This Tv has been great so far! I love how Vibrant all the colors look especially when I’m gaming and watching movies it’s makes it seem so much more exciting. I also really appreciate that it comes with many free channels incase I ever cancel my subscriptions to save money it’s very convenient! It’s very sturdy and the responsiveness of the tv is good but it could be better in my opinion but that shouldn’t stop you because it’s barely noticeable. it’s very bright as well so I like being able to adjust it throughout the day! Overall if you’re in the market for a tv you should definitely consider this one it’s very uniform and great! This was my first samsung purchase so i’m excited to look into more products!

This is the best tv especially at the price point. The picture is amazing. There are some reviews that bashed the picture quality and I'm so glad I didn't let that sway my decision. The picture quality is a learning curve because there are so many adjustments to choose from. Once you master it though it is by far the best TV I've ever owned. I loved my old Samsung and this is a great replacement. Love the brand and the TV no regrets and it's been several months.

I’ve had other Samsung products, I know that this is not the highest end as far as cost, BUT everything is phenomenal in the tv. My only complaint is the remote is very difficult to operate for the volume up and volume down. It does not work very well so I have to use my phone and that’s not always convenient. I’m hoping to find a physical universal remote for this TV but other than that, I have no way to connect my cochlear streamer into the tv as it’s missing the white/red cords in. It’s not a huge negative, but in order for me to hear through my calculator better that streamer needs to be able to be hooked up to the TV and since there are no, I guess they’re called holes or cord inserts where you press the little round thing into the yellow, sometimes a yellow, white and red there’s nothing there I can do but as far as the picture of the clarity and all that so far, I love it I might even buy a smaller one for my bedroom same model everything I wouldn’t know it wasn’t high-end, except for the fact that I paid for it

I have had many t v s over the years fifty five inch up and I have never felt or handled the t v that was so lightweight at this size. It's so easy to set up and move if needed. Next, Right out of the box, the setup was extremely easy and I even used the SmartThings app.\nAs this was the first t v I ever tried it with. Within 2 minutes, it was not only set up in all my accounts were there, but everything was signed in and it even set up the TV just like my projector and my other t v! Next, I have seen great image quality on products from this brand but this one takes the cake. The blacks were much deeper.The colors were more vibrant , and I even had to tone down the brightness , because the t v itself would light up my entire living space in the evening and it was almost too bright. When?\nSmooth, TV's first came out versus tube TV's.I remember my eyes having to adjust to a great picture quality versus when I was used to. And this is almost the same. There is a difference vs even my led 4k tv. Next, sound on t v's like this have always been hit or miss. On my older models, I would have to change the soundtrack to 2.1 channel versus 5.1 channel just because scenes with a lot of action would be too loud but scenes when people talk would be too soft. Not only does this alleviate that , but the sound actually seems to come from certain sides of the t v , depending on where the dialogue is or the action is , which is very clear to understand but it also seems like the sound moves with the scene! Lastly, I was very skeptical about using AI on a TV.But after trying this out , it's just like using a I on the phone only it's tailored to images, movies, music and videos. I gave the AI several task of finding pictures.Short clips, movies and even things that I knew the title of but just described a part of a scene to see if it would find it and it never missed! Very well made tv!

I enjoy the Samsung TV. The responsiveness is very fast 9 out of 10 rating, the brightness and contrast are perfect. I like how vibrant and uniform the TV is. We did have some trouble setting up the Wi-Fi and getting a good signal. But it's very helpful that there are pop ups when there is something going on. It has many apps, and the settings are simple. The sounds and picture are amazing. Even watching old episodes of a tv show from the early 2000s. The colors are vibrant and theater quality. Watching new shows bring out the same quality and the colors are even better. Can’t wait to try out some of the other smart features. I absolutely hate this Tv. My son in law bought this TV for me as I had just gotten out of hospital and was unable to shop. He set it up for me. It worked for a couple of days then had a power outage and could not connect again to the Internet. I tried over and over and reset the modem. I don’t have any problem with other TV in my home. I absolutely detest the remote control that comes with it. It is a piece of garbage. Why does it not have its own volume control?. The Voice that describes whether Samsung plus and what is available for viewing it’s so annoying. I would not recommend this TV to anybody.

This unit provides brilliant colour, brightness and contrast making our viewing, particularly the sports, absolutely spectacular. Audio clarity is quite remarkable and we have it coupled with a Samsung Sound Bar to further assist with my declining hearing. The miniaturised remote is taking a a while to get used to …. a little different than our previous Samsung model. Set Up was very straight forward thanks to the software on screen prompts. We still have a good deal of this TV’s SMART capabilities to explore.

