Does the Galaxy S10e have a heart rate sensor?

Unfortunately Galaxy S10e does not be embedded Heart rate sensor due to limited mounting space.
We recommend to use wearable device like Galaxy Watch Active with your smartphone if you want to measure Heart rate.
You can check wearable model list, possible to measure heart rate, that work with Samsung Health app on following path :
Samsung Health > Discover > Product > Accessories.
