I love the versatility with the different attachments, specifically the one for tight areas. I especially love the easy wall mount cability. This is by far the lightest vaccume I've ever had. It's super easy to maneuver around the furniture and through the house, it makes vaccuming stairs a breeze! I also love that it has different levels of suction for harder to reach areas. The battery life is impressive to, I can get multiple small rooms done on one charge. I am all around thrilled to have this vaccume!

For starters, it is lightweight... which was a real important factor when I was deciding which vacuum to purchase. Yet, I was pleasantly surprised by the suction power and the battery life. I had just vacuumed a room using another brand name vacuum and the carpet looked spotless. I wanted to put the Samsung Jet to the test and boy did it pass. It really sucked up dirt and dust that the other vacuum left. You can literally feel the vacuum gripping the floor/carpet. Finally, the kit comes with an attachment for basically ever surface. I hope this vacuum lasts me for a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, before this I barely vacuumed due to some mobility issues. The lightweight, portable stick vacuum works very well. I usually use it for quick bursts of cleaning while feeling ok. It's also great that there is an on button - no trigger to hold down! That so great news for those with carpal tunnel. But honestly, the best part is the low maintenance. Anyone with somewhat long hair knows what a pain it can be getting it out of the vacuum. This stick vac was DESIGNED to be easily taken apart for quick cleaning like getting the hair off the roller. The optional clean station is pretty cool too, though I don't always use it to empty the canisters.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this vacuum because I live in a 2 story house and was tired of lugging the old heavy Kirby up and down the stairs. I can vacuum my entire 1700sqft house on one battery (I use the medium setting, which has a lot of power, I shed hair like crazy!) and still have battery left over. This thing is simply amazing and I got the deal that included a free extra battery. It's great for stairs and cleaning air filter vents, which are on the ceiling, for some reason. And it's very light, which is a plus. You also don't have to hold on to the trigger the entire time. My only negative is it doesn't stand up on it's own, but it's really not that big of a deal.

We spent good money buying a DYSON and have used it as a supplemental unit to our main corded Eureka vacuum. This is until the Samsung Jet 60 arrived. In a side by side comparison, the Samsung is much quieter than the DYSON, more powerful and the battery lasted much longer. Last but not least, the canister does not required cleaning/deep cleaning as often. The Dyson is constantly clogged up. Requiring it to be taken apart and pulled the dirt out by hand. No such problems with the Samsung. My wife promptly pitched the DYSON. My next cordless Stick vacuum will be a Samsung for sure.

It's easy to change attachment configurations: the long vacuum pipe can be detached to the main body & the floor brush attachment & crevasse tool can be attached to the main body or the long pipe; great for use in a car or truck. The waste canister can easily be detached from the main body vacuum motor for quick emptying & cleaning. That battery lasts long enough to vacuum my whole RV & most of my car. I'm not sure if the 60 is still available, but an upgrade to a higher model includes an extra battery & more attachments. I highly recommend whichever model one can afford.

It is lightweight and easy to maneuver around tight edges and corners. With three of my sons and a dog, dust can get around the house quick. Now we are fortunate enough to have this appliance for picking up dust quick and easy. The vacuum comes with several brush heads for completing a variety of tasks of cleaning. Furthermore, it has different power suction modes that go from maximum to minimum in which you can switch to what you please. If you’re in need of a high quality vacuum while being flexible and lightweight then I’d recommend this for you.

I primarily got it for my main floor which is hardwood and tile. On the main floor it is easy to maneuver around kitchen bar stools and dining room chairs. II love it because it gets under the kitchen cabinet area, that is hard to reach with a full size vacuum, without hitting the cabinets. On carpeting, it's powerful suction pulled more dust than I can to share out of freshly vacuumed carpeting. The light weight stick vacuum makes cleaning so easy and effortless! I have recommended it to several friends!

It started off as a good product, with no issues relating to battery. But one day during normal vacuuming, the two pieces of plastic which click together to hold the attachment in place, snapped/sheared and it is now not usable. Going through the returns process with Samsung (not Argos's fault) the warranty is NOT VALID because a broken product is classed as damage which in turn is classed as "misuse". I escalated this 3 levels higher and they wouldn't budge. It is a design issue and the product is not robust for normal day to day use. And on top of that, DO NOT BE MISLEAD BY THE 2 YEAR WARRANTY. It is absolutely not worth the price. Cannot recommend.

