    Yes I USE KINT MESSENGER from SAMSUNG APP STORE download this it works for me . Put your mobile number on the facebook site and you should be good to go

    If you download the UCBrowser app (free), there is a eBuddy button under the quick links menu. You can use this to chat on facebook. It's not brilliant, but it's the best there is on this phone at the moment.

    I have downloaded the latest version of Kies and when I connect the phone by usb port my computer says failed cannot find driver. I assumed this was downloaded with kies. Getting v fed up now

    Try reloading driver manually and try another usb port . Good luck I am using windows seven and have no problems so FAR.

    this is less than one year i have bought WaveS8500 but it is some months that the related charge is finished less than a day and i have not a vast use, would you please help and support.

    This application is no longer supported on some versions of Bada, an upgrade to Bada 2.0 will resolve this issue. The roll out is currently underway and KIES will notify you when it becomes available for your device. The latest version of KIES is available from www.samsung.com/uk/kies.

    Hi. Have you tried checking for any updates on the device? It is possible that the application needs to be updated. Either connect your device to Wi-Fi or a mobile network to get a notification on whether the app needs to be updated. Alternatively, you can perform a factory reset on your device. You can do this by following these steps: Settings > General > Reset > Factory reset > Yes > Yes. Performing a factory data reset will erase all data from your device. I advise that you back up your data on Samsung KIES.
