    Yes I USE KINT MESSENGER from SAMSUNG APP STORE download this it works for me . Put your mobile number on the facebook site and you should be good to go

    If you download the UCBrowser app (free), there is a eBuddy button under the quick links menu. You can use this to chat on facebook. It's not brilliant, but it's the best there is on this phone at the moment.

    I have downloaded the latest version of Kies and when I connect the phone by usb port my computer says failed cannot find driver. I assumed this was downloaded with kies. Getting v fed up now

    Try reloading driver manually and try another usb port . Good luck I am using windows seven and have no problems so FAR.

    I have a Samsung S8500 - which I love, but having bluetoothed my text messages accross to the computer (slowly, one at a time as there is no option to send by bulk) I now find my computer does not support this format. Any ideas on how to open them on the computer? What program do I need? Thanks

    The message might have to be stored in Kies try that first if you haven't installed it .

    this is less than one year i have bought WaveS8500 but it is some months that the related charge is finished less than a day and i have not a vast use, would you please help and support.

    Kies Version 2.2.0.12014_18 tells me there is a firmware update available for my S8500 but the update fails with an unreadale error message. If I update Kies to the latest version it tells me that my phone doesn't support firmware updates through Kies. There is a software update button in the settings menu of the phone and when I press that I get a message saying "Sign in to your Samsung account to download software update." but my Samsung account sends me back to the version of Kies I started from. Does anyone know how to sort this out?

    My Phone keeps rebooting and can not have access to any of the functions, some times gives me red message "download mode", within a blue frame, can someone tell me how to fix it.