the first few months with this vacuum were amazing. we were recommending it to friends and family over the dyson at every opportunity. about 8 months into ownership we noticed that there was a bit more flex at the joint between the 'stick' attachments and the body of the vacuum. after taking off the 'stick' component we noticed a small crack developing right at the connection on the vacuum body. after a couple additional months of use the crack is substantially worse and we are very concerned it will break off. this is the most important point on the vacuum and it is clearly designed to be the most fragile. we are extremely disappointed in this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just used the device for one day, therefore I cannot give precise information about the efficiency of the battery life, or even how it performs with different rubbish or "dust". In general purpose, it did very and it is very easy to manage, goes under the table or other furniture very well and has enough power to hoovering the carpet, and I am very happy with that and with peace of mind due to the 5-year warranty, it comes with. Negative: On the website, it says it comes with 2 batteries of 60 min each of autonomy, for my surprise when I opened the box I just find one battery. I will return after 3 months for reviews.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I both really appreciate the strong suction and performance of this vacuum, but have been disappointed in the lack of brush head accessories. Vacuum is stylish, works well on hard floors and carpet, and is almost a full-size vacuum replacement. I kind of prefer the trigger power button style found on Dyson and Tineco, but that's just a personal preference. Emptying the dust bin is fairly easy and touchless. Just not sure we will keep this vacuum due to the lack of dusting head accessories. I was specifically looking for a soft dusting head to use on delicate items, but they don't offer that on the Jet series.

after reviewing many other cordless stick vacuum options, i am so glad that i chose the samsung jet75. not only does the vacuum do an excellent job of picking up most debris with just the mid-level power setting, but the vacuum holds a charge for a very long time. all the accessories are a welcome addition that not all other stick vacuums in this category offered. while i do wish the canister held a bit more, i will take the slim design and lower weight and just empty the canister more often. i couldn't be more satisfied with my new vacuum and recommend it highly to anyone considering a samsung cordless stick vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] at first i didn’t love this vacuum - i’m used to using a vacuum with a brush roll. but as i kept using it, i started to love it. i am able to extend the attachment so i can reach the top corners of my average sized ceiling. the battery lasts quite a while if i leave it on the regular speed, but dies fairly quick if i put it higher. i like using this on our hard flooring instead of a regular broom. the samsung jet™ 60 fit cordless stick vacuum works great on carpet too. i don’t really use it as a standard vacuum, since i have 3 kids and 3 pets. this one is used as an in-between vacuum. *i received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.*

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Samsung Jet 75 for almost a year now. It has seen daily use and there has been no decrease in function or battery life. Provided attachments are good, and the emptying the canister and cleaning the filter are very easy. I did purchase a spare battery, but I haven't even taken the spare out of its box yet due to the superb battery life. If there was one knock on the product it would be charging. It might be a personal preference, but I think I would rather have a standalone battery charger or a charger that wouldn't require it to be mounted to a wall. Overall, I would rate this as an excellent buy.

Not familiar with these price points for these types of things but I've been mostly satisfied with what it does. If there were any downsides I'd say it's battery life and the intake. Battery is good as long as you remember to charge it after very use, but you forget to do that and it's dead and useless. If you're doing a small room or space, then yeah, definitely a great vacuum. Intake is also not a problem as long as you're doing small things. Your kid just spilled the dry fruit loops? Gonna clog up the small intake on the dust container. Anyway, this is easily worth 4 out 5 of stars, easily.

I bought this Samsung because of the advertised longer battery life , and because I could buy a replacement battery. I really like the buttons that mean I don't have to hold down a trigger throughout. It is so quiet I don't think it is working on the lesser power, but it IS. So far, though, I don't believe I am getting the battery life promised. I would like to buy an additional battery so I can pop it in,,when the first is spent. There appears to be a wet attachment for mopping floors, but mine didn't come with that and I haven't seen where to buy it.

in terms of value for money, get yourself a rubber broom. the rubber brooms works better at picking up debris that the jet 75 missed. the dustbin doesn't latch correctly anymore in a few months of use. the battery life is subpar, you will most likely need an extra spare battery to finish cleaning your house. or you can recharge and wait hours to clean the other rooms. the wheels on the brush, debris get stuck on it and there is no instructions as to how to clean it. good luck trying to get support for instructions/ guide to doing so. over all i wasted my money on this product, just get yourself a rubber broom.

I'm glad you can bring this to our attention. I would be worried about this as well if I owned a vacuum similar to this. On instructions on how to clean between the wheels; You can find this in your user manual on page 25. It covers how to get in between the wheels by detaching them. You can also use the digital manual in the link below if you like. It provides a great suction power and I love the option to increase or decrease the power as needed. The battery provides enough power to go through the living and dining rooms, but of course, getting additional battery will provide extend operational time. This vacuum is light weighted, with comfortable handle and it comes with variety of tools with flexible connection that lets you reach under the furniture. The spinning sweeper brush is great addition to the tool set. Swapping between the tools and cleaning the vacuum is pretty easy.

No way does the battery last as long as suggested, biggest failure is the Jet head. Any sign of human or pet hair the three rollers underneath jam and makes it impossible to roll along or if on anything that isn't carpet it will mark the flooring... further more the felt got ruin within days rendering it useless. No option to upgrade the head and complaints to Samsung well your just wasting your time and energy. Ive had this cleaner a month and I live in a small flat and it just can't cope. It's frustrating every time you use it. expect no more than 15 mins runtime on medium setting Ive wasted my money, please don't make the same mistake I did and just look for better options.

Good value alternative to “leading” brand, feels very well built and has plenty of suction power. I did some research before buying this as it has some mixed reviews online. I am very impressed with it so far considering its price point is a lot less than others on the market but don’t let this put you off as it’s a quality item. All I will say is the motorised brush is not as aggressive as the “leading” brand it has replaced however it still picks up pet hair and dust very well. Only gripe is I want to buy a set of spare filters and they are a 1/4 of what the vacuum cost to buy so I will give that a miss.

