I bought this tv 2 years ago and now the screen is half black. I was a proud owner of Samsung products in the past and now I feel bad that I spent a lot of money to get a tv that didn’t even last more than 2 years. I would give no stars if I could. Fixing the screen costs more than the tv value. Bad quality when it comes to the life of your products, especially when the customer spends a lot of money on it. Not worth your money!!

I should have spent more and bought an LG. Purchased this TV October 2021. Within a year, little lines started showing up. I let it go because it wasn't totally bothering me. But now, I can't even get my TV to stay on. It develops a large black spot as if the picture is melting, then it turns off. It will turn itself back on and be okay, then about 20-30 seconds later it will develop the melting picture again and turn off. It will continue to cycle like this. I have video to show what it does, but am not able to attach it for some reason to this review. Samsung, the only way you can make this right is to replace this TV with the same or better model.

easy set-up, easy to learn navigation, easy, easy, easy! transitioning from cable to streaming- which we were doing anyway- this new tv has the family back together on the sofa watching movies and such rather than in our individual rooms (not much on cable, so we'd stream in our bedrooms at night, and not being big tv people anyway, the old tv just sat there for the past few years). in any case, you nudge the little volume bar up or down- even our combined genius took a minute to figure that out :) great price, great picture, fantastic sound with the sound bar and woofer we purchased- just 110% satisfied!

Bought it over a year ago to play on ps4 and now ps5, picture is really good out the box. You want something inexpensive but I’m 4k for basic gaming, this is it. Really nice colors and sharpness you won’t be disappointed BUT only gripe is you can’t manually activate 4K. It either upscales automatically or whatever you plug in is whatever picture gets put out. Plug in ps4 your gonna get 1080p. Plug in ps5, 4k.

We almost purchased the 65" in TCL Roku tv due to the price, since we were already using a TCL TV. We are very pleased with our new Samsung TV, it has so much to offer. Unboxing and setup was not too painful other than the fact that it is a very big tv, so more than one person us needed to handle it. Setup was pretty simple and it walks you through everything. The color is vivid and just pops out at you, beautiful quality. We have played video games, YouTube videos, and streamed on the tv so far. It has so many tv apps that you can intergrate, and that works well for use since we have a few. You can use the controller or download an app on your phone to control the tv. You can also control with Amazon Alexa or Google. So far the only downfall of this tv is the sound, it doesn't get too loud and it's hard to hear sometimes. We will eventually purchase surround sound to make up for that. Other than that, we love the tv and we would recommend it

I like how sleek the remote is, so it looks nice. I also appreciate the picture quality when playing video games - I can pick out details well. I am most impressed by the sound on this TV. I don't own any sort of sound system, but just from this TV it still feels like the sound is thrown around the room. My only bummer to this TV is that I think the main screen can be a little hard to navigate, but I'm also not sure that I can't customize it to fit my needs a little better. Overall, I'm still learning, but would 100% buy this again!

Especially, when watching tennis, football, and basketball. The 43 inch size is perfect for our new and cozy Texas Hill Country living room. Like having the 2 regular HDMI connections, the Digital connection for my CD player, and the HDMI Arc connection for my sound bar. I had a Samsung tv that got damaged by a power outage, it would no longer turn on, even though I had a surge protector on it, I called Samsung for tech help and we tried different things that did not work, the tv was fried, so I had to buy a new tv, the Samsung customer service recommended this tv to me and the price wasn’t bad, so I bought it directly from Samsung company, 65” send by freight shipment for free from California to Pennsylvania. When I plugged it in and turned on the tv it found the WiFi and connected without any issues, Picture is great, certainly not sorry that I bought it. P.S. I’m buying a new surge protector.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our TV in December 2020. It worked great, the built in apps, voice remote and Samsung TV plus was fantastic. We’ve had intermittent struggles keeping it connected to the SmartThings App. In June 2022, we noticed lines at the bottom of the screen. We ran a video test, refresh, self diagnostic, power down and recommended troubleshooting tools. Nothing worked. The issue became progressively worse until by August the screen wouldn’t display a picture at all. When we turn it on, it’s black with a slight light (maybe the backlight is on?). The features were great, but shouldn’t a TV last longer than 1.5 years?

