we love this product. Don't hesitate. Go out and get it!

This is by far the best feature on the fridge. The shelves are wide and all usable. The height is great too on this fridge. I do wish it had more door shelves but that would limit what can be added on the shelves so I won’t complain in that. We also loved the fact that at Thanksgiving we made a Punch that needed to get frozen fast and hard to be useable. It was significantly faster then the other freezers I have owned and didn’t turn out frost bit.

It works nicely and fits beautifully in my kitchen. Has plenty of space and flexible to be converted to either a freezer or a refrigerator. 3 issues which i wanted to share: 1. flex does not mirror the size and dimension of my larger bespoke model. due to this, i have to line up the flex so it sits flush to the front side of my larger refrigerator. 2. the bottom portion of the door does not have any shelves. The space could have been used a little better and hopefully samsung can address this on their future models. 3. Spacing between shelves cannot be adjusted. I am unable to keep anything tall on this refrigerator.

We used to have a plain white freezer in the garage to store extra food. However, my wife fell in love when she first saw Samsung Bespoke. The coolest thing about Samsung Flex Column is it can convert from fridge to freezer to fit your storage needs. Plus, we can choose from three unique colors that fits our space. I choose navy to match with my Samsung bottom freezer. Why choosing white when you can get gorgeous freezer. With my old fridge, we always have issues when the food all the way back got frozen. The multi vent technology of Samsung helps things cooled evenly. And again, with reversible door feature, Samsung makes it easy to fit any space. No doubt, I highly recommend Samsung Bespoke flex column.

The sharp increase in energy costs expected in October 2022 lead me to test this freezer with an energy consumption meter. Unopened it consumed 0.68KWh in10 hours when operating 40C below room temperature. Over one year this amounts 595KWh compared with the manufacturer's claim of 329KWh/pa. The appliance is one year old. My LG American Freezer used less energy in the same test.

We purchased this freezer/fridge in 2/23 from a local appliance store, who delivered it to us on 3/10 and installed it in our garage for use as an extra freezer in our new home. Fast forward to the week of 7/8 when we went on vacation for a week. We came home to find the freezer dead and rotting food so rancid that we were gagged by the odor when the garage doors opened. Today the Samsung repair person came. We were told that this unit has no compressor fan and that it had overheated, causing it to shut down. He said the garage is too hot—the literature that came with the unit says it was safe to operate in temperatures up to 110 degrees. I am pretty sure our garage is not that hot! We lost a ton of food, including frozen breast milk we were storing for our 3 month old twin grandchildren. So don’t buy this unit for a garage unless you only plan to use it 8 months of the year—or never leave home! We are afraid to use it now and waste more money on food that may spoil. Our old home had a 32 year old freezer in the garage in a southern state that got much hotter than here and we never had any issues.