You do not need to press and hold the power button anymore One of the best feature is easy to cleaning in my opinion. Other brand you must disassemble the whole unit. However this item you can just disassemble without any tools and just clean under water and it clean deep inside. I have a dyson and ai need to deep clean once I can smell some odors and it is not easy to do deep clean to everybody. I really highly recommend everyone who wants to clean the house and this vacuum.

I have various types of flooring in my home and the vacuum has no problem spotlessly cleaning each room effortlessly. Not only does it have great suction and power, but the digital display is extremely user friendly. I really enjoy the wall mounted charging stand that I can just grab and go from. The long battery life, cordless vacuuming, comfortable handle, quick turning, and ability to slide under small openings has made my life so much easier. I have replaced my current Vacuum Cleaner with the Jet 60. The amount of fine dust that this picks up compared to my old Vacuum Cleaner is amazing....I had thought that the carpet was clean! I only use the Jet 60 on the medium setting as I find that this is more than enough. The Jet 60 is supplied with a Crevice tool and a Combination tool The Crevice tool is great to vacuum up the crumbs that fall between the seats and the centre console in my car, and with the Jet Fit Brush attached to vacuum my car mats I find it ideal. Even though it's quite light the quality seems good. I haven't yet run the battery flat so not sure how long it will go between charges. Altogether a great vac!

Also purchased an extra battery which is a must to have if your house is more than 2000 square feet like mine. When it is time to do the regular maintenance I take it all apart and rinse it with the tap water, that simple. There is one thing I don't like. The accessories holder it come with doesn't not have enough slots and I ended up storing some of the attachments in the closet, not a big deal if you dont use them often. In conclusion, I would hardly recommend to buy this product and if you have a bigger house go with a jet 90 instead since it has a base with an additional battery charger.

its quite powerful and super easy maneuver. on hardwood im able to pick up large debri using low power mode, on medium carpet medium power does the trick. in fact, even on our hogh pile carpet i havent found a reason to switch to max power, so the battery life is more than sufficient to vacuum my house. some things i didnt like as much: the soft roller attachment doesnt have a light, its such a useful tool for hardwoods, not sure why they didnt add that. also, emptying the dustbin is a pain. with our previous stick youd just puch a button a drop the dirt out, instead samsung opted to have you disassemble the unit and it can be a bit of a pain to latch back in. overall, very happy with this!

We could clean up quick messes but could never clean the whole house in a single go. The Samsung 75 provided a much improved duration and suction when compared. The ability to swap out the batter was also appreciated. It also came with the wall holster which was a nice bonus considering we had to buy it separately from the last manufacturer. I also like that its not purple or yellow or some other jarring color and blends in pretty well in our laundry room. We are pretty pleased with the purchase.

I use it on tile floor with easy changeable parts at the end of the stick. Most of my house has tile and it's great picking up dust, or other things that will find it's way to the floor from living life. It's awesome with the carpet attachment & cleans the bedroom carpet better than a plug in vacuum. It also has attachments for me to clean my car carpet & truck area which I do all the time. I also received a spare battery but unless I'm doing the entire house and going to do the car one battery is more than enough power to get the job done. I love this and have left the corded vacuums for good~!

I would compare it to the Dyson cordless vacuum with a better price. I've used it in my car, around the house both on tile & carpet. The suction on this little guy is AMAZING to pick up crumbs on tile & the carpet is 2nd to none. Plenty of attachments for whatever you need to do around the house or car & light enough to use anywhere. I put on the brush attachment to remove dirt/dust from my baseboards with ease. The battery life is great but the back up one that came with it gives me peace of mind that I will never not finish any project. I would recommend this & I certainly would buy it again.

my daughter in law checked consumer report for stick vacuums and after reading all the reviews, she seleted this one. she raved so about it that while i was visiting, i had to use it to see for myself. she was 100% correct. for an older person of my age, the weight and easy of use is amazing. the power is plenty and the attachments are wonderful. living on the beach, we have plenty of sand tracted in and blown into the tracks of the sliding glass doors. the crevice attachment is great for cleaning these out and keeing those doors opening smoothly. wish i had bought this before now.

Out of the box I tested the suction on a welcome mat that my German Shepard loved lay down on while leaving her hair deep in the bristles. On the medium setting, the Jet 75 sucked up all the hair out of the mat. That was my test and it passed with flying colors. However, the unexpected bonus was the ease and freedom of the cordless vacuum. It is literally grab and go. I love it! My only 'negative' experience so far is having to clear the long pole because some debris got inside and blocked further use. I highly recommend the Samsung Jet 75!

the website says that battery life is up to 60 minutes. what it doesn't tell you is that when using the vacuum like a normal person - on max, with the turbo brush for carpets - battery life is a mere 9 minutes. nine. minutes. what can i clean in nine minutes? one room. out of four that need vacuumed. so i can clean one room, swap out the battery, clean another room. recharge time is 3.5 hours. and since i can only charge one battery at a time, i then have to wait seven hours to get enough juice to clean the other two rooms. by then, the first room has been re-filthed by the toddlers.

