Q. The item I want to buy is out of stock. Can I still place my order to ensure I can receive this item as soon as new stock arrives?A. Unfortunately, our system does not allow for the placing of orders for items that are out of stock. We encourage you to visit the Business Shop regularly, as we always aim to replenish depleted stock as soon as we can.

Q. Are volume discounts available on all products?A. Not all products, no. Currently, volume discounts are only available on mobile products, i.e. mobile phones, tablets and wearables.

Q. I forgot to add an item to my order. Can I add it to my pending order or must I place a second order?A. Unfortunately, you are not able to add extra items to and order that has already been made. You will need to place a second order.

Q. Can I make a purchase over the phone?A. Unfortunately, ordering over the phone is not possible at this time.

Q. Can I track the progress of my order?A. Yes you can.
If you have an account:
- • Login
- • Select the ‘MY ACCOUNT’ icon on the right of the top menu
- • Select “My Orders”
- • You will then be able to see all your orders and track their progress.
If you know your order number, you can also select ‘Order Lookup’ in the top right of the ‘My Orders’ page, to track your order.
If you do not have an account:
- • Hover the mouse over the ‘MY ACCOUNT’ icon in the top header
- • Select 'Track Your Order’
- • Enter your order number (can be found in your confirmation email)
- • Enter the email address you supplied when you placed the order
- • The status of your order is displayed on this page
Alternatively, both your order acknowledgement email and order confirmation email include an order tracking link for ease of reference.
