Stopped working after 3yrs 1 month. This was bought from a retail shop and it looked great with good size and simply button use. We thought we would have this for at least 7 years plus (average) but this stopped working and is unsalvageable. I checked the average lifespan for a microwave with adequate use and disappointed to see this hadn’t worked as expected. Sadly it was over the manufacturers warranty. I think this will put us of relying on Samsung as brand and will look for an alternative. It’s a shame as it did look and work the part.

Ostin tänään koneen enkä kaupassa valitettavasti nähnyt enkä tiennyt ettei koneen käytössä ollessa näe sisälle. Lapselle tein popcornia ja siis tämä kone on 800w ja aikaisempi koneeni oli 1000w. Tää uusi kone ei millään saanu yhtäkään popcornia valmistumaan vielä 2.5 minuutin jälkeen. Kokeilin vielä minuutin ja otin pussin pois. Avasin pussin ja ne popparit mitkä oli valmistunut oli palanut ihan mustaksi. Savua tuli pussista pitkän aikaa ja keittiö haisee vielä kahden tunnin jälkeenkin palaneelle paperille.

For the most part I worked out all the controls straight away, but the time and the bleep took some finding. The quick start notes should have this information clearly printed, I believe. The other long drawn out procedure was the registration to get the warranty! It took ages to set up. Apart from these little problems, the microwave is great and the ceramic inside surfaces are so easy to clean. I hope it continues to work for a long time.

Komplettausfall nach einer Woche und zweimaliger Benutzung. Gerät ist im Standby komplett ausgefallen, wenn der Stromstecker gezogen und wieder eingesteckt wird flackert kurz die Uhr und es gibt kurz knisternden Geräusche, das war es dann. Gemäss Lieferant kann nun die Reparatur bis zu 4 Wochen dauern.

Chauffe pas assez vite Porte non transparente, on a besoin à chaque fois d arrêter et ouvrir pour voir dedans. Le pire, quand on tire sur la poignée porte pour ouvrir le tournant se mets en route. J avais un modèle FAR basique que j ai gardé 13 ans il n y avait pas ce genre d anomalies dessus. Je voudrais savoir s il s'agit d un fonctionnement normal ou défectueux. Merci!

Tuote on ollut 2 päivää käytössä. Mikron ääniä ei saa hiljaiseksi vaikka tuotekuvaus niin väittää. Olen yrittänyt lukuisia kertoja kytkeä käyttöohjeen mukaisesti ääniä pois mutta mikro piippailee siitä huolimatta jokaisen napin painalluksen merkiksi. Ensimmäinen kriteeri mikron valinnassani oli että mikro olisi äänetön. Olen pettynyt harhaanjohtavaan kuvaukseen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's got all the features I need such as quick defrost, healthy cooking and of course microwave for heating and reheating food. It's easy to select the correct mode as the controls are logically laid out. Bonuses are the quick start button plus the energy saving mode which turns off the clock (which of course I'm too lazy to set to the correct time!)

Just bought this to replace a very reliable 16 year old 800w machine and to be honest im very disappointed. yes you can quick jump 30sec increments at full power which is fine for heating quickly etc, but the jog wheel only does 5secs, why not be able to do 1second intervals when you have a dial that should be possible and surprisingly useful when heating small quantities of things. but the absolute worst thing about it is the door/screen has a 99% tint on it so you cant actually see through it. we heat milk or porridge often which can boil over really quickly, being able to see through is paramount. and its so hard to see they might as well have not bothered with the window or the internal light at all. I cant believe this product had anyone actually test it as its literally the first thing i noticed, i thought the internal light was faulty, but no, you just cant see through the window. we're going to live with it for a day or so, but probably send it back. the rest of it seems fine, but being able to see what you're cooking is a bit of a dealbraker.

- Ensimmäinen vesilasitestaus epäonnistui, sillä vesilasi tyhjeni kolmessa minuutissa ympäri mikroa (ajaksi laitoin 4 minuuttia), mikro sammui yllättäen ja ovi lennähti itsestään auki (Ehkä höyryn takia? Ehkä oven kuuluu avautua tällaisessa tilanteessa?). Kuivasin mikron, vaihdoin lasin painavampaan ja toinen vesilasitesti onnistui normaalisti - oven etupaneeli muovisen oloinen, vasen yläkulma hieman koholla ja lonksuu, mutta en jaksa sen takia lähteä palauttamaan tuotetta (silti pidän mielessä seuraavan tuotteen hankinnan kohdalla kun valitsen valmistajaa) -/+ mikron sisään ei näe kuin pimeässä, ehkä johtuu siitä että mikron sisus on tumma (mutta siinä ei näy myöskään lika helposti) + monipuoliset asetukset: pienen manuaaliin perehtymisen jälkeen kellonaika oli helppo asettaa, STOP nappulaa painaessa (kun ei käytä mikroa) saa kellon valon piiloon (virransäästötila). Mikron äänet sai helposti asetettua pois päältä (OFF) painamalla yhtäaikaa child lock ja STOP. Äänetön mikro ilmoittaa olevansa valmis sillä, että taulussa vilkkuu nolla hetken aikaa. Lapsilukko (ja hinta) oli syy miksi valitsin tämän tuotteen + kokkasin ensimmäisenä kaurapuuroa ja siitä tuli oikein maukasta ja tasaisesti kypsynyttä + hopea sävy sopii hyvin muiden keittiökalusteiden sävymaailmaan + raikastintoiminto on extraplussaa, mikron sisäpinta helppo pitää puhtaana - vain pimeässä voi nähdä mikron sisään