bought mine on sale, otherwise i wouldn't have fronted its cost. the stellar consumer reports review is what sold me. but for me, it's a bit of a let down. i can feel such a difference when vacuuming carpet versus hardwood/tile. i can literally sense in my hands that the vacuum is struggling to create as good suction, even on max mode. for that reason, i knocked off a star. but it is really great on hard surfaces, plus easy to maneuver since it's fairly light. easy enough to empty the canister, and (at least so far) i'm satisfied with how long a battery lasts in my 2 br, 2 ba home. but, given the price tag, i expected this vacuum to perform excellent on all flooring surfaces, and that's not reality.

i'm disabled with cerebellar ataxia...in other words i have no balance and not much coordination. i purchased this in the hope that i could use my rollator to assist me in doing some cleaning. we have all wood floors. so far so good. it's powerful, on high it'll suck a watermelon through a swizzle stick. of course on high the battery will last about 5 minutes. on medium about 20 minutes. on low it'll go about 45 minutes. it's light enough to use as a handheld and not unwieldy at all. my only minor complaint is the expense of a spare battery. i highly recommend this to friends.

I really enjoy vacuuming it on the carpet as it deep cleans it and removes 99% of the dust and small particles. The soft brush is good on hard floors and few attachments for couches and places hard to reach. It removes the hair really well and cleaning the brush is a breeze. It holds the charge for 45 mins on mid-power and 25 mins on high power which is good enough to cover a large area. Not sure how the battery will hold the charge in the future but hey it's Samsung so it should be fine. Cons: Auto Dust bin should be part of the package to justify the cost.

I have only had my Jet 60 for a few weeks but I am definitely impressed with the battery life of 40mins and the ergonomics of not having to hold a trigger as with competitor brands I've used in the past. The light weight 2.3kg is perfect for me and my mum to use on the stairs and in our cars. I am also impressed with how easy it is to open the bin and clean all the parts, this was one of the reasons I returned a competitors product as it was messy and not easy to clean. I had a demonstration on this Samsung and made the purchase with the online store and I'm really glad I did.

i like the vacuum it does a pretty good job, but one big negative for me is that fact that it does not have a light on the head so that you can see what you are vacuuming. every other vacuum that i have owned had a light, it's extremely helpful in seeing the dog hair, dust and other items that i want to make sure are picked up. for the price, i probably would not buy this exact unit again. i previously owned 3 sharks and they are cheaper and do the same job, but with a light so that i can see. my husband rigged a light onto it, but it doesn't work that great. it's also a little top heavy, so if you have carpel tunnel syndrome it can become painful. i do like that it's lightweight, but not that it's top heavy.

I did buy a second battery. 1 battery gets through everything but my bedrooms and master bath its a 2500 sq ft house. We have 2 labs and they shed alot but this has had no problems getting dog hair up and the kids like how easy it is to use. Just grab it and it's ready to go. The carpet attachments work really well on the regular rug and the kids fuzzy looking rugs. I use the medium suction on the rugs if you put it in Hugh it sucjs down to the rug and you can't push it it has alot of suction.

This vacuum is good, but does not do so well on hard floors without the fluffy head attachment. I came across the Samsung Jet 75 which came with both the carpet and the hard floor head attachments along with others. This vacuum is amazing and picked up even more dust and dirt than my Dyson V8 could! I also love how the Samsung has a remove able battery that can be swapped and replaced in a few years. I would definitely recommend the Samsung Jet 75 if you are in the market for a new cordless vacuum

It's also a good value, given the high quality tools and attachments that the vacuum comes with. The battery life is good as well. The multiple cyclone technology of the vacuum enables less frequent cleaning of the filters as it efficiently separates dust from the air. One thing that can be improved is the design of the dust bin as it relates to emptying it. One needs to first detach the dust bin from the vacuum, then remove the cyclone from the bin in order to empty it.

this vacuum sucks in almost all the right ways. very light weight and very strong suction. cleaning hair off the brushes is not the simplest task and it doesn't do well on some heavier carpets. our area rug which is a very dense but not very long carpet was almost too much to handle. only worked on pull strokes but the push strokes would stop the roller. to some that'd be a game changer but being that i have mostly wood floors it's a non issue. the weight is amazing and makes stairs and upholstery a breeze. didn't buy the cleaning station and i'm starting to see good value in it. cleaning is easy but it gets very dirty with all the fine dust it collects. a good sign i suppose but perhaps the cleaning station would be worth while

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first "stick" vacuum and I'm pretty satisfied. The time from setup to first use is pretty quick and the manual was easy to understand. Charging the battery is easy as well, its removable. Cleaning the vacuum is a breeze but the only downside is that it can't hold a lot so depending on your usage you may have to change it more frequently. Also, the bottom part is detachable so you can clean anything that gets stuck. The machine will also protect itself against foreign objects and stop spinning so you don't run into problems. I am mainly using it do light cleaning versus getting out my broom and dustpan and I'm glad I have it. I think I will get one for my elderly parents so they don't have to worry about brooms anymore.

