How to enable/disable the ‘call waiting’ feature in your Samsung Smartphone

The call waiting feature notifies the caller that the recipient of the call is on another line. The recipient of the call can put the line on hold and answer the incoming call. Have a look at the steps below to learn how to enable and disable the call waiting feature, so that you can enjoy a seamless experience with your Samsung Galaxy Smartphone.

Steps 1. Launch the Phone icon.

Step 2. Tap the More options icon (three dots).

Step 3. Tap Settings.

Step 4. Scroll down to Supplementary Services.

Step 5. Tap Call waiting to enable. Call waiting is now successfully enabled in your Galaxy smartphone.

Step 6. Tap again to disable it.
