After less than 2 years of use, it turned out that the battery of this vacuum cleaner was suitable for scrap. To vacuum 3 rooms, I had to charge the batteries twice, so where did the 40 minutes of use come from!!! Secondly, during the next vacuuming, the plastic container with the filter broke off and it simply broke off. After contacting Samsung, the vacuum cleaner was sent to the service center, where I was informed that my warranty does not cover the filter and the damaged housing. And they propose a paid repair in the amount of 83,51£. Ridiculous!!! I will never buy anything again!!! How can you treat people like that!!! Selling a product that is actually defective and made just to be looked at???? Never again!!!

It started off as a good product, with no issues relating to battery. But one day during normal vacuuming, the two pieces of plastic which click together to hold the attachment in place, snapped/sheared and it is now not usable. Going through the returns process with Samsung (not Argos's fault) the warranty is NOT VALID because a broken product is classed as damage which in turn is classed as "misuse". I escalated this 3 levels higher and they wouldn't budge. It is a design issue and the product is not robust for normal day to day use. And on top of that, DO NOT BE MISLEAD BY THE 2 YEAR WARRANTY. It is absolutely not worth the price. Cannot recommend.

I received this vacuum cleaner from Samsung for product testing. I was pleasantly surprised with the weight and nimbleness of the hoover. I have weak wrists and found it very easy to use. I did however find changing the attachments quite fiddly but as the hoover was new and new to me, it may have been the case. It has various suction settings that you can increase and decrease (but this does affect the battery life). The downside is the battery didn't last very long even on the lowest setting, and it has a auto detecting over heating setting. Which meant you couldn't use it for more than ten to fifteen minutes at a time. Which can be frustrating. As you can see from the photos, it does the usual hoover trick of wrapping your hair around the brush. Which is frustrating but this hoover has a neat trick. You can remove the inner brush with a click and remove the hair easily. I feel this hoover is great for the smaller jobs, like a quick whip round a small room, or perhaps a spillage of rice crispies. But as a hoover for a main family home, I think it would spend more time being charged, than used.

After 2.5 years of usage, the brush broken. The replacement costs almost the half of price of a new vacuum cleaner, so it doesn't make sense to buy it. There are other heads in the package, but they're of no use. Also, the construction of the charging stand is disastrous. I'm surprised about how they managed to design something that can't just stand still without falling down. Yes, I'm aware the charger is supposed to be attached to a wall. Well, I'm not going to make holes in my wall just to charge a vacuum cleaner, so it's not the case. So the design only works normally for a very specific use case, which seems a weird decision to me. Because of the broken brush, I'd say this vacuum cleaner is dissapointment and not worth the money.

Well, it had been going well. Bought less than 6 months ago. Used lightly in a bungalow with flat floors by my mother. Then the head came away. On inspection it is only held in place by a tiny piece of plastic. looking through reviews this has happened to other people so is a design flaw. Our electrical store contacted Samsung engineers who tried to charge £90 for a repair (for a vacuum used for around 10 hours in total). Given that it is less than 6 months from purchase we are not happy with the this!

I have replaced my current Vacuum Cleaner with the Jet 60. The amount of fine dust that this picks up compared to my old Vacuum Cleaner is amazing....I had thought that the carpet was clean! I only use the Jet 60 on the medium setting as I find that this is more than enough. The Jet 60 is supplied with a Crevice tool and a Combination tool The Crevice tool is great to vacuum up the crumbs that fall between the seats and the centre console in my car, and with the Jet Fit Brush attached to vacuum my car mats I find it ideal. Even though it's quite light the quality seems good. I haven't yet run the battery flat so not sure how long it will go between charges. Altogether a great vac!

No way does the battery last as long as suggested, biggest failure is the Jet head. Any sign of human or pet hair the three rollers underneath jam and makes it impossible to roll along or if on anything that isn't carpet it will mark the flooring... further more the felt got ruin within days rendering it useless. No option to upgrade the head and complaints to Samsung well your just wasting your time and energy. Ive had this cleaner a month and I live in a small flat and it just can't cope. It's frustrating every time you use it. expect no more than 15 mins runtime on medium setting Ive wasted my money, please don't make the same mistake I did and just look for better options.

Firstly, my vac arrived WITHOUT any instructions. I visited the store (5 miles away) they showed me the very basics and said ‘go on line’. I did and the first thing I noticed was that I should read these instructions first. I’ve used it for 15 minutes and then while I wait for the battery to recharge I’m writing this. Charging is a MAJOR disadvantage (imo) as it has to be on the machine, in the docking pad for 2 and a half hours. Presumably a second battery would need to be charged this way as well. The power point connection to the docking pad is in a most obscure place.The docking pad needs to be wall mounted or when charged flat on the floor the device disconnects easily from the charger, it needs gravity to work! Otherwise the suction is good but all else is pending the battery charging.