elegant, modern, sleek without sacrificing any functionality. however, the engineers missed out on 3 things in my opinion: 1. you have to mount the vacuum next to an outlet. closets generally don't have outlets so you're forced to mount it in an open space. while it is elegant, i'm not sure i want to present it in an open space. 2. it must be mounted with the power plugged due to the location of where it plugs in. if you mount it first, you won't be able to plug it in anymore. 3. what am i supposed to do with the alternative heads? i can hang two of them on the mount. what about the others? everything was engineered so perfectly. but if these points were addressed too, it would truly be the complete package! great job samsung!

i had the vacuum for 1 year and all brush don't work or very hard to use. i spend more time to clean the brush than the vacuum clean the floor. first thing we cannot buy directly the brushroller who is a shame we need to call the samsung parts to get it. second issue after few month of service the brushroller of the turbo brush dead. still waiting for parts reference. third thing on all brush the wheel don't spin well so it is hard to push the vacuum. and last thing i got some dust sticky inside to brush. i do not recommend any samsung vacuum cleaner

After 2.5 years of usage, the brush broken. The replacement costs almost the half of price of a new vacuum cleaner, so it doesn't make sense to buy it. There are other heads in the package, but they're of no use. Also, the construction of the charging stand is disastrous. I'm surprised about how they managed to design something that can't just stand still without falling down. Yes, I'm aware the charger is supposed to be attached to a wall. Well, I'm not going to make holes in my wall just to charge a vacuum cleaner, so it's not the case. So the design only works normally for a very specific use case, which seems a weird decision to me. Because of the broken brush, I'd say this vacuum cleaner is dissapointment and not worth the money.

the vacuum is lightweight and easy to use, and the head swivels like a dream! and you actually use all the attachments! the hardwood floor brush gets gunked up with pet/human hair really easily. it causes the wheels to get jammed so it won't roll well (and the wheels don't pop out, so they are almost impossible to clean). it also causes excess hair to keep getting spit out of the front of the vacuum. picks up sand really well though! i switched to the multi floor brush and haven't really had a problem with the pet hair. i do need to clean the brush from time to time, but it's not bad. i vacuum about 4 times a day, and this thing makes it actually kinda fun! and it looks cooler than the ugly dyson vacuums, so thats a huge plus for me!

I never worry about picking up quick spills, easy to maneuver plus the unit came with the extra battery so I'll never run out of battery time when using the maximum level for larger rooms. Its easy to use, portable and has multiple heads for different floors and different uses. I have already recommended it to my parents (in their 80's) who need a lightweight vacuum and would highly recommend it to others. Works great to vacuum out vehicles as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First let me say, I HATE VACUUMING. We've had this vacuum a month. I am SO pleased with it! It is light, easy to use, and actually works well. We have a 1700 Sq ft home, I'd say about 2/3 is carpet, and I can do it all, plus some, before the battery dies. I also vacuum my bare floors! It's really easy to take the time to get corners with the attachments too. Now, if you can a high pile carpet, it may not deep clean it, but I certainly believe it does a great job at quick clean ups. I'm super happy with it and I'll definitely buy another.

You can easily go from cleaning your floors to your stairs. Switching attachments is also a breeze when you have to get those hard to reach places. The kids have even joined in and used this product and they ask to use it all the time! Disposal is also a breeze. You just push a button and dump the contents of the container out! Easy peazy. Charging time is short so you don't have much downtime when you just want to get the job done.

The included soft roller is a must have for hardwood/laminate flooring and the short brush duster has allowed me to replace my car vacuum. A single charge lasts me a full vacuum session but I bought an extra when I need to extend that operating time. Cleaning the insides and emptying it straight forward and I have had no issues with clogs or loss of power whatsoever. It's light, compact and powerful enough to make vacuuming less of a chore.

I absolutely love this vacuum! I often have back pain, but it's so lightweight and easy to use, back pain doesn't stop me from having clean floors. All the attachments are five star, as is the performance. My other vacuums are both top quality, expensive machines, but I choose this one any day. With 3 dogs, I vacuum almost every day, and can't believe the amount of hair and dust we'd been living in. The hair in the photo is one day's worth in our living room. If I wasn't married already, I'd marry this vacuum lol. I'm so happy with it, I tell everyone about it. I'm 67 yrs old and this is the best vacuum I've ever had.

we got this model because it has the same motor as the 90. great suction and portability. battery last long enough to vacuum our complete downstairs tile floor. we really like that the attachments connect to the charging base. however, my wife really wishes we got a vacuum with lights at the front. this is not a deal breaker but it's certainly a feature that's missed. suction power is fantastic on flat floors but is mediocre on carpet and stairs if your looking for a vacuum for quick clean ups on flat surfaces this is for you.

