We did not see the need for that since it’s a fridge and not a computer. I like the styling and ability to change the panels to have different colors. We had a former Samsung fridge with the integrated ice machine and it always had problems with the ice maker. We’re glad this has the ice maker in the freezer where it belongs and it’s enhanced with the 2 different ice shapes. We enjoy the pitcher and fill station. It’s nice to have a pitcher ready to go to make lemonade or a mix. So far we’re very happy with our purchase!

I replaced a older model with this Bespoke unit because I wanted the larger capacity and the convenience of the beverage center and the flex zone (kids snack drawer). This refrigerator has been in use for over 6 months now and has been working flawlessly. The stainless surface is easy to clean and looks great. It is very spacious inside and has very good cooling and it does so evenly throughout, no warmer or colder spots. As far as I can tell my electric usage is about the same. Also it is very quiet I don't hear it running like my older model. Very happy with this refrigerator and I would recommend it to others.

FINALLY decided to upgrade ALL appliances to Samsung after the Father-In-Law had the same fridge and raved about it after many issues were fixed from their previous lemon fridge. We went with a slightly different dishwasher and range but very similar overall. LOVE the fridge so far, more color panels are on the way for the wife! There is so much useable space in this thing! The different size ice cubes are great, I thought I would not give two "drops" either way, but it is a REALLY nice feature along with the beverage station and auto-fill water pitcher! Nailed it Samsung!

The Samsung Bespoken is so spacious. I love the that all the condiments and more can fit in the side doors leaving the main body very roomy for large items. It’s wonderful for organizing properly. The option draw of cool/ freeze is great. The freezer is massive and I love the double ice bin. I can better control the ice by use the scoop verses the traditional in the door ice that spits out ice all over the floor. I can’t say enough about how pleased my family is with our purchase. Thank you Samsung, you’ve done it get - hone run !!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice refrigerator with plenty of great features. The self-filling water pitcher is especially convenient and works extremely well. Overall, I have been very happy with the refrigerator. My only complaint is the ice maker. It uses a sensor that often seems to think the ice bin is full when it isn’t. When the freezer door is closed, the ice tends to shift toward the back of the bucket, making it appear fuller than it actually is and sometimes limiting ice production. While it’s not a major issue, it is a design flaw that could be improved. Other than that, this is an excellent refrigerator, and I would recommend it.

Bought the Bespoke 4 door French Door Smart Refrigeator on 10/28/2025. Just a little of 2 month old, go on vacation return 10 days later and freezer is not working had to throw everything away no ice, trays are full of water, now the beverage drawer is getting warmer and now the top fridge is warming up, having to throw many things away, call for service, had to turn power off and now have to wait 3 hours to see if it will start cooling down and making ice, if not, then have to call for service, got rid of my old Samsung because of ice maker freezing up every 2 weeks and now we are back to freezer issues, not happy!!!

We LOVE the Beverage Center which is both convenient and efficient! The dual ice maker is GREAT and keeps us in 2 different size/shapes of ice 24/7. The interior is so well planned allowing LOTS of room and customization. The exterior (Stainless Steel) is so beautiful and resists fingerprints. It is quiet, efficient, and I can monitor and make adjustments on my phone since it is wifi capable. It hooked up to my SmartThings app in seconds. If this thing holds up as well as we think it will, we are going to enjoy it for many, many years. We highly recommend this unit.

We weren't sure about the hidden water and the ice in the freezer, but it has turned out to be the best fridge we have ever had. The automatically filling water pitcher saves a ton of time that used to be spent standing there filling up cups, water bottles, etc. for our family each day. The ice actually being in the freezer with much larger bins to collect it all has essentially made it so that we never run out of ice like we did with our previous in-door models from other brands. This fridge is also much quieter than the last two brands we have owned which is a nice bonus. So far so good. You should get this fridge.

The bespoke AI Home Screen is kind of less responsive but otherwise it’s all good, gorgeous appliances that compliment our kitchen. The best part is to setup m, control it from SmartThings app. I wish the Home Screen was more responsive and fluid, the touch response is quite but the opening of apps and processing, changing page options etc are way slow, not sure if that’s how it works or it just mine device that behaves like this. Having said that I would recommend the appliance to friends and anyone who is interested in buying refrigerator with latest technology.

for all the kids I absolutely love the touchless open doors and all the lights. having the option to have a third area for refrigerator has been a lifesaver for my big family gatherings. appreciate the app a different options that I can set that really makes me feel like different options that I can set around my needs. I use the beverage center daily, it’s great having a pitcher that autofills itself. The layout of the interior shelves is nice as it works for a good fridge flow. Cons: when this arrived, it smelled of strong plastic. So strong that it flavored food both in the fridge and freezer. It seems like the ice machine makes more of one ice cube than another and it’s easy to hit cubes that fall behind the shelf (both when getting ice and I hear it happening when it’s spitting out new ice cubes).

