1. What is Samsung Care+?
Samsung Care+ is a repair service exclusively for Samsung customers who have purchased a new Samsung device. There are 2 service coverage plans available for you to choose from: 12-month, or 24-month period.
2. What is the difference between Samsung Care+ and Samsung Manufacturer's Warranty?
Samsung Care+ provides enhanced coverage including accidental breakage due to handling as well as damages from liquid.
Samsung Manufacturer's Warranty covers defective material and manufacturing faults.
3. What are the benefits of Samsung Care+?
Repair service for unintentional breakage which may involve liquid/water damages.
Extended warranty (additional 1-year); applicable only for the 24-months Samsung Care+ coverage.
You may request for unlimited repairs within contract duration; minimal fees apply.
Like-for-like replacement of damaged phone if your device is already beyond economic repair (BER); up to 2x replacement for 24-months coverage. Minimal fees apply.
Free door-to-door pick-up and delivery service nationwide.
Repairs are performed only by Samsung's Authorized Service Centers (ASC).
Guarantees genuine Samsung parts are used for repair request.
4. What is not covered by Samsung Care+?
We advise you to read the full terms and conditions of our service plans before purchasing. Some of the key exclusions to our service plans are:
Theft or loss of your device.
Malicious breaks.
Breakage caused by anyone else besides you or your immediate family members.
Wear-and-tear from daily use.
Cosmetic damage.
5. How do I request for a repair?
Requesting for repair is easy and simple.
1. There are 3 ways you can opt to file a repair request:
a. Visit our website (https://careplus.co/).
b. Call our hotline at 02-7792-2680.
c. Walk-in at any Authorized Service Centers (appointment must be made before hand).
2. All repair requests must be done within 14 days of when the incident happened.
3. Once a repair request is filed, we will get your Samsung device repaired and deliver it back to you.

— Other areas: 8 working days
Additional service fees for repairs apply for Galaxy Z Fold6 and Galaxy Z Flip6.
6. How can I track the status of my repair request?
You can check status of your repair via the Samsung Care+ website or call the hotline +63 (2) 8-464-3434.
Otherwise, our Samsung Care+ service team will contact you via email, sms or phone call to:
Inform you that your repair request has been received.
Confirm pick-up / self-delivery location of your damaged phone.
Inform you when your phone has been repaired.
Inform when your phone will be delivered to you or picked up from one of our service centers.
7. When will my Samsung Care+ service plan expire?
Your Samsung Care+ repair plan will expire at the end of the service coverage term that you have chosen; either 12 months, or 24 months from the date of purchase.
Samsung will terminate your service plan if:
We detect fraud or attempted fraud.
Your device's IMEI number has been tampered with.
Your phone has been repaired by a 3rd party service center (not by a Samsung Authorized Service Center).
8. I recently purchased a Samsung device other than the mentioned participating models. Can I purchase Samsung Care+ for my new device?
No. Samsung Care+ will not be available for other Samsung Galaxy devices apart from the eligible devices mentioned.
9. I am interested to purchase Samsung Care+ but my place of purchase does not offer this. Can I purchase Samsung Care+ for my device from stores that offer this product?
Yes. You may purchase Samsung Care+ from select Samsung Authorized Stores within a 30-day purchase window or within 30-days upon your device activation.
Please note that your device must meet certain requirements to be eligible for Samsung Care+. This must be in good condition upon assessment by store personnel and must be purchased locally from authorized Samsung partners and/or dealers.
10. Can I choose to terminate my Samsung Care+ plan or get a refund if I was not able to request for repair claims during my coverage duration?
No. You may choose not to utilize any services offered under Samsung Care+; no refund will be provided.