Not sure why you would even use the lower settings because they don't have much power. However, the battery life is shorter than I would expect. Maybe that is because I am using it on MAX. But I only get about 10 minutes. And then the rotary does not work well on carpet. I need to go back and forth very fast so that the brush keeps moving otherwise it will seize up and I have to turn it off and back on again to get it going. I would not buy this again.

two big flaws with this vacuum - it's poorly designed and the "long-lasting" battery is drained quickly unless you keep it on the lowest power setting. the vacuum was amazing (at least on the lowest setting) for about a week until our son propped it against a wall and it fell, breaking the canister, which is only attached with two flimsy pieces of plastic. now we have to use a rubber band to hold the canister in place and pops off easily. the other issue is the (not so) long-lasting battery. we can vacuum most of our small house on low but only get the kitchen and living room if you increase the power. it takes a long time to recharge, so we end up having to pull out our old vacuum to finish the big jobs. hopefully future models will be redesigned to last.

Beyond the flexibility of a cordless vacuum there are a number of other features which have been a positive. The bare floor tool being different than the floor beater bar is great. It's easy to change and I'm less worried about the rug attachment marring wood floors. The fact that both heads are modular makes it easy to remove any objects which may get sucked up and wrap around the bars. The ability to attach directly to the motor makes doing stairs much easier since I'm not dragging a heavy vacuum up and down stairs and it is maneuverable to get into corners. battery life has been good so far and power has been more than adequate.

it's great value compared to a dyson. pros -has a detachable battery, so you can get spare batteries and swap them out if you need the extra runtime. -you can take the whole dust canister off to empty it and clean it out completely. -push button start, rather than trigger that you need to hold the entire time. -comes with all the attachments including two different roller types. -completely remove canister so that you can wash it. cons -a little less powerful than a dyson v11. -completely remove canister just to empty it.

Bought this Samsung Jet 60 as a 2nd vacuum for the house. Had the Dyson V7 in mind however, the lightness of the unit 2.3kg and the fact it has no trigger made picking this over the other unit so much easier. 40 min run time on low gives me plenty of time to clean my floors. With one figure I can power up the suction if I'm in a rush. Easy clean filters and the 180 degree swivel head makes getting under the sofa so much easier. Gave this to my elderly inlaws, both in their 80s and they prefer this over their much heavier Shark as they live in an upper cottage flat with stairs. I've recommended this range to a few of my friends as from the Jet 60 to the Jet 90, Samsung has a vacuum for everyone's needs. Best light weight cordless vacuum I've came across in years.

Charging is fairly quick, love the attachment to the wall for a quick connect and charge while saving space, great easy vacuum to use, great price.

the several attachments have made cleaning my apartment much easier. it is pretty crazy and satisfying to see how much dust it picks up. the only downfall so far i would say is the battery life. it takes about two charges for me to get a complete clean in my 700 sq ft apartment. that means dusting the couch, entertainment area, the shades, and sweeping everything. with the charge time at about 3 hours it makes this a 6ish hour process. i have recommended this to all my friends and it has made cleaning my favorite chore.

I was pretty skeptical trying out a Samsung vacuum for the first time - especially because the majority of the floor it would be used on was carpet. But I must say, I LOVE this vacuum! Cleans pretty thick carpet with ease, on both the mid and max settings. It's a lot lighter and quieter than our Dyson too so I always grab this vacuum first whenever anything needs cleaning. The attachments are super helpful, battery time has been great (I've done two rooms, a bathroom, and stairs in one charge), and the only con I can find so far is that one of my dogs really wants to eat it whenever it's on. Overall, I can't recommend this vacuum highly enough - give it all the stars!

The swivel of the head takes a few tries to get used to when I have to vacuum under my bed. we have been using the jet75 for the about 3 weeks and so far so good. it is very light, the materials seem strong and it is very easy to use (clean bin, manuever, etc.) and charge. the use time is good for my purposes as i can usually clean the entire living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms with one charge at medium. i also bought another battery which is a nice to have but not absolutely necessary just as kong as you plug in after you use it. it is really super easy to use on stairs and for cleaning upholstery.

I have a long haired cat and this vacuum picks up great after him. It sucked up his hair and litter without much effort. The canister is easy to take apart to dump dirt into the trash. As a bonus feature, both the canister and filter are hand washable. The battery life of the vacuum is about an hour of non stop usage. I love how easy to use and powerful this little vacuum is.

Works very well on hard floors and rugs and it's amazing how much dirt and dust the Jet picks up. We thought about the other brands, but settled on the Jet 75. We have had it around a year without and issues. The canister is easy to clean including removing it and putting it back on the Jet 75. The Jet 75 came with more attachments than the other brands too. We would recommend the Jet 75 over the other brands.

I bought this because I thought it was a good product. It cleaned well at first, but with very little use, or handling, the beater bar broke off. the tabs that hold it on are tiny and plastic. Tiny little ears to hold the entire beater bar on. To buy a new head the same size, it was going to be half the cost of the entire vacuum. It can clean, and is fairly handy and the battery last 40 minutes.....but is way too fragile to be of long term use. I had this vac 3 months when the bar broke off.