So, we were out of touch with the trend that TVs has turned Smart. First Smart TV we got, and so far it exceeded our expectations: 1. Apps can be access from home screen 2. Game console are controllable with same remote (Xbox 1 is hooked up, with Switch & PS4 in the same hub) Although hard to match controller commands. 3. Close captioning (CC) a must, is choosable for TV viewing. 4. Picture can be customized and stretched from default screen 5. Sound is good without outside speakers. I still have ways to explore the Smart TV but so far I like that it's user friendly.

The smart TV has exceeded our expectations. We were surprise to see the integration of the Samsung Network that features various local channels that we thoroughly enjoy. the picture quality is poor. i tried many combinations of the different settings. even at its best, the lighting is off. from straight on, it's not too bad, but if i am watching from off to the side, the whites are very washed out. i am using amazon firestick with amazon firetv recast to watch with over the air signal. this all worked much better with my prior samsung tv. same white-washing when i tune to the samsung tv channels. i have the 50" model.

I use it to watch sports, movies and news. My wife likes to watch talk and game shows, and an occasional movie. I would've gave it a 5 star rating but it literally died after 10 months. Samsung sent technicians to my house to repair it, they basically replaced all the internal components. It's been working fine since. I purchased a 5 year extended warranty when I purchased the tv because my last tv (65" Series 7 died in a little over 2 years.) I'm spoiled by the picture quality that's why I bought another one. My advice is to purchase an extended warranty.

However, we also have it hooked up to our PS5, and it works together SO amazingly well! The TV can be turned off but if you push the PS button on the PS5 controller it will turn on the PS5 of course but it will ALSO turn the TV on! All the smart features just work so seamlessly and easy! We absolutely love this TV! It even has 3 HDMI ports! It just does SO much! Has all the streaming apps, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, YouTube, Paramount+, ECT....It could NEVER be a bad idea to purchase this TV!

Samsung because of the number of TVs they make can use better materials, better research and most importantly best testing so they last longer. The Samsung series 6 is good but only lit from the bottom, doesn’t get the cool one remote and made for a price point. The series 7 is not that expensive, has a great computer for upscaling and fantastic color and sound. If your thinking of the series 8 Samsung, unless you need a center stand, you might want to spend a few hundred extra and go to the Q6, which is way better. Find a TV seller and look at them side by side, it’s dramatic.

This TV didn't dissapoint in the slightest, looked even better at home once set up. The TV remote operating process is very intuitive, and the options for sound are great. We hooked it up to a sound bar of a different brand, once we programed it in the settings, the TV took over operation of the sound bar and we didn't need the separate remote any more. Using this TV is literally a home theatre experience, I don't think I've ever been happier with a television!!

best quality picture on any tv i have ever owned. setup was simple and it walks you through each step. everything that they tell you on the listing is accurate and true. i have added a few apps and there are many many more i can still add if i choose to do so. i have it linked to my iphone 11 and i watch a lot of youtube videos off the phone on the tv. if you are looking for a quality made tv with an outstanding picture look no farther. i also know i questioned if the reviews were real or fake. i assure you i am a real customer. so take my word for it and get the 65” samsung you won’t regret it.

All my last Samsung TVs had longevity to them, and this model seemed to be best quality at best price. It’s easy to navigate, good picture quality, and overall seems to be well made. I’ve had it about 6mos now. Minus one star because I wish there were more options to adjust the color/brightness. It seemed really off at first and I had to adjust it, but I wish there were more custom options. Sound quality could be better, but that could just be me being nitpicky. Overall would recommend.

Nice picture, but the user interface is miserable. I'm trying to assist my 82 year old mother in using it and it is a very frustrating experience. I'm middle-aged and able to operate a smart phone, tablet and computers, but struggle with looking for information for this TV. It is a complex device when the e-manual is over 140 pages! The leaflet that came in the box doesn't even scratch the surface. Please make your devices and manuals more user friendly. This is targeted to young people who have grown up surrounded by digital devices, but keep in mind that a large number of consumers do not fit into this category. One cannot fully appreciate all the features of the TV if one doesn't know how to access them.