This is the first stick vacuum I have bought and had I thought more about it I probably would have bought the next model up. Currys advertised this as good for pet hair but pet hair tangles around the brush and you have to cut it out. I love the Manoeuvrability of the stick vacuum; it's light and easy to use, but there is something sharp in the handle which is uncomfortable. The suction is very good, particularly on turbo, but the battery runs down fast. My pet hate is getting the dust collector to line up with the catch when I have removed it and want to put it back together. This can be very frustrating. Would I buy another, yes but not this model.

Just before the 2-year warranty expired, the vac started to switch off after a few minutes use on medium power. The battery was been fully charged and all the vac filters and rollers checked and cleaned as in the instructions. Despite the fact it has only been lightly used, in part because the battery life is so poor. It doesn't live up to the run time claims made by the manufacturer. When we looked at the claims procedure, it is set up in such a way that it is not possible to take it in to a local dealer or nominated approved repair shop. The warranty terms are that the vac has to be collected, and the wording alone is a deterrent to making a claim, particularly when you Google the feedback on the service provided by the nearest approved repairer. Very disappointed that Samsung produce a nicely made machine that has a battery run time nowhere near that claimed and that repairs or replacement batteries are so expensive we are unlikely to buy Samsung again.

received this vacuum cleaner and auto emptying dustbin from Samsung for product testing purposes. First impressions, very easy to put together and very lightweight. Liked the touch control pad for controlling the on/off and the amount of power. I wad excited to try this cleaner as I have 7 cats and 2 dogs in a house with 3 adults. That equals a lot of fur and therefore daily hoovering. Whilst I was impressed with how light the vaccum was and how powerful it is for a cordless model the battery life really lets this down. Maybe I had a faulty model but the battery lasted literally 10 minutes from a full charge. In a house with so many animals this barely allowed me to do 2 rooms thoroughly so in order to do the whole house it would be a full day job which obviously isn't feasible in the slightest.

Good value alternative to “leading” brand, feels very well built and has plenty of suction power. I did some research before buying this as it has some mixed reviews online. I am very impressed with it so far considering its price point is a lot less than others on the market but don’t let this put you off as it’s a quality item. All I will say is the motorised brush is not as aggressive as the “leading” brand it has replaced however it still picks up pet hair and dust very well. Only gripe is I want to buy a set of spare filters and they are a 1/4 of what the vacuum cost to buy so I will give that a miss.

The hoover battery is fine, lightweight. However it is not good if you have pet fur or long hair as every time I use it I have to cut the hair out which takes away the convenience. I know it is not anti hair wrap however I have a shark which isn't anti hair wrap and only have to remove the hair about once a month and it's only my long human hair not pet hair, this Samsung vacuum almost wraps every bit of hair around it every time.

I had this vacuum cleaner for less than two years and the brush head broke twice - it simply snapped at the lightest contact with an object. I read the reviews and noticed that several other clients had the same problem with the brush head. The issue happened twice and clearly points to a fault in the product design. Nonetheless, Samsung refused to take any responsibility for the poor quality of the product, despite it was still under warranty. The cost of a new head brush is around £60-70, which means an overall spend of between £120-140 in less than two years to fix a product that cost £199 to begin with. Not to mention the nuisance of being left without a working vacuum cleaner TWICE and the endless, as well as POINTLESS, calls with Samsung customer care team. Needless to say, I find this unacceptable and I highly discourage potential customers from buy this product.

I have only had my Jet 60 for a few weeks but I am definitely impressed with the battery life of 40mins and the ergonomics of not having to hold a trigger as with competitor brands I've used in the past. The light weight 2.3kg is perfect for me and my mum to use on the stairs and in our cars. I am also impressed with how easy it is to open the bin and clean all the parts, this was one of the reasons I returned a competitors product as it was messy and not easy to clean. I had a demonstration on this Samsung and made the purchase with the online store and I'm really glad I did.

I bought the Jet 60 in Harvey Norman Limerick, Ireland 2 days ago. The assistant advised me to go for the Jet 60 not the Jet 65 as it had the same head and attachments but better suction. Result: Same suction, worse head and less attachments. I couldn't bring it back as the box was opened and item tested when we noticed the differences. Very disappointed with the service

Bought this Samsung Jet 60 as a 2nd vacuum for the house. Had the Dyson V7 in mind however, the lightness of the unit 2.3kg and the fact it has no trigger made picking this over the other unit so much easier. 40 min run time on low gives me plenty of time to clean my floors. With one figure I can power up the suction if I'm in a rush. Easy clean filters and the 180 degree swivel head makes getting under the sofa so much easier. Gave this to my elderly inlaws, both in their 80s and they prefer this over their much heavier Shark as they live in an upper cottage flat with stairs. I've recommended this range to a few of my friends as from the Jet 60 to the Jet 90, Samsung has a vacuum for everyone's needs. Best light weight cordless vacuum I've came across in years.

