What to do when App is not working after OS Upgrade in Samsung Mobile Device?

If the App installed on your Mobile Device is not working after OS upgrade, try the troubleshooting steps below:

1 Restart your device
2 The app might not be compatible after OS upgrade. Check with the App developer
3 Clear the App's cache and data

Select Settings > Apps > Select the App > Storage > Clear Data / Clear Cache
4 Uninstall the App and reinstall again

Tap and hold the App > Uninstall