The picture quality is so clear and perfect and feels like I’m at the game. The kids like how user-friendly the TV is and they all download their favorite apps and stream their favorite shows from different apps. My neighbor came over for the first NFL game of the season this year and was blown away by the quality of the TV. I found the 50 inch Samsung Chrystal UHD that meet all of my needs. The color on the set is great and I was able to purchase it during a sale, so the value was appreciated. I did not like the remote that came with it since it is too small and difficult to use but was able to sync the tv with my cable remote control. I also purchased a new solid stand since the separate chicken feet stand that came with the tv would not fit on the table. It has been a few months that I have had the tv and so far I am pleased with the purchase.

we previously owned a 2018 model (60") and because we not only watched it a lot in the evenings, but left it on during the day so our dog would have background noise. essentially it was on nearly 20 hours a day for 4 years. this 65" model was to replace that one. we were impressed by the improved screen resolution, thinner panel, lighter weight and the dedicated buttons on the remote were such a great addition. setup was easy and the sync with our wi-fi and all our existing streaming services was smooth. overall very pleased. we would have liked if it was on sale for maybe $100 less, then we would have given 5 stars for perceived value.

I use it a lot for streaming and I have no complaints, I was really surprised by the Samsung channels which I enjoy very much (with internet service you don’t even need cable). There is only two things that I would change. Although now a day everything is online I would really like to have a paper manual which would make it easier for those of us a little older and would definitely allow me to use more features and I would also love for the remote control to light up as it is kind of hard to manipulate when lights are out. Connects with my other Samsung devices and easy to name devices according to the connection that I am using. The one bad thing is the remote is not user friendly at night. When you watch movies at night you cannot see the buttons on the remote and you have to turn a light on to see what you are pressing. Backlit keys on the remote would work amazing for future upgrades. TV was easy to connect and load up at the beginning and it does its own upgrades without having to wait for me to allow the update. Highly recommend for anyone with a room 500 sq ft or less.

we bought the tv 7/10/22...... we like the tv, clear picture and good sound.... happy with till know.....it is disappointing that yesterday and today turned the tv on and no sound.... tv was not muted and it showed our setting of 29........we tried different apps nothing..... unplugged the tv for a minute and turned it back then the sound is back.......so this happened twice....... 2 weeks ago tv could not find wi-fi .... checked my tablet and wi-fi was working also on my phone.... unplugged tv waited a minute and then it would connect to the internet......therefore i can give only 3 stars.......will have to contact samsung or return the tv

The TV replaced our old “Samsung “43 in. TV that just blew up one day. It was an old projection TV but still had fabulous picture and sound. One day it just went “POP” and started to smoke. We pulled the plug and decided to go buy another one. We had 3 other Samsung’s (including the one that blew up) so we thought we would buy the 4th. Our only disappointment was the sound was very poor. We had to go purchase a sound bar to enhance the sound. Other than that, it was easy to set up and use with great picture and now great sound.

We had a smaller one and went a bit larger and so glad we did. Beautiful picture. Still getting use to features that seem to be more and more. Old school here so I'm not use to having all these different options. Great sound and picture, loving our purchase. Sound is nice and screen is bright and great for movies etc. My son loves playing his video games with friends. Very happy with this television and would buy another if we needed for another room at some point. Great options to pay off same as cash, great buy!

The thin design and sleek finishes make the tv look very expensive and modern. I wasn't as impressed with the sound quality. will definitely need to invest in a soundbar to elevate it's performance. The remote is very responsive, and is can behave temperamental. The ai, isn't all that great either. I have another Samsung that's two years older, but much more intuitive. Easy to use, many useful and good tv application, great pictures, but there is only one issue. This TV has little delaying issue, especially when you turn it on. Just like your Desktop Computer. It does have lag. Sometime i need to turn off and on 2-3 times to reboot this TV. (This is my first smart TV, and i’m not sure the other smart tv has this kind of issue maybe or maybe not). Other than this lagging, i really enjoy with Au8000 TV. Decent price, light weight, great pictures, many other useful app. I highly recommend and really satisfying with Samsung AU8000 65’.

Color reproduction is good but not so rich as its a basic tv. It has smart features and could be able to get controlled by my smartphone through Bixby routines like turn off the TV when I leave home and mute when I receive calls. Able to mirro screen seamlessly from my Mac book, iphone and Samsung phones. Playback of 4k contents from streaming services is seamless and no buffering with 300mbps. Overall it's a very good budget friendly smart TV.

if you are someone who is concerned about making the most out of your space, this tv is for you. beautiful picture with thin profile which allows rooms for other tech if need be. the worst thing about this tv is it doesn't acknowledge our wifi cable setup like other tvs do. it onlt wants a plugin setup... in other words your cable box needs to come out or you'll need to run a few more wires. in this day in age, a company like samsung should pay more attention to those details. be mindful you'll also be encouraged by the smasung features you may or may not want (bloat ware). overall a good tv but hard to recommend for the younger crowd.