I purchased this hoover about a month ago and for the price etc I think it's great. I have seen a lot of people comment on the usage time, which, when you have it on the stronger setting isn't very long, but to be honest I use it as a downstairs hoover only and often only do one or two rooms at a time (mainly to get all the dog hair!) and it's more than sufficient for that and charges up again in less than an hour if I want to carry on later. So overall I am very happy and got a good deal with an Easter discount.

This by far is the worst vacuum cleaner I have ever owned. The battery life after less than a year is absolutely terrible, the suction has progressively gotten worse despite clearing the filter and brush, and the attachments are flimsy. Not worth the money, honestly I feel like I have been scammed.

This vacuum cleaner is just so easy to use, it cleans the carpets really great, and with the 2 suction modes, it works perfect on tiled floors too. Fabulously lightweight compared to conventional vacuums. Very versatile, able to get in every nook and cranny with the flexibility it has. Couple of clicks and you’ve cleaned out the dust compartment. I am really pleased I chose this one, it’s totally ideal for me…… and would totally recommend to anyone thinking of a cordless vacuum.

Wanted something light to make vacuuming easier and that's exactly what I got. What I wasn't expecting was just how powerful this little beauty is. I like the fact there is no trigger which helps since trigger models hurt my hands. My son says he misses the trigger so Samsung why not have a trigger that can be locked on or off. This would give you the best of both worlds? So impressed with the power and suction, that I might buy the soft brush head for my hard floor kitchen.

Bought this to replace an old Vax model that had died and I must say this is far more powerful, even on the low setting it picks up much better and the battery lasts long enough to do my whole house in one go. The whole thing comes apart really easily and being able to rinse the dust collector and filters under the tap makes it so easy to clean. The extendable thin attachment means I can get behind the radiators much more easily. For the price it's fantastic value.

Wanted a new vac to replace one that was loosing power so I did a lot of research before buying this Samsung model. It has great suction and very light and easy to move around. I chose this as it had the turbo which allows me to plus or minus the power depending on what I’m hoovering, it’s great for pet hairs! Overall, very pleased with my purchase and its got a 5 year warranty so peace of mind too!

Generally good product very light only minus so far is battery life with previous cordless Vax my wife easily hoover 3 bedroom house this one i believe was set it on max speed by my wife managed to hoover steps and battery died. Advertised as up to 40min and this is what everyone can see first but if you not careful reader you might miss small prints if on max speed battery last 5min 😳😳

Cheap, easy to use, and surprisingly powerful for a cordless vacuum. It's also very easy to clean and maintain. Only 'problem' would be the fact it only comes with one battery aswell as battery life overtime. I've had this vacuum for a good couple months now and it hasn't been a MAJOR problem but I'd consider getting an extra battery if you've got a lot of space to cover.

I bought this about a month ago and I am delighted with it. It has 3 speeds and starts with medium which I find works well. It's brilliant for our cats hair on the sofa[she should be bald now the amount she sheds!] It's light and easy to use with no cord to worry about. I only have a small house and the battery last for a whole clean. I am very happy with this purchase.

Brought as a less costly replacement for a Dyson, the head broke after only 10 months. Not covered by the warranty as the verdict of the Samsung customer service department after much painful dialogue was accidental damage. A replacement head costs over £80 when the cleaner itself only cost £189 so I won't be throwing more money at it. Back to the drawing board.

To be honest only paying for the name, my partner got this as a surprise to me as it would benefit more than a corded hoover. I cannot even hoover all down my stairs then the battery is out. Be lucky if you get 5mins. I use this on the medium power aswell. Can't believe I got rid of my shark hoover for this. Definitely not satisfied at all.

Very happy with this vacuum cleaner. It is light, easy to manoeuvre and very good at going right up to the edge of the skirting boards. Although the machine is light, it is sturdy and well made. You can vary the suction which does a good job even on the lowest setting. Would definitely recommend..

I bought this cordless vacuum yesterday and I found out it is much lighter than my old one. Charging time is quick. It's easy to handle however I need a bit of strength to use it on carpet. I hope someone can share their experience on hoovering the carpet area. Overall, I am happy with it!

This an excellent product, nice and light, easiy to move, very good suction and not expensive. This is the third cordless vacuum i have had and easily the best. The previous ones are manufactured by well known companies and not as good as this Samsung sweetie. Would highly recommend.

