Still, we appreciate that you struggled to connect the watch to two of your Samsung phones and that, while you have now connected it to one of them after updating it, you cannot make the most of the ECG and blood pressure tracking features. En effet, et en tenant compte des habitudes d’utilisation des produits Samsung de la majorité des utilisateurs, Samsung a révisé sa stratégie en retirant les chargeurs et écouteurs de ses dernières gammes de smartphones Galaxy. Pour soutenir notre communauté Galaxy dans cette démarche, Samsung ne fournit donc plus les écouteurs et le chargeur avec ses smartphones. Samsung est fermement convaincu que le retrait des chargeurs et des écouteurs peut contribuer à résoudre le problème croissant des déchets électroniques et, par la même occasion, éviter à ses clients l’achat systématique de nouveaux chargeurs et/ou écouteurs.