This tv has a lot apps installed, you don have to worry about it. This tv is so thin perfectly and pretty aesthetically 👌🏼👌🏼 and the simplicity of the remote control is easy and practical. I few months ago I bought an other brand and with the same size and my experience was horrible, when I turn on that tv I had a lot of migraines, and the remote control was ugly, a lot of bottoms, large like a 🥖. This television has got a crystal clear picture with bright beautiful colors and sounds that I can hear from any spot in the living room, even when I'm in the kitchen. What a difference. The crystal clear picture quality is absolutely stunning to match the thumping sound from the speakers. I now stream all my Apps via the TV because it brings all my entertainment under one remote control so can access everything with a push of a button. The connectivity to my Wi-Fi is seamless and it comes with literally any app out there worthy to have and unlimited downloads available. I recommend the Samsung brand to anyone looking to enjoy TV time with the best quality product and reasonably priced too. Have only used a Samsung from the first model I bought in 2010 and with every upgrade since then has been nothing but money well spent.

I was amazed at the clarity of the picture, the colors are so vibrant. I am retired so I am catching up on my shows. my first foray into samsung tv's . i've always had their phones and tablets and been impressed with them but i am not impressed with their tv. first off the remote ! what on earth is this hunk of junk ??? oh it's all cute and small, but idiotic and simple in its operation, when it works. the 50 inch i got tv itself is average, for samsung to proclaim the crystal uhd is good over conventional hd tv's is just a flat out exaggeration. the quality of the picture is average at best! this follows up after i bought the samsung 32 inch qled tv for my bedroom and took it back after a week because it was just so bad ! there ends my experiment with their tv's!!

I love the voice commands and I was amazed when I turned on my game console I went to change the source and the tv noticed which game console was on and turned it to the correct source automatically by itself . The process to setup is offered in a few different ways depending on if you wanted to use the remote or your phone. The clarity and quality of the image is quite amazing. i had to replace my last samsung tv because it kept powering of on its own. it was only 30months old which was disturbing. but under warranty. my other samsungs lasted an average 5yrs. that's with kid abuse and video games. this one is not the q series but i love the software as i don't use firesticks or cable wired in. just apps. syncs perfect with samsung hub. i turn on the tv and it goes to the last app used. sometimes the last item is paused. great for quick launching of tv. good addition to the house and responsive. just wished the remote had hulu instead of samsung tv as a short cut or can be modified to my preference. still gets 5 stars.

The crystal UHD graphics are so crisp and clear that you can count the pores on the faces of the actors and actresses when they pan in for a face shot. It is so detailed! It also has several modes it automatically switches to depending on the device. Switching to Game Mode really helps the video game graphics pop, enhancing colors ect to optimize the gaming experience. The sound is also fairly good for stock speakers. I have yet to hook up the surround sound but it almost isn't needed as the speakers are fairly loud even at 50% and the sound quality is clear, I should've expected no less from Samsung. Also it is truly a smart t.v. offering several voice activated options as well as wifi functions which all syncs so nicely together. The television is about as thick as a small children's book and weighs not much more than that, you won't pull your back out lifting this one! The remote is small yet durable and innovative as it offers plenty of accessibility while remaining quaint and easy to learn. It does have a few hook ups for HDMI, coaxial, ect so you can hook up several devices that each will have a tab to easily switch over to for video gaming, Blu-Ray players, and so forth. The stand is small yet effective and it balances the television just right when mounted. The television is 95% screen, there is a sliver of a black border that blends in nicely but other than that it's all screen. Overall I can really only think of positive things about this television and with a manufacturer like Samsung I'm not surprised, they are very thorough with all their technologies. I mean maybe it lacks a few extra HDMI or coaxial options so you won't be able to hook up 14 different video game consoles to it but who would. This television has really enhanced our television/movie/video game experience so I cannot speak highly enough of it!

The sound quality of the built in speakers is decent. If you are particular about sound, the sound bar was also an easy connection. I have this in a small space with awkward viewing angles and it works well without overpowering the viewer or the space. All in all, an excellent choice for my needs.