I researched all manufacturers and models and elected to choose the best fridge today. double ice maker with two different sizers. a beverage center, offering water from a carraff that fills as soon as you replace it, or by the glass. Center draw provides 4 choices of temperature depending on your plans. This refrigerator also communicates with my phone to inform me of a door left open among other features. I love it. !!!!!!

I like that the left door has 2 opening options. Full open for the food and outer door access for the automatically filled water pitcher and items on the doors’s shelve. We use the center programmable drawer to beverages, cheese and lunch meat but you could even use it for a soft freezer. The freezer drawer is plenty big for most items. We especially like the 2 different sizes of ice cubes. Normal size ones and mini. We never run out of ice. The stainless steel exterior is easy to clean. You can ever setup the controls to work with your smart phone. We highly recommend this 29 cf refrigerator.

I purchased this refrigerator nearly 2 1/2 years ago and the freezer stopped working. We initially noticed ice was not being made but seemed to stay cold. Two days later, we opened the freezer and everything in it was thawed and the temperature reading on fridge said 46 degrees. Contacted the warranty people and they scheduled an appointment for us Saturday and cancelled halfway through the day with a reschedule 2 weeks later, which was cancelled 2 days later citing "too expensive to repair". We absolutely love this fridge and were very disappointed that the ice / freezer went out so soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge has been pretty good. Did loose all the food and freezer after a year. Tech came out and said there are notorious for freon leaks. Sure enough had a leak and almost all freon depleted. This was fixed and was working again. The fridge door latches on top stick and will Keep the door from Closing often so have to pay attention to that. The “in the freezer” Ice maker is a train wreck. Ice amounts are all over the place. Most of the time little to none, then all the sudden over flow. Samsung has a long history of ice maker issues and hoped they had fixed this and tried an other Samsung. Still not fixed. I would do your research. I have a feeling there are better options out there for the price.

2nd Samsung Refrigerator. 1st one had ice maker at the top, bad design, had repairman out 5 or 6 times, finally Samsung agreed to prorate it and give us a rebate. Okay with it. Our daughter purchased a Bespoke model and seen to be happy, so we thought we would give it a shot. We purchased it in March 2024 and today went to change the water filter and now is no longer dispensing water. Tried all the fixes, I can see the head of the module leaking. We have followed the recommended water filter change schedules and have always used Samsung Genuine water filters. So not happy with Samsung Refrigerator. Also, I had to turn the water off to the refrigerator because water had leaked out all over our floor.

I personally like have the ice draw separate from the water spout and especially with 2 different types of ice. I have a large family so this fits a lot of food with plenty of space. This is our first non side by side fridge, and we weren't sure that the new format (French door fridge with bottom freezer) would be as good, especially concerning freezer space, but it is great! The fridge itself has a ton of room, and that is before considering the deli drawer, it's awesome! The freezer actually has a ton of room, and the two kinds of ice is a bonus. The LED lighting is excellent, and the fridge has been perfect for the past for months, no problems. Finally, I love the app connectivity, the notification when the fridge or freezer is left open is very handy (kids :/).

I had an older version of the same layout and really enjoyed owning it and opted to keep the drawer feature as it can be very versatile. I really like the beverage center access with the infusion pitcher. Additionally the two different size of ice options is also a nice feature. The only draw back is you do loose some freezer space. Also I really enjoy the smart things talking to one another, like getting notifications on the TV if the door is left open. One thing I did find limiting was the shelving options are limited and do constrain over all storage options. It is kind of configured to allow for some changes, but not really as considerately as it could be.

We previously had the Samsung 4-door with the icemaker in the upper refrigerator compartment, so we are very happy about getting the extra space back in that compartment! The shelves are now tall enough to fit all our gallon beverage containers without having to push the half-shelf in. We use the auto-fill pitcher quite often so having an outside door to beverage center comes in handy. We did sacrifice some freezer space for the ice maker, but we now have a choice between big and bite-size ice. SmartThings app is a must. Overall, really nice fridge!

