    • • Free next working day delivery - on orders placed by 18:30pm to any UK delivery address
    • • Free 28-day returns - if you change your mind or your product is faulty/damaged
    • • Business support is available between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
    • • Warranties – 2 years covering manufacturer defects or 3 years where the device is Enterprise Edition.
    • • Visa / Mastercard / American Express / Maestro payments accepted
  • A. There are numerous options available to have your device repaired by Samsung, from in-store support at a Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Experience Store, as well as Doorstep Repairs. Visit the repairs page on Samsung.com for more information.

    Our Doorstep Repair service is available to all customers, regardless of whether your warranty is active or expired. You will need to confirm the status of your warranty and then follow the instructions provided.
  • A. Sometimes products are not available to purchase through the Samsung Business Shop. We currently stock a specially curated range of products from our Galaxy Smartphone, Tablet and Wearables ranges. If an item is out of stock and isn’t end of life, please check back regularly, as we endeavour to re-stock items as quickly as possible. If we don’t currently stock an item in the Business Shop, you can still purchase it through Samsung.com, though you will not be able to take advantage of volume discounts or VAT reversal.
  • A. When you view a product in Samsung.com, compatible items are listed on the product page. However, if you do have a question about compatibility, you can contact us on 0330 726 2677 (Samsung Business Shop) and talk to one of our customer support team who will be happy to help.

    Alternatively, if you’re on Samsung.com, you can always select ‘CHAT NOW’, which is permanently displayed at the bottom right of the screen on all product pages, and chat directly with a customer service agent using Live Chat.

However, if you do have a question about compatibility, you can contact us on 0330 726 2677 (Samsung Business Shop) and talk to one of our customer support team who will be happy to help.   • A. The manufacturer’s warranty on Samsung products varies depending on the product. Enterprise Edition products are generally covered by a longer warranty than standard products. Information regarding your warranty can be found in the product packaging.

The manufacturer’s warranty does not affect your rights under your purchase contract with us or your statutory rights.
