I've purchased two 45W chargers, the box contains the charger and 5A cable. Both look solid and very good quality product. The charger model number is EP-T4511, I'm charging mine and my partners Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and the charging speed is considerably higher than the 25W charger I have previously used. Charger is advertised to have low standby which I believe is great feature. So far so good, I'm highly recommending this charger for your phone.

Dear Samsung Support, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the quality of the charger I received. Never did I expect-nor have I ever used-a charger of such low quality. Considering the high price charged, I am genuinely surprised by how poor the quality is. This raises serious concerns about product reliability and value for money. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the charger worked it was fine it was doing the full 45 watt charge as expected. Almost exactly one year after purchasing it it has suddenly stopped working and in fact drains any device it's plugged into. Samsung provides no warranty for their chargers and it's not a surprise why it's because they are garbage. The only silver lining is that I get it for free, probably because they couldn't get rid of it fast enough.

Purchased this item 16 days ago for my new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. Upon using it, it displays as 'superfast charging 2.0' however this is clearly not the case. It should not take over 90 mins for a full charge. The charging time with this adapter is exactly the same as with my old 25W charger. I have called Samsung today and have been on the phone for a combined total of 3 hours and have not had any resolution at all. Even after explaining that the item is clearly faulty, I was told that there is only a 14 day period in which I could return the item or get a replacement. I can see why it is rated 1*. DO NOT BUY

although I got it for free by pre ordering galaxy s25 ultra, it shouldn't spoiled so soon, I got it on 1 March, around 15 March I noticed the adapter doesn't charge or charging on and off, it happens to both the phone and watch, but it doesnt happen when I charge my devices without using the adapter, so I suspect it is the adapter problem, now I have to spend more money to buy another adapter

This charger stopped working after 4 months of very light use as I charge the phone mostly at my desk and in my car. Obviously very poor quality. I also phone samsung about it and after 24 minutes on the phone the analyst told me they don't support chargers and did told me to buy a new one.Should be an option of Zero start for reviewing as this doesn't deserve 1 star that is the minimum.

Had this charger for over 2 years and now there is an issue related to durability as it's just stopped working. The performance to that point was quiet good. I feel like Samsung used to make bullet proof chargers and now they expect the end users to replace them every 1-2 years. And it's all because they want to save the planet by not sending out chargers with phones anymore. Since they started doing that i feel like quality has gone down.

It charges your phone fast but for the price it's not sturdy enough at all. Had mine less than a year and it's broke but chargers from random shops still work 3 years on. The technology of it is really just the wattage and you can just buy any other connector and wire that's compatible with your phone and have the same result but it'll last longer and be cheaper.... dont buy it basically.

It was a reliable source of daily charging, however today it's utterly dead and I have no ability to attempt repair like you might expect for say a fuse on a plug. Definitely the device itself as the cable works on another charger I have.

I bought this one 6 days ago I thought this one will be good for fast charging better than 25w but my 25w takes to charge 20 to 80 percent in just 35 minutes but if i use the 45w it takes more than 35 minutes how come!, but I expected it will charge whithin 25 to 30 minutes, iam totally disappointed 45w is actually a waste of money if u have 25w don't buy.

Charger arrived today! How exciting. Get to bed , excited to charge my phone with my new charger...... DOESN'T WORK! Get on the chat with support and tell them the charger is bought is compatible with my phone as per their specs but doesn't work, the next thing they ask is "WHAT SEEMS TO BE THE PROBLEM WITH THE CHARGER?" WHAT A FREAKING JOKE !

It stopped working after about 7 -8 months. Useless. No warranty after 6 months. Warranty tells us that this product is a crap. Don't buy this. Don't waste your money on this pathetic product. They cannot even produce a good charger and there was no charger with S25 ultra. What a shame. Buy it separately then waste your money

It hasn't been two months since I bought this and it stopped working already. reading the other reviews looks like it is a common issue and it is a SHAME considering how much this costs. I used my previous one for over 2 years and it is still fully functional. WE DEMAND A REFUND as this is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

Great charger to match new Samsung S10 Tablet wifi version with 512gig ram . Charger does what it says on box and charges my new tablet fast . Also used to charge Samsung A54 phone . Bargain price also and Charger does do its job .

Useless adapter. Very surprised it was so bad. Like Everybody has already stated here, this adapter just dies after a certain period of time. I bought the official Samsung 45w adaptor and it just stopped charging after 8 months.

I bought this charger in April and it stopped working a few days ago. This is already my second charger that has been broken. I think the old chargers were much more better. What they are making now is total disaster.
