Yaklaşık 2 ay önce aldım gerçekten çok memnunum; çekiş gücü kuvvetli hafif rahat ve kullanışlı AMA tek kusuru şarj edildiktikten(2 saat civarı) sonra çalışma süresi: düşük seviyede 35 dak. Orta seviyede 25 dak. Max.seviye de ise 15 dak.

Süpürgeyi 10 gün kadar önce aldım ve çok ama çok memnunum. Çok güzel temizliyor,elini sürmeden içini inanılmaz güzel vakumlayip temizliyor.Tek sorun hepa filtre,toz torbası vb nereden alacağımızı bilmemek.Ben 3 paket toz torbası aldım burdan ancak halen ne geldi nede ne olacağını müşteri hizmetleri söyleyebildi.Hep aynı şey ilgili birime ileteceğim...Ben internet üstünden başka sitelerden hepa filtre toz torbası vb alırım diyorsanız bence kesinlikle alın.Ama ben bunlarida samsung dan alacağım diyorsanız bence kesinlikle almayın.

Yaklaşık 1 senedir dik süpürge arıyorum dyson gen5 aldım o kadar ağır geldi ki bir gün kullandım ertesi gün omzum ağrıyordu. Hatta iade için aradığımda neden iade ediyorsunuz dediler ağır dedim evet çoğu kullanıcılar ağır olduğunu söyleyip iade ediyorlar dedi. Ama yorumlarda hiç bunu görmemiştim herkes büyülenmiş gibi övüyor. Bulunduğum şehir küçük olduğu için gidip deneyemedim . Daha sonra sürekli arayıştaydım samsungun süpürgesini gördüm hem hafif hem turna küçük başlığı vardı benim için en önemli özellikler. Evde kedim var alma sebebim tamamen günlük tüy toz kırıntı çekmek koltukları süpürmekti . Şarjı az gidiyor diyenlere katılmıyorum 5 gün boyunca min. Ayarda kullandım bazen 3 oda bazen tüm evi çektim yani bana 5 gün şarjı yetti. Kablolu süpürgem var haftalık temizliğimi onunla yapıyorum . Ama haftalık temizliği yapmak istesem min. Ayarda 40 dk çalışıyor bu yeterli diye düşünüyorum . ve çoğu şarjlı süpürge aynı sürelerde çalışıyor dyson bile o ağırlığının sebebi bataryası olmasına rağmen turbo modda 10 dk bile çalışmıyordu . En azından yedek batarya ile sorun çözülüyor. Çekini min. Gayet iyi zaten boşaltınca görüyorsunuz . Boşaltması da kolay bana zor gelmedi kablolu süpürgemde torbasız alışkınım boşaltıp yıkayıp kenara koyuyorum. Tasarımını aşırı beğendim çok kaliteli duruyor . Çok hafif asla kolu yormuyor. Küçük başlık koltukları iyi çekiyor kedi tüyü için faydalı. Yedek bataryasını da almayı düşünüyorum dönüşümlü kullanmak faydalı olur kablolu süpürgem bu süpürgeden sonra beni çok yormaya başladı kolaylık resmen. Hem halı hem sert zemin için olan ağzı aşırı kullanışlı çok rahat dönüyor köşe bucak rahatça çekiyorsunuz . Saçaklı halılarda dikkatlı kullanmalı saçak takılıyor uyarı veriyor yine çoğu dikey süpürge böyle saçakları yutuyor.Herkese öneriyorum . 1 sene aradım benim gibi arayan varsa diye kullanıp uzun yorum yapmak istedim . Eksi özellik olarakta kıvrılma aparatını koltuk altını süpürmek için kullanılamıyor olması pek amacı olmayan bir aparat olmuş daha iyi tasarlanabilirdi son olarak duvar aparatına ek batarya şarjı için de yer yapılmış ancak yedek batarya takılıyken cihaz standa yerleştiremiyor ikisi aynı anda standa durabilse ve şarj olsa eksiksiz ürün olurdu.

This was my first samsung hoover purchase. I was looking forward to try it out but tech spec about battery life is very misleading. I felt tricked into this purchase by believing the battery life is at least 40 min. But it is not. Even on a minimum power when fully charged it jumps from 40 to 24 minutes when only used 2 or 3 minutes. If you switch to medium power then battery life is no longer that 15 minutes max and again withing only couple minutes it go down to 7 or 8 minutes. It is super dissapointing Samsung. I will be calling you support services as this battery time is just a nono.

We upgraded from a low end run of the mill cordless vacuum, wish we had done it sooner. The Jet 85 came with everything we needed, a compact storage solution for the tooling accessories which we wall mounted it, keeps it all together and in an easily accessible place. In use the Jet sucks and cleans really well pulling up our cat hairs and dust after our renovations really well. The The smaller pet attachment is great for making the vacuum smaller, ideal for our stair carpet which looks really like new when all fluffed up once this has been run over it, oh and it's clean too. The dust collection system is easy to use and I love the replaceable/washable filter which is really robust. This is the second one we have bought in the space of a few weeks because we were so impressed with the first.

So far so good! Bought this a couple of days ago and so far had a couple of walks around the house using it. It's so light weight and easy to maneuver. Quite quiet and the battery is ok. I haven't seen it ever show 60 minutes run time but I'm able to get around without that. I love samsung products so this is another great addition!

Only fault is the battery. Vacuum only lasts 10-15 minutes after being fully charged on ‘max’ mode. ‘Mid’ mode only 25mins. Looks like a second battery used to come in the pack but not anymore, available as additional purchase…