In my opinion, the only drawback is a minor lack of intuition. Connecting the tv to my home theater was anything other than plug & play. The audio changes dramatically between satellite & streaming platforms. Even as an audio professional, I had to hire Hello Tech to come out & troubleshoot my system. It's improved, but still not where I want it to be. To be fair, this could have something to do w my pre-existing home theater setup, so I don't want to bag on the tv too badly. I just feel like the menu options could be more clear walking a user through audio setup.

this has a beautiful picture, but be prepared to purchase an external sound bar or connet to a sound system, because the sound quality struggles to reach that of an old mono radio. it has no bass, only trebble. the remote and media interface is pretty ituitive if you are used to an apple tv or roku. if someone wants a simple channel up/down, they are out of luck. there are a few quirks with the media interface, such as the inability to search for somethig with two or more words, because there is no space character. several apps dont allow you to enter a city with two words. samsung offers a few free months of samsung plus, which is a cable tv lineup.
I recommended this product.

We use the TV to regular network and internet channels and primarily for viewing YouTube. The only issue we have with the unit is that the sound seems to be more Treble and less Bass than the prior unit and, I can't find the setting for this feature but only the different venue settings such as Cinema, or Concert, or Theatre etc. I plan to research that and see if another setting is more to our liking but otherwise, the set meets all of our needs with a beautiful picture. We would recommend this unit to anyone searching this size and price range.

granted ive only had this tv for about ten days but its worked beautifully thus far. set up was super easy but the most important thing to me was its bluetooth capability. i have two different sets of headphones paired to it and theyve been flawless thus far. im also able to control the headphone volume with my cable remote which is a big plus. the one negative that other reviewers have complained was a low “knocking” noise when the unit is off. i have heard this sound a few times but its so subtle and you have to be within a couple of feet to hear it and it has has to be almost deathly quiet in the room to hear it so its a non issue as far as im concerned.
I recommended this product.

It actually looks like you are on set with the actors. The movement is different, the depth of the background is crazy! You can choose whichever scene format you like best, in accordance to watch your watching. For movies, I prefer "Normal", as with watching it in filmmaker or dynamic mode, it's "too real", I'd prefer to keep the mystery, as a movie, rather than "see" the acting. TV speakers, could be better, but I Bluetooth to a sound bar, so it makes no difference to me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

there are so many apps built into this thing and its not possible to remove most of them (guessing they get paid to include). its extremely difficult to set up a simple antenna (for local sports) because they are pushing samsung tv so hard. everything is tracked. multilple privacy acknowledgements required. makes me long for a 32” old school tv. once again, we, the consumers, are truly the product and all our info is being sold. there are all sorts of pop-ups and misdirections to try to get you to pay for sponsored content. you think this tv is cheap? ‘we’, the consumers are cheap. i will not buy another samsung, maybe everything else is the same, i’ll risk it

we thought this tv would be an upgrade from the tcl roku tv. not sure at this moment. 1. the interface and app logo are way to small for anyone under 40 to read. the interface seems slow at times and sometimes reverts back to home when it cannot load the app. 2. it loses our wifi nearby daily. the tv is not in the same room as our modem but still you would think that 200 mb internet would work. 3. the remote is not very fun to use, especially the volume. it has only three preloaded app on it for easy access and isnt very responsive at times. i thought the 8000 series was going to blow me away but if actually makes me hope the next version has to be better.

It is mounted above our fireplace which we thought at first would be problematic but viewing is excellent in our large LR no matter where you are. The color is fine. It comes on quickly, and I haven't had any issues with it. My only hesitation is with the remote. Too often, I've muted the tv when just trying to change the volume. I've also gotten the guide when I wanted to change the channel. I mostly watch an app to get basic channels, but I have to scroll through all channels rather than directly choosing a channel. Yuck, but I'm guessing that's an issue with the app software rather than with Samsung. Still, overall, I've liked the tv.

