Dear Samsung Support, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the quality of the charger I received. Never did I expect-nor have I ever used-a charger of such low quality. Considering the high price charged, I am genuinely surprised by how poor the quality is. This raises serious concerns about product reliability and value for money. Could someone from your team kindly explain why such a situation has occurred? I would appreciate a clear response and guidance on how this issue can be resolved. Ps: seems like it happens to a lot of people here Lastly, I would like to emphasize that I have been a loyal Samsung user for many years. I sincerely hope that the brand I trust will not let us down.

This charger stopped working after 4 months of very light use as I charge the phone mostly at my desk and in my car. Obviously very poor quality. I also phone samsung about it and after 24 minutes on the phone the analyst told me they don't support chargers and did told me to buy a new one.Should be an option of Zero start for reviewing as this doesn't deserve 1 star that is the minimum.

although I got it for free by pre ordering galaxy s25 ultra, it shouldn't spoiled so soon, I got it on 1 March, around 15 March I noticed the adapter doesn't charge or charging on and off, it happens to both the phone and watch, but it doesnt happen when I charge my devices without using the adapter, so I suspect it is the adapter problem, now I have to spend more money to buy another adapter

I bought this one 6 days ago I thought this one will be good for fast charging better than 25w but my 25w takes to charge 20 to 80 percent in just 35 minutes but if i use the 45w it takes more than 35 minutes how come!, but I expected it will charge whithin 25 to 30 minutes, iam totally disappointed 45w is actually a waste of money if u have 25w don't buy.

It was an excellent charger for my GS23 mobile, charging speed was phenominal. It worked for 17 months and stopped suddenly :-( It should have worked for atleast 3 years for the price of this charger. Please improve the reliability of this charger. Now we dont have any warranty to exchange with samsung store. Very very disappointed with this purchase.

It stopped working after about 7 -8 months. Useless. No warranty after 6 months. Warranty tells us that this product is a crap. Don't buy this. Don't waste your money on this pathetic product. They cannot even produce a good charger and there was no charger with S25 ultra. What a shame. Buy it separately then waste your money

Useless adapter. Very surprised it was so bad. Like Everybody has already stated here, this adapter just dies after a certain period of time. I bought the official Samsung 45w adaptor and it just stopped charging after 8 months.

Bought two. One died after 2 months. The other one lasted almost a year. Considering the price, this is a huge disappointment. Three other third party chargers bought much earlier are still working fine. Sigh..
