Does Premium Maintenance include repairs?

No. Maintenance and repair are different.

If Maintenance identifies a repair, the technician will explain the finding.

If the repair is covered under Samsung’s manufacturer’s warranty or Samsung Care+ Extended Warranty, it will be processed separately under that warranty.

Otherwise, a chargeable repair may be quoted and will proceed only if you approve it.