I used to hate vacuuming, but having this cleaner on hand has absolutely changed my opinion for the better. It’s so simple to grab for a quick run around, no trailing cables or awkward attachments (it does come with two attachments for cleaning awkward spaces, which connect to the dock neatly). The bin is easy to detach and clean out, and I can see exactly how much I’ve picked up - not to mention any lost bits and pieces that might need retrieving. I managed to mount the dock onto my wall with heavy duty sticky fixer pads, and the whole set up is so light, it holds up well (screws and plugs are included if you need it fixing more securely). I have hard floors and rugs, and it handles both easily, though the lighter rugs tend to get picked up by the vacuum cleaner. Thicker rugs and carpets might pose a challenge if you’re hoping for a really deep clean, but it suits my needs perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier that I finally took the plunge. It looks stylish, is very light, and quieter than my hairdryer, too!

This hoover has been a great addition for a small home. Battery lasts as expected and can be wall mounted while charging. Picks up much more dust than my Vax. Delivery was really fast and arrived in the allotted time slot. Prices are competitive compared to other vendors.

The battery life is terrible. Charging tames 3.5 hours and only get 15 mins roughly out of it. Please! In my small flat I need 3 charges to clean! Please. Don't even bother. Samsung services are terrible. Taking weeks to deal with request. Even months to resolve issue.

I bought this a month or so ago to replace a well known broken one! This is lighter, easier to empty and clear and you don't gave to hold the on button the whole time. It picks up really well on the lowest suction and is very quiet. I would definitely recommend.

It was working fine for a while and has all of a sudden started to turn on and off in quick succession and then die completely - no idea why. If Samsung can help resolve the issue and the vaccum starts working properly again I’ll update the review.

I bought this so I didn’t have to carry a heavier type of hoover up and down the stairs and to do the car without a lead dragging along the floor it is good for those reasons but I do feel a longer battery life would have been better

Cheap plastic product made out of cheapest and lowest quality piece, way too pricey for what it offers. My main and biggest problem was the battery lasting only for 15 minutes and had to recharge for another 2 maybe 3 hours

This is a really nice, powerful vacuum. The charge lasts about 20 mins on full power, a little longer on the lower power.. we have 2 dogs and this picks up hair really well., in my opinion this is as good as a dyson

Plug pin broke in socket, rang customer services only to be told I have to pay to have it fixed as was my fault! I only took it out of socket didn’t use excessive force as accused by Samsung customer services!

Seems good so far.suction it very good. Lightweight and sleek. Wall mounted which was what I wanted. Price seemed a lot but if it lasts a few years I’ll be happy. Other brands I’ve tried didn’t fair too well.

Hair wraps and clogs the brushes, have to constantly cut them out. Very flimsy and the battery last 8/10 minutes and takes over an hour to charge. Would t recommend this to an enemy

Definitely not worth the price. Battery does not last long, after charging for more than 12 hours i just about managed to hoover one room and halfway up the stairs.

The Jet 60 is designed to provide up to 40 minutes of runtime on the MIN or MID power setting. However, using the vacuum on MAX or JET mode dramatically increases power consumption and is intended for stubborn messes rather than whole room general cleaning. We recommend using the MIN or MID settings for standard vacuuming, and this will significantly extend your cleaning time whilst still providing excellent results. We also recommend that the tubing and dust bin are clean and free of debris for best results, as blockages can consume more power as the vacuum works harder to bypass these. I don’t normally write product reviews, but I’ve been so happy with this vacuum I’ve decided to take the time to do so. I didn’t get the Jet expecting it to replace my current “drag along” vacuum, but rather as something easy to get out quickly to clear up spills and such. After having the Jet for a few weeks now, I’ve been amazed at how good it is. I have stopped using my old vacuum completely!! I was sceptical about how good the suction could be on something that weighs so little, but I was wrong to be. The suction is so powerful I rarely need to use full power mode! I was doubtful if the battery would last long enough for me to vacuum downstairs or upstairs in one go, but it can almost do both! The whole vacuum has obviously been well thought out during the design process as the Jet is comfortable to use when vacuuming as it doesn’t require a trigger to be held in continuously as I’ve seen when looking at other brands. The maintenance is also simple as the bin is easy to remove and can be completely washed (as can the filters). I can’t recommend the Jet 60 highly enough, my only regret is not getting it sooner.

Nice lightweight vacuum, great for hard floors. Struggled on carpets Hair tangled around the rollers, I had to untangle them and cut them away.

It's nice suction and power. A bit disappointed with the battery when on max power only lasts 10 mins. On med I would say 25/30 mins.
