Follow the given steps to backup and restore contacts on Samsung Galaxy smartphone. 

Step 1. Go to ‘Settings’

Step 2. Tap ‘Samsung Account’

Step 3. Tap ‘Samsung Cloud’

Step 4. Tap ‘Back up data’

Step 5. Tap ‘Contacts’ to select

Step 6. Tap ‘Back up now’

Step 7. Tap ‘Done’

Step 1. Go to ‘Settings’

Step 2. Tap ‘Samsung account’

Step 3. Tap ‘Samsung Cloud’

Step 4. Tap ‘Restore data’ and then choose the device

Step 5. Tap ‘Restore ‘

Step 6. Tap ‘Done’

Step 7. The contacts have been restored

  • Ensure the device is connected to a WI-Fi network or mobile data is turned on.
