I bought this phone about 3 weeks now and my only is the battery life. I literally charge this phone twice a day and the fact that it didn't come with a travel adapter makes it worse. I had to pay R500 extra to get the adapter. Samsung please be considerate and include chargers like you used to. Otherwise the phone itself is a great mobile device packed with a number of great features. I'm loving the screen resolution nice and bright.

I took the phone through contract less than a month ago and regret doing so. On the 3rd day after having it, I was sitting down moving info from my old phone, it fell down and amongst cracking the screen from the inside the screen is blank and heating by the charging point. First light fall and I have to buy another phone because a repair is as good as a new one. I was using A10 for 4 years and it fell a couple of times but it's still working, this one is a total regret for me.

I am counting down the days until my upgrade just so I can stop using this device before I'm tempted to put a stiletto through the screen. ​Within the first 4 months, this Samsung A25 was so buggy it needed a full motherboard replacement—it was opening its own apps, refusing to scroll, and making it impossible to type even a basic text message. I thought the repair would fix it, but the issues have persisted throughout the entire life of the phone. ​It has been a constant battle of 'ghost' movements and freezing. After nearly two years of this, I’ve lost all faith in the brand's quality control. This was my last Samsung. If you value your sanity and need a phone that actually lets you type, stay far away from the A25.

I don't know how they calling superfast charging when it takes a minimum of 2 hours to charge the battery. Coming from a xiaomi that has a 120W charger and charges in 20mins from empty till full, to a 25W max charge rate has been the worst part of buying a Samsung.

Really disappointed with this phone. It's been consistently slow to respond, and lately, the buttons have stopped working altogether. I got one of these as an "Office phone" thinking that an entry level phone would be basic and only have a few features, but would mostly be good for whatsapp and phone calls. I though it'd be stuttery and not much fun to use, but it didn't matter, it was intended to lie on a desk attached to a charger most of the time. It's waaaay more than that. It's got a great screen (Even though there's a bit of a bevel, that's not really a problem, it means using it with one hand is a bit easier than with the more expensive phones. It's quick, it runs that racing game that's always in the reviews with the jumping cars (Asphalt 9) no problem (Which I tried out because I saw it in a review). It's a really good phone, like way more than you think you'll get when you buy one. It will get software updates for years so it'll last years. It's a little thinner than the flagship and the back is plastic, but it's also a little lighter than the flagship and that's actually quite nice. The Samsung phones all look more or less the same these days, they could get a bit more creative, but in a case you can't really see anything but the screen so no matter. There are a few things it doesn't have that the flagship does, but they aren't things I use that often. The camera software isn't as good (And maybe the camera hardware isn't as good as the flagship, but that's not to say it's bad, it's just not as good as a phone that costs a lot more than it does...which makes perfect sense.
