Does Galaxy S9/S9+ support the adoptable storage feature?

No, Galaxy S9/S9+ 2018 does not support Adoptable Storage feature. 

Adoptable storage means being able to use a SD card as additional internal storage.

Adoptable Storage is not suitable for usage that external memory can be easily attached/detached because it can not guarantee the system stability and protection of data files.