I was able to vacuum my heavily carpeted 1000 sq.ft apt without any issues or the battery dying. Its definitely not going to replace a powerful corded vacuum but it still does well for being a cordless. Its lightweight and an absolute breeze to maneuver. The only issue I dislike is emptying the dust bin is a fairly clumsy process compared to the competition like Dyson or LG. Its also so quiet you could vacuum at night

It takes me less time now sweeping and mopping and definitely recommend it to others. It is very lightweight and it takes less than 5 minutes to assemble. I love that it came with many different attachments which come in handy depending what your cleaning. The swivel is a life saver as well and the setting really helps depending how much vacuuming you need. With my children max setting is a must and it picks up all the dirt, dust, and wrappers. Battery does lasts approximately 3 hours, that's the most I've used it without having to recharge. Once I see it down to the last bar I immediately put it in the charger. Its pretty great considering I get to get all the cleaning done without having to recharge in between.

Jet 75 proved to be a great vacuum cleaner. Battery lasts for the whole 2 bedroom apartment when I use medium suction. Max mode is great for cleaning carpets. I always had the problem with the attachment being jammed with long long hair. Samsung's one doesn't get stuck and it is really easy to clean. I definitely recommend this vacuum, especially if you get it on a deal.

Firstly, my vac arrived WITHOUT any instructions. I visited the store (5 miles away) they showed me the very basics and said ‘go on line’. I did and the first thing I noticed was that I should read these instructions first. I’ve used it for 15 minutes and then while I wait for the battery to recharge I’m writing this. Charging is a MAJOR disadvantage (imo) as it has to be on the machine, in the docking pad for 2 and a half hours. Presumably a second battery would need to be charged this way as well. The power point connection to the docking pad is in a most obscure place.The docking pad needs to be wall mounted or when charged flat on the floor the device disconnects easily from the charger, it needs gravity to work! Otherwise the suction is good but all else is pending the battery charging.

We purchased one of these 3 months ago and were impressed at how good it picks up dog hair the tools are ok but when would you use them. The dust storage us small so you need to change very frequently especially when the dog is shedding fur. The ust storage bin is a nightmare to replace back onto the vacuum I would not recommend this for the complexity and awkwardness to empty the storage bin, my wife hates it a d reverts back to our old hoover depending on what she gad to clean.

It is lightweight and not fussy (no cord). The suction power is excellent and the battery lasts long enough to clean thoroughly two out of three floors of my house. The only feature that I think is weak is the dust collecting bin; after emptying, it is not easy to close tightly and attach back to the machine and takes some getting-used-to.

Wanted something light to make vacuuming easier and that's exactly what I got. What I wasn't expecting was just how powerful this little beauty is. I like the fact there is no trigger which helps since trigger models hurt my hands. My son says he misses the trigger so Samsung why not have a trigger that can be locked on or off. This would give you the best of both worlds? So impressed with the power and suction, that I might buy the soft brush head for my hard floor kitchen.

received this vacuum cleaner and auto emptying dustbin from Samsung for product testing purposes. First impressions, very easy to put together and very lightweight. Liked the touch control pad for controlling the on/off and the amount of power. I wad excited to try this cleaner as I have 7 cats and 2 dogs in a house with 3 adults. That equals a lot of fur and therefore daily hoovering. Whilst I was impressed with how light the vaccum was and how powerful it is for a cordless model the battery life really lets this down. Maybe I had a faulty model but the battery lasted literally 10 minutes from a full charge. In a house with so many animals this barely allowed me to do 2 rooms thoroughly so in order to do the whole house it would be a full day job which obviously isn't feasible in the slightest.

i just received the vacuum today and it even came 3 days ahead of time! i tested it out today and with just 4 minutes of vacuuming it collected an insane amount of dust for only 4 minutes of usage. after charging and using it again, i was sort of sad to see that the battery only lasts about 20 minutes on high. i don't really like dust getting trapped inside. i have a bigger house so it is harder to vacuum everything in 20 minutes on high. otherwise this vacuum is a beast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum came with a good amount of attachments and I can find uses for all of them. The default power is at med but you can adjust low or to high. Its quiet enough on Med and is not as loud as a dyson v10 on high. So far, the battery is amazing and holds a charge for a long time. It does take a while to charge up though. The weight is good (not too heavy) and the battery provides a good balance when you hold it. The cannister is entirely removeable so thats a plus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vacuum was great for about a week until it was dropped and the canister broke. Now the canister will not stay connected to the vacuum and we have to use a rubber band to keep it on - this is not a great fix. Either the unit should be more stable and stand on its own, or the canister should connect to the vacuum by more than just two thin pieces of plastic. The "long-lasting" battery doesn't go far unless you keep it on the lowest setting the entire time you use it.

This vacuum is very powerful even on medium. My only complaint is that the battery dies quickly on high power. It is lightweight and has many different heads so I can change it and make it as long as I want or as short as i want and i can get into those hard to reach places. I even use it to clean my car. This is a recommended must buy product!

