• We provide a range of warranty and enhanced services on Mobile and Computing depending on the model family and the nature of the fault. The Enhanced Service package will boost your service, reducing the burden of IT management and improve control over your Mobile fleet with Knox Quickstart.
• If needed, we also offer support through a Samsung-approved, third-party service partner, called an Accredited Service centre (ASC). So if you need in-person help, you can get repairs and support from providers trained by Samsung experts.

Privacy Display is a built-in privacy screen that uses innovative technology to protect your business AI phone's display from prying eyes in public places.⁵
• When activated, the screen's pixels move dynamically to keep the display visible when you look at it straight on, but then appear dimmed when seen from the side by the people around you.
• You can have the full screen hidden from view.
• Or choose the custom settings instead, and set Privacy Display to activate only for certain notifications or apps.

⁵Privacy Display feature controls the screen's viewing angle to limit peripheral vision. Some changes in image quality may occur outside the viewing angle. When activated, some information may still be visible to others depending on the viewing environment, such as angle or brightness. Caution is advised when exposing sensitive information. Available for specific apps once they are manually enabled in Settings. Use of screen protectors may impact the performance of the feature and may not be suitable for users with vision or accessibility requirements.
