Can't believe that they would put the drain sticking out on the left hand side of the machine (not at the back where everything else is, actually sticking out the side) along with the shortest drain hose available making it impossible to reach the drain if your plumbing is to the right of the machine. This also drastically affects the space you should allow for this washing machine for the drain outlet and hose on the left side of the machine. We had to reconfigure the laundry with new worktops for it to fit. An expensive exercise (It would have fitted if drained at the back) Other than that, the machine itself seems good.

I bought this machine 2 weeks ago. It is a big upgrade in terms of Capacity and Technology. In 2020 I bought 15KG Active Dualwash Top Loader. The machine is still working fine but I wanted to experience new Samsung technology with this 19KG AI Top Loader. I am happy with purchase. The machine performing very well, noice level it lower. You can control it using your Smartphone by adding it to Smart things app. You can watch TV or cook in peace while monitoring it on your phone. I cant complain about electricity consumption, it is very energy efficient. I have 3 Samsung Appliances (Washer, Fridge & Microwave Oven), I have 3 Samsung smart phones and a watch. I LOVE SAMSUNG. 🌟 🌟🌟

I purchased this washing machine in October 2025. The original machine stopped working, and Samsung replaced it in January 2026. Unfortunately, the replacement machine also developed serious problems within six months of delivery. A Samsung technician attended several times, and the machine has already required work on the water pump and shock absorbers. Samsung has now advised that the motherboard must also be replaced. Despite these repeated faults, Samsung has refused to provide another replacement or a refund. They advised that the warranty continues from the date of the original purchase rather than starting again when the replacement machine is delivered. Based on my experience, if Samsung offers to replace a defective machine, I would recommend requesting a refund instead. You may be better off purchasing a new machine that comes with its own new warranty rather than accepting a replacement that remains linked to the original warranty period. This has been an extremely frustrating and time-consuming experience. Save yourself the trouble and consider purchasing a different washing machine.

I hate this washing machine with all my might. Give me normal no AI machine any day. this thing throws in too much water. It goes onto child lock for no reason for hours. Even why i try to deactivate. In winter to get your clothes on the line after 2 in the day is madness. Dont buy this crap