Bought this to replace an old Vax model that had died and I must say this is far more powerful, even on the low setting it picks up much better and the battery lasts long enough to do my whole house in one go. The whole thing comes apart really easily and being able to rinse the dust collector and filters under the tap makes it so easy to clean. The extendable thin attachment means I can get behind the radiators much more easily. For the price it's fantastic value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my new Samsung jet stick 75 vacuum for a year now and we are loving it. The battery life definitely gets the house done on a single charge. The turbo action brush is still a welcomed favorite from my last Samsung plug in the vac. The soft brush roller works well on my vinyl plank flooring, it sweeps, vacuums, and does a nice job polishing my floor. I still have some more to learn about my new daily vacuum. I definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With 3 dogs I needed something that could handle daily use. This is wonderful for pet hair. The 3 power settings are great for all my different floor types. Only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is 2 reasons; 1. Emptying the canister is a bit of work you have to remove it completely. 2. This does not stand up on its own, so to remove the canister you have to lay it down completely and you need to install the charger or else charge this while it is laying down.

I was using the wired vacuum before now, I got tired of plugging it before I can vacuum and my house is very big. So, whenever I vacuum I plug it up to 4 times to get all spots. I love that now I don't need to plug before I use. Also I like the head features of the vacuum, it can get all angles I will never be able to get with the other vacuum, best product ever and would recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to start off by saying I have a Great Pryness with t long, thick, white hair that sheds everywhere. The Samsung Jet has incredible suction and doesn't get clogged up like my Dyson did all the time. I also love how easy is it to clean and dump, and actually stays charged throughout my entire floor which is about 1300 sqft. My Dyson would die after 5 minutes and was super loud, but the Samsung Jet is quiet and actually stays charged! I highly recommend it.

I love that it is lightweight, does the best on my hard woods and tile floors, not what I was hoping for on carpet, it does ok but not as good as my corded vacuum. The battery lasts 30-45 min. I own the shark cordless vac and I will say this one performs better. Also to be fair I have 2 dogs and 6 cats, vacuum every other if not every day w either a corded vac or cordless.

i literally use this every day. this is the first home appliance i have bought from samsung, and it has been an overwhelmingly positive experience. my order came with a wall-mount, charger, one battery pack, and a "close-up" attachment in addition to the standards cleaning attachment. i use this to clean my apartment floors (tile) and inside my car. i have two cats so there's always fur somewhere. on a full charge, i can usually vacuum every room's floor.

Very solid feeling; has great suction power; more battery time than my last stick vacuum; you can lean it up against the wall and the lower part won't unfold/straighten out and at the back of the top there are rubber/silicone pads that won't let it slide left or right. I have 2 Huskies so I need a high quality, long lasting vacuum. Super well thought out design!

New purchase so only used a few times. First impressions are very good. The vacuum itself seems robust and of good quality. It's fairly quiet and picks up well on both short pile carpet and hard floors. No need to adjust anything between the two surfaces. The canister is easy to remove and empty but a little fiddly to refit. The battery life seems OK. Used for around 25 mins on medium power and there was 1 out of 3 bars left showing. It feels well weighted, the on/off button is easy to use and doesn't require you to constantly hold a trigger. The unit slips easily into its wall mounted base for charging. There are a good selection of tools that are easy to exchange. The head is quite maneuverable in use. Very convenient to use and happy with the purchase. Samsung 5 year warranty is a nice to have but hopefully won't be needed.

I have a Dyson and a Shark and often feel frustrated with the short lasting battery power and the lack of suction on the dog hair. I have two beagle terriers with short course hair that sticks to everything. Then Samsung Jet 60 had superior battery and suction, pulling the hair off of furniture and carpet edges. I love versatility of how easy it maneuvers. Also, I find it to be less noisy than my Dyson!

the jet 75 is powerful, is fabulous on hard floors and very good in low to medium pile carpets. this is well made and just looks like high quality design and construction. i do not know how long the battery lasts because i have never exhausted it. our main floor is over 1400 feet and that poses no challenge. the only suggested improvement i can think of would be a headlight to find dirt and debris a bit easier. this is a great tool from samsung.

This is not something to use to clean your entire house if it is big however this does the job of picking up crumbs Lynn pet hair and reach for those hard to reach areas. Battery life for me that I've noticed losses for approximately 30 minutes to 35 minutes which is great for the small task. Yeah it is light enough that I can teach my son to clean up after himself

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this thing to clean the hardwood floor and the carpet, obviously. But I also use the soft action brush to clean the couch and bed. Unexpectedly, my favorite part is that it also has a skinny nozzle you can just slap onto the main body (without the long metal tube), and it makes a crazy strong handheld vacuum you can use for interior of the car. I will no longer be messing with those nasty free vacuums after getting a car wash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You may think your house is clean, but as soon as you give this bad boy a roll you will know how wrong you were. This vacuum is a wonder on carpets, hard floors, and tiles alike. You will be amazed at how much it picks up. The brushes are designed such that hair that normally could clog up vacuum brush heads can be pulled off easily, which has been a huge hangup for previous vacuums I've had. It's easy to change out any attachment and is very well made, and emptying the bin is a cinch. It's not too heavy but it is powerful-and you can change the suction amount to help adapt to different surfaces. They really have thought of everything with this thing. And because it's cordless you can take it anywhere in your house or even your car. I have yet to have the battery run out while vacuuming. You may just enjoy vacuuming for the first time in your life.