I say this because we did have a problem with our new Bespoke 4-door French door refrigerator and Samsung made it right and replaced our unit. Regarding what we love about the refrigerator - it is fantastic from top to bottom inside and out. We loved this model so much we bought one for our last home and then sold the home. We had a different high end refrigerator in our new home and after one month, we replaced it with another Bespoke! It is tough to find any design negatives to on the Bespoke.

The Samsung Bespoke 4-Door French Door has been a genuinely pleasant surprise. The storage space is just… generous. 29 cubic feet means I’m not playing Tetris every time I come back from the grocery store. Everything has its place, and getting to it is easy. Cooling-wise, it’s been rock solid. Things stay fresh, the temperature is consistent, and I haven’t had to worry about anything going off too soon. It just quietly does its job. And it looks beautiful too. The Bespoke design fits right into the kitchen without trying too hard. If you’re on the fence — I’d say go for it. It’s one of those purchases you stop noticing because it just works.

We've had this for over a year now, we love it, it's somehow more spacious than our older fridge although it's volume is smaller, there was some smart engineering on the arrangement of space. The only caveat I have and the reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars, is the pitcher, it gets moldy very fast, and the cap is loose, we need to clean it very frequently as water will get into cramped spaces that should be water tight (the reason the cap is loose), and when we pour water we need to hold the cap. looking for a replacement and those pitchers are too expensive

Love the middle compartment, which is an easy access for the kids for their daily snack and can be easily organized. The access to the water source in the front plus the bonus jug that refills on its own is a plus point. I love that the fridge has a icemaker at the bottom, which is easy to access and convenient. Our old fridge had the icemaker on the front of the door and it took a lot of the storage space. It was not convenient for the kids to use & we always had a mess of ice or water on the floor.

The icemaker is a fast improvement over the previous Samsung refrigerators. I enjoy that the new stainless steel is actually magnetic so that I can put my grandchildren pictures on the refrigerator. I love the layout of the refrigerator beverage drawer. It holds lots of beverages more so than the previous model. The configuration of the icemaker with two styles of ice is a nice addition. I also enjoy that I can access and make changes to the settings from my phone.

I was hesitant to purchase the new model but with the ice in the freezer drawer, the new design seemed like it would be better. I'm so glad that I did purchase this, it has been fantastic! We love the door in door and pitcher for ice water and use it constantly. I wasn't sure 2 sizes of ice would be needed, but that is a very nice feature as well. The metal cooling does seem to make a difference, and the spaciousness can't be beat!

18 months after purchasing this refrigerator the ice maker stopped working. I had purchased the extended warranty so a repair tech was sent to repair the issue. He was able to fix the problem but indicated that with this refrigerator model, the ice maker would continue to break. Sure enough 18 months after the first repair, the ice maker broke again. We still have a couple of years left on the warranty, so we may be able to get one more repair in before the extended warranty expires. We will not purchase another Samsung refrigerator.

So glad this was also a beautiful addition to our kitchen! The in-door water we thought was initially gimmicky but it turns out it is very helpful and we always have cold water! The dual ice is brilliant (although my wife is the only one that gets to take the small ice). Trays are sturdy, lights are correctly bright (not overly bright) and the middle drawer is perfect for kid stuff (Sandwich meat, yogurts, cheese etc...) Love the fridge!

Two types of ice in the drawers below is amazing while still providing enough room in the freezer for our essentials. The middle drawer is easy access for my kids to get a snack. At this point I can share that it is doing great at sealing in the cool and keeping the temp. The freezer is making ice as fast as it can and the ares seems more spacious than our old Kitchen Aid 4 door. We ordered the blue door version and it matches wonderfully with iur decor, but I do like the opportunity to change colors if I’d like. I am getting a bit nervous, since lots of these models are popping up in FB mktplc for sale and most have “issues”…BUT every experience is different and the “issues” can be caused from improper use (keep in mind, these newer tech units aren’t buuld the same as the long living beasts of the past…lol)! I look forward to a wonderful and long friendship with out any problems!

My kids are college age and this is their go to section. I love the water pitcher it helps when filling everyone’s glasses at dinner time and with filling itself back up to fill a water bottle for sports. The shelves are large enough to hold large milk bottles and trays of food. I’m so happy to have two ice options and how fast the freezer keeps up with replenishing ice we haven’t been without ice during our weekly family dinner of 9 grown adults.A couple of downsides is I’m still trying to get the Blue tooth option to connect and the stainless steel doors is a little too thin. The overall configuration is very well thought out. I have recommend it to several friends and family.

