How to enable and disable app notifications on your Samsung Galaxy smartphone

You can control your notifications, letting you customize and block notifications from your apps, making sure that you are only alerted to the things that matter.
Choose any of these two methods to enable or disable apps notification in your Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
Method 1: Through Settings
Step 1. Go to ‘Settings’
Step 2. Tap ‘Notifications’
Step 3. Tap ‘More’
Step 4. Tap ‘Most recent’
Step 5. Tap ‘All’
Step 6. Select the app
Step 7. Tap ‘Show notification’ to enable/ disable
Method 2: Through Notification panel
Step 1. Swipe down the ‘Notification panel’
Step 2. Tap ‘Notification settings’
Step 3. Tap ‘More’
Step 4. Select the app
Step 5. Tap ‘Show notifications’ to enable/ disable