Can be seen at any angle with a clear picture and great performance. It has yet to misconnect with the wifi and I'm sure the hard wire feature could only be better. But I haven't needed to do that. The setup was easy, and gave complete on screen instructions. Very easy to use with a simple remote you can do everything in the onscreen menu. The AU8000 exceeded my expectations with it's clear picture, easy setup, and multiple viewing modes. I'm a gamer as well, and the game mode function helps to smooth the action and causes less eye strain. As for setup, each tv will be different due to its location, but it was very easy to find the perfect settings for a crystal clear picture. The 4k looks incredible, to the point that I upgraded some streaming services to take advantage of it. I'm am very happy with my purchase, and am already looking at the same model with a bigger size. This TV is garbage. I bought it brand new in August 2021. By July 2022 (a month before the year warranty ran out) the screen had dark clouds raining down the screen and forcing the TV to reset. You can not do a factory reset either as the black clouds/reset gets in the way before you can complete. I got the screen replaced (the warranty on the replacement was only 90 days). Now here we are March 2023 and the replacement screen is doing the exact same thing. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF TRASH. I will never buy a Samsung TV again in my life. I'd rather take a chance on a cheaper TV than risk losing more money on this garbage.

it's a nice enough tv, however, the fact that it only has 3 usb ports is a little disappointing. also, it doesn't have video/audio hook ups for gaming systems such as wii. this means you have to pay more money to get a converter for those. by far the biggest disappointment is that there is no way to download and use the hallmark tv app. even though this is something that i pay for, i cannot use it on this tv. that's extremely disappointing and i would not have purchased this brand had i known that going in. unfortunately, now i have to spend more money to get a firestick to use on my 'smart tv', because it's not smart enough to let me use apps that other tvs do.

Its easy to navigate the apps that are right on the home menu. I will say the sound is not as loud as previous samsung tv i have. You have to turn it up a lot to actually here the sound. This tv is slimmer than my previous one and not as heavy. Which is a plus for space and moving it around. I love to samsung plus channels and the apps that give me tons of options to watch many things. I love that the remote isnt complicated with a lot of buttons that you wont use or dont know what theyre for. The remote is also universal, so you can program it to work your different devices with just one remote. Overall this is a good tv but the sound output could be better.

We do not have a sound bar and the sound from the TV speakers is hollow with no depth and is very low. I have it up to 30 just to be able to hear it under normal circumstances. Its connected to a cable box with an HDMI cable and hardwired to the internet and the sound setting is standard. Any background music or sound effects sound like you are listening through a pair of cheap speakers. I tried tweaking it with the EQ settings but it did not help. I guess they want to sell sound bars so they put cheap speakers in the TV. I would not buy again and I am disappointed in Samsung.

It was comparatively easy to set up once I got it home. Have been enjoying the quality view and color for over 6 months. My tv cable was getting so high and I was limited to what I could see without increasing my cable bill. Tv has 55-in. screen. Was loaded with plenty of apps with free movies, tv programs, etc. I cancelled my cable and downloaded the YouTube TV app to start streaming the shows that I like watching. I was a little intimidated at first by trying something new, but I have actually loved this purchase and am thoroughly enjoying watching tv again. This TV looks nice in bright scenes, and in a lighted room. But, it has large withish areas/patches close to all four corners, that blur such sections of the TV, when playing dark scenes, or without illumination in the room. As we installed it in the basement, in a room without windows, the foggy sections are quite visible, and really annoying. We had already discarded the packaging, by the time we tried the TV, and I'm not sure how to return it, to be exchanged. I purchased another Samsung 75" TV (The Frame), within the same month of December 2021, and loved it! We expected a similar experience with this less expensive TV. Unfortunately, we got a defective product.

It Is good that it supports AppleTV+ and that you can do Airplay; however, the device is slow when trying to move through apps, or open an app and some apps just stop responding such as Plex. It seems that it also struggles with wifi. I have 1gb up and down and the TV is close to the wireless router; however, it struggles with streaming. If you're planning to use a set-top box such as an AppleTV then I'll recommend this product. If you won't use a set-top box and plan to use it for streaming and especially use it with plex, I would caution you to reconsider another TV version.

They told me when I bought the TV that if I didn't like it to come back as they kept several of the old style with lots of buttons and they would give me one of those. I'm much happier with the old style, but that's just my preference. Overall no complaints with the TV and I look forward to many years of enjoyment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first experience with 4k and to say I was amazed is an understatement. I knew present day tv shows and movies would look spectacular. But I didn't expect some of my favorite shows that were born in the vhs era to look the way they did. Absolutely stunning clarity. Not to mention the seamless jump into game mode when I start gaming. No input lag plus the Samsung remote is able to navigate my console without any setup required. Watching a 1080 tv after seeing 4k on this tv is (without exaggeration) like going from color tv to black and white. This is a purchase I knew I wouldn't regret from day 1.