I love MOST things about this fridge and am generally happy with this purchase. It’s spacious, shelves and drawers are practical and the beverage center is a great feature. I really like the ice maker as well. My only but major gripe with this is how delicate the stainless steel is on the doors. I purchased it about 7 months ago and it has more scratches and dents than my previous 10 year old stainless steel Samsung. Super disappointed about that considering it’s so new and a splurge for us.

Atrocious quality for a mid-$2000 product! Bought in July 2022, was super pleased with it. Now, about 3y later, fridge/freezer will not cool down to set temperatures, remaining somewhat cool. Worse is that the freezer is at 40F!!! Going through the online forums, this appears to be a common issue. Not much help from Samsung, who've requested to file a service request. Who knows how much that is going to cost...My wife and I've been loyal Samsung customers, I suppose it is time to rethink this.

We purchased a used unit from a local shop, it was not working properly, would not hold a constant temperature. Returned it and got a brand new unit. So far, it’s the very same thing. The fridge is set at 34 and the constant temp is anywhere from 38 to 45 degrees. I’ve tried various thermometers and even have a dial one in a cup of water to try and mimic food temps, but it’s the same thing. The fridge looks good and we like some of the features, but we may have to return this one as well if the temp issues doesn’t straighten out: I’ve found other reviews that indicate the same problem. At this point, I can’t recommend with good conscience for anyone to purchase a Bespoke fridge. Very disappointed given the price you pay for the unit.

From the sleek handless flat door front exterior to the interior water & ice systems Samsung has covered all the bases. Auto fill Water pitcher and normal glass of water dispensers are inside…no more water running down the front, the freezer located ice despenser ( two size cubes in separate buckets) will never cause problems that we have experienced in ALL of our prior fridges. The use of stainless interior front& back walls seems to hold cold better. I expect I will NOT be replacing drawers and door mounted plastic storage cubbies as these are about twice as heavy as in any prior fridge.The fourth drawer and it’s temp controls gives great flexibility. Samsung read consumers minds on this one and hit the all the marks spot on!

This appliance has been one of the worst i have ever owned. The delivery folks had to take the whole thing apart to get it inside. Once installed our first water filter change flooded the house. Called support the manual didn't require a water shut off per each filter change but support told us its absolutely necessary. Using a samsung filter as well. Next the freezer not even 2 years old totally defrosted and ruined all our food. Called support again we did some resetting and now its over freezing everything. Tech to come out and take a look. I have never had so many problems with an appliance yet. I will never biy samsung again. There are so many complaints online about this same issue. The inside is large and nice but at what cost we spent nearly 3k and barely can get 2 years oit of it without repair?

The flex zone is extremely helpful since it can be set to a wide variety of temperatures. It has a very well thought-out inside and it's optimized to fit as much capacity as you could want. The stainless is very nice, but if you don't like stainless there's a multitude of colors and there's glass options as well. One thing Samsung refrigerators have struggled with in the past is the ice makers, but this one is rock solid, no pun intended. Being located in the freezer and not in a door means it's making ice where it should, not in a refrigerated section. The drink station is amazing too, nothing better than filling an owala with the pitcher that's already ready to go!

Both options of ice are really good, but the issues comes that if not used often the build up is bad and damages the ice maker which causes leakage. The water pitcher is great and fills 4 cups of water, but you must be on top of it because he moisture on the cap causes mold. The freezer capacity is good, but you need to bend down to get your items. The deli area is convenient for easy access. The door shelves are ok but limited to certain products in size. Love the SmartThings app and the connectivity of keeping you informed on the status and items in the fridge only, no doors, freezer or deli drawer. Over all, it saves on electricity based on the report, but I don't personally notice it on my electric bill.

I dislike the drawers that seem to be the go to with many brands because they lack space. The flex with its mini lower "fridges" have so much room and the main compartment is huge, with spacious storage on the doors. I love the option of an additional mini fridge for my fruits and veggies and an on-hand freezer to complement my large garage freezer. I went with stainless steel, but it's pretty nifty that I can buy panels to match my fancy. Overall, I'm very happy, I love that I can set times for making ice, whether or not my pitcher is prefilled, manage my flex zones it's fancy without being over the top!Everyone that sees my fridge has been impressed and has said that it'll be their next purchase.

