Can I reactivate a cancelled Premium Monthly Subscription?

No.

Once cancelled, that Monthly Subscription cannot be reactivated.

Another Samsung Care+ Extended Warranty Service Plan may be purchased only if the Product still satisfies the applicable purchase and eligibility requirements, including any applicable purchase window.

If the Product is no longer eligible, Samsung Care+ On-Demand Maintenance may be available if the Product qualifies.
