Downloading Smart Switch on my PC

Need help downloading Smart Switch to your PC or Mac to backup or restore content on your Galaxy Phone or tablet? Follow the below guide to learn how to successfully install Smart Switch on your PC. Please Note: This guide is designed for Australian variant Galaxy devices, if you have an international device and require further support click here to get in touch with your Samsung subsidiary. 1 Launch your default web browser and search Smart Switch PC in the URL search bar
2 Scroll down the page to Download Smart Switch
Scroll down page
3 Choose between WINDOWS or MAC OS
Click on Windows
For WINDOWS For MAC OS
4 Click Keep
Click keep
5 Select the SmartSwitchPC download file and click on open
Open app
6 Allow your PC to successfully install Smart Switch. Once installed, you may be required to reboot your PC.

7 Tick the license agreements then click on Next
Agree to the license agreement then click on Next
8 Allow the Smart Switch - InstallShield Wizard to reach 100%
Allow setup to reach 100%
9 Launch the icon Smart Switch app
Launch Smart Switch app
10 Once launched you will be able to backup and restore content to your connected Galaxy Phone