BUT water pitcher in door is a complete game changer. No more standing at the door trying to fill a glass or pitcher with water. It’s the only way I get water from my fridge. And talk about ice capacity. I’ll never run out of ice. The only issue is the ice doesn’t level itself out so I do have to pull the ice forward to have it produce more ice. But even so it makes ice so quickly. Somewhere between 5 and 10 pounds of ice a day. Great machine.

after only 3 years this fridge will no longer cool, no longer make ice, and won’t fill the door water pitcher. n independent service tech said the quality of these fridges for more than a few years are essentially junk. only a year warranty and extended warranty’s that run out roughly the same time all of these fridges die is the norm. the product looks quite nice and initially is great, but beware the longevity. samsung is not what it once was.

I love that I can adjust the drawer to a deli temp for meats and cheeses or a beverage temp for juices and water. Water dispenser pitcher is wonderful for the table while still having access to a secondary water supply. Filter notification makes it very efficient with no guessing of when to do it. Cooling is a plus too.

The flex drawer is a very cool idea and we load it up with easy to grab snacks for the kids. The beverage center is perfect - I use the pitcher a lot more than I thought I would. It's great for filling up large water bottles quickly. The dual ice maker is a hit as well. Only small complaint is that it's deceptively bulky in the front so it sticks out a bit more than we realized.

We use it all the time from filling up the coffee pot to getting a nice cold glass of filtered water. Love the fridge, middle drawer, beverage center, and design, but I HATE the freezer. The freezer is designed such that as long as the ice maker is running, the freezer is always running at -15 until the ice maker turns off. We are constantly using the ice so the freezer never runs at the setpoint. Now our food is constantly too cold and our ice cream is way too hard and the freezer is often covered in a thin layer of ice/frost.

The “beverage section” is an awesome add, I like that you don’t have to open the whole refrigerator to get water or drinks. We have a bit of a slow ice maker, I think, because the containers are often empty/near empty all of the time. There are 3-5 people in the house, and I know we all take a bit, but even next morning when nobody’s touched it, it’s still fairly empty. Probably my biggest complaint. It’s nice enough looking, but we’ll see if it stays that way!

You always have plenty of ice. The water pitcher is a great tool. You don't have to wait for a glass of water,the pitcher fills you glass so much faster. There's still the option though, to fill from the other spot. So much room for everything now too with this design.

i got this fridge just over a year ago. the fridge is great inside big and everything. the only problem that i have that is giving this a one star review is that a month ago now the fridge stopped working. got loud and stopped freezing. scheduled a repair and the company that i was sent to was booked for 3 months (A-1 Repair in Maryland, USA) and samsung told me that if i could find someone in the area to fix it i would get reimbursed. well i got it serviced locally was told it was a closed system leak and would have a get a samsung closed system repair to fix it. i told A-1 repair to put me on list and then a few days later i got a call from A-1 that they can no longer service my fridge due to the ONLY closed system repair person is out on medical leave for an unknown amount of time. it has now been a month since the fridge broke and only 3 months past factory warranty now.

The freezer has never consistently made ice and is constantly over temperature. Plus, the only place to put something taller than a mustard bottle are on the side doors. It’s a ridiculous inefficient use of space in the main part of the fridge and virtually no adjustments. Looks nice though.

I purchased this Samsung Bespoke refrigerator expecting premium quality, but after normal household use, the interior panel below the water filter developed a large vertical crack. There was no impact or misuse—this appears to be a defect in the material or manufacturing. What makes the experience even worse is the lack of support. A refrigerator in this price range should not crack like this under normal conditions, and customers shouldn't have to fight to get a defective part repaired or replaced. I expected much better from Samsung. If you're considering this model, be aware that the quality may not match the price. I hope Samsung improves both the durability of its products and how it handles warranty claims. I absolutely love this refrigerator! I love the interior space. It has plenty of shelving and the shelf that slides back for bigger bottles is so convenient. The water filter between the drawers is such a smart idea. It doesn't take up shelf space. My drinks are nice and cold and the refillable pitcher is awesome and the water is always cold. The door inside a door stops a lot of wasted energy getting a can of pop. The center drawer is perfect for meats, cheese, or extra drinks. I like the 2 different types of ice and there's plenty of room in the freezer! I like the no fingerprint front. It's easy to program. Its perfect. It's so quiet, I don't even hear it running. Best fridge I have ever had. They delivered it in 3 days, set it up and those guys were super friendly. Definitely would buy samsung products from now on. This has everything I wanted and the price was perfect.

To say we are disappointed in Samsung quality is an understatement. We will never purchase another Samsung product.