Our older unit was a competitor's product, and it was clear that we had made the right choice. Out of the box, it easily wall-mounted to the kit we had (after adjustments) and was easy to hang. Once it was powered on, the setup was easy and straightforward. Signing into apps couldn't have been easier, and connecting to the SmartThings app was a breeze. The colors are saturated even in dark lighting, and the sound from the unit is great without additional soundbars. Additionally, the user interface is easy to use and was easy to adjust to (again, from another brand's formatting). First, the sound quality really stands out. I wasn’t expecting much from built-in speakers, but this one is surprisingly full and clear. Dialogue comes through crisp, and it has enough depth that I haven’t felt the need to immediately add a soundbar. The picture quality is generally very good—bright, sharp, and easy to see even in a room with a lot of natural light. It handles daytime viewing well, which was important for my setup. That said, I’ve had a harder time getting the color settings just right. Depending on the content, tones can look a little off or overly saturated, and it takes some adjusting to find a balance that looks natural. I also experienced an occasional screen glitch where part of the image briefly distorts or shifts horizontally. It doesn’t happen constantly, but when it does, it’s definitely noticeable and interrupts the viewing experience. On the plus side, the TV itself looks sleek and modern, and setup was quick and easy. Overall: great sound, strong brightness and clarity, but color calibration and occasional screen issues hold it back a bit. If those were ironed out, this would easily be a top-tier experience. I did contact Samsung and they were able to help me resolve my problems! They were very helpful and nice!

I wish there were more settings on the picture. I don’t understand some parts of the remote. Can’t believe there’s not an input button on the controller. I’ve spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to download more apps. So, so far a lot to complain about, but I am an iPhone user so I’m used to user friendly operating systems. Was also told by a Samsung agent that there’s no way to auto connect my soundbar to Bluetooth (since there’s no optical, & my soundbar doesn’t have hdmi), but after going through settings I was able to find it on my own.

This monitor / TV is hands down the best I have ever owned. I have been a longtime Samsung customer for quite a while.the responsiveness is on point. No ghosting / lag, very fast. The vibrancy is very very good. Deep deep blacks and all the colors really stand out. The brightness is adjustable but I didn't have to adjust it at all, right out of the box the settings are just right. I love this display so much I am going to purchase another one. 5 stars all the way around. Nice work Samsung!

Videos, movies and TV shows come through extremely well. Picture quality is more than I anticipated. My prior flat screen was more than 10 years old. The remote with it has fewer functions than I had been used to and it came without any instructions. My WiFi provider included Netflix and HBO. The remote has a Netflix button so that works fine, but I'm at a loss on how to connect HBO. 4 stars for almost getting there but lose one for lack of instructions for the remote.

We just bought this TV a few weeks ago but we’ve been enjoying it. The quality is great (granted our 2 tv’s are 8 and 15 years old). We are very happy that there are free channels (tv shows , movies, etc). Only “issue” we had to come to terms with is the fact that we had to create a Samsung account in order to download and use streaming services (Netflix etc) Remote has very smooth scrolling & the movement (matches when you press to scroll) It’s very light and very thin tv, perfect for mounting on the wall!

The remote is one of the worst I have ever seen. I kept hitting the mute button trying to figure out the volume control. Does have a pairing option on the setting for other remotes, I had to go onto google to find the codes for the remote to pair up manually. The TV took to long to go thru the menu to set up the additional services in the app. A nicer remote would not cost that much to include. I haave bought 6 TV in the last year and I didn't have this much trouble with LG. You need to fix this problem. The App doesn't even have the Samsung logo.

Really happy with this TV. We wanted a good quality 43-inch TV and the picture on this is excellent. It’s really clear and sharp, and the colours and brightness are noticeably better than our previous TV. The Mini LED screen is impressive, particularly when watching movies and streaming, and the sound is also surprisingly good for a TV this size. Set-up was easy and the smart features are straightforward to use. Everything loads quickly and it’s easy to switch between the different streaming apps and normal TV. It also looks great – very slim and modern and doesn’t dominate the room. Overall, we’re really pleased with it. Excellent picture quality, easy to use and a great TV for the price. Would definitely recommend.

The first thing that I noticed was how bright the picture is. We get a lot of daylight in the room, and the TV still looks great without having to close the blinds. viewing angle is also really good and you can stand anywhere in the room without odd colors. My kid streams shows on it constantly now that it's summer and I also have watched several games and movies without any complaints or gripes on picture quality. Setup was straightforward and only took a few minutes. The Tizen menu is easy to navigate and we were able to jump right into streaming apps after an easy wi-fi connection setup. I was, as usual with wall-mounts, expecting to need a soundbar, but we don't with this set. Overall feels like a very premium TV. I also paired it with my SmartThings app and I can use that app to see my laundry, dishwasher, fridge and now TV! If you are looking for a 55in LED TV, please consider this model when shopping. Solid TV for our family usage.

It was delivered to her address on the 19/5/2026, her husband has dementia and now is in a home care facility in Brisbane It worked perfectly for 6 days the viewing was really great, I've never had a television this big before, but it hasn't been working since. It was brand new still in the box unopened. When I turned it on, on Monday 6/07/2026 I had sound but no picture. I have filled out a statutory declaration and given all other information I have access to. Samsung Australia. So yes I was enjoying it very much.

It’s working perfectly with my internet, it responds to commands quickly, the picture, sound and all functions are great. Priced very well and makes it affordable for the average household. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Samsung for such a quality product, and as I’ve had other Samsung products before which have all been quality, Samsung have never let me down. Well done

This TV has incredible response time for online gaming and it’s very detailed, I love that I can tweak all the settings to make it a personalized experience.
