Vacuum is not practical at all. You get about 15 to 20 mins to clean on max power (less power is useless) before it cuts off and has to be charged again for 2 hours. I can't get anything done with it and I never have a fully clean house now because it keeps cutting off mid clean. The hoover itself is so sleek and nice but the battery life is just ridiculous that it's just useless because of it.

Um verdadeiro absurdo e falta de respeito com o consumidor vender um aspirador tão cão e não fornecerem baterias de reposição. Atendimento péssimo para o cliente via chat. Informo que estarei denunciando essa empresa por não fornecer peças de reposição e farei uma reclamação no consumidor.org e se não reporem em estoque a bateria vou entrar com uma ação no tribunal de pequenas causas por danos materiais.!

Le Jet 90 Marche bien, mais l'autonomie est catastrophique. Impossible de faire plus de 2 pieces avec la batterie qui met du temps a se recharger. Impossible de faire un appartement de 80 m2 sans au minimum 3 recharges, donc au moins une journee pour passer l'aspirateur. Ce n est pas concevable ! C est le premier produit Samsung dont je suis decu, et il est pas loin de me facher avec la marque !

Agree with other reviewers, battery ran for 15 min on max with no power attachment. Not sure how Samsung can get away with this. A normal house takes at least 50 mins to clean properly. Cost of extra battery is rediculous given upfront cost of item. I am taking mine back tomorrow and seeking a refund. Not fit for purpose. Disappointed for sure.

Aspirateur Samsung Jet 75 E acheté il y a 5 mois , très bien en ce qui concerne le produit en général mais la batterie est catastrophique!! Nous avions prit soin demande si celle ci était suffisamment puissant pour réaliser l’aspiration de notre maison mais au bout de deux pièces plus d’autonomie !

Doesn't fit the Jet 75 I bought in 2021. Double-checked I own a Jet 75 and not a Jet 75+ or anything else like that. This battery is slightly smaller and while it will slide into the same slot, it won't connect to the prongs on the vacuum. Whole vacuum is trash now. Don't buy a Jet.

Amazing suction power and overall a bliss to use compared to other types of hoovers ive used so far , the battery on MAX power lasts a bit low indeed at about 20 minutes but i have purchased a spare battery along and it helps me do the whole house , overall a great product.

20 minutes is max you can use it, that's a bit short, isn't it? It states up to 1 hour, which the normal person would think would last at least 50 minutes... I love the vacuum cleaner, but 20 minutes? that's a bite of a lie.

I've had it a year , I do my whole house with the battery and my house is not small at all. I even have a spare hardly use it and I always use medium speed when I do carpet I use max does fantastic job very happy .
